Convenient - 10 minutes from Palm Springs airport and convenient to downtown Palm Springs. We had a lot of plans (tennis tournament, golf) so we didn’t use the amenities. The unit was clean and comfortable. The second bedroom has twin beds.

This was a very fine, well-equipped condo in a great location. We want to particularly mention Monica, who very helpfully assisted us with check-in over our phone, as we were traveling on our way to Palm Springs and did not have access to our usual email. One minor note for older couples like ourselves is that the unit is on the second floor with fifteen steps going up to it. Except for that, very minor, inconvenience, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Firstly, Vacasa was an excellent company to deal with. Easy and efficient! The condo was charming, modern, roomy, well equipped, and very clean. The location was perfect, we felt it was central to everything. Great vacation!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. The condo complex was great with swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts. A few small issues with the appliances not working but Turnkey was very responsive and problems were addressed expeditiously . The property was nice and managment of the property was exceptional.

We stayed in this unit from Feb 25 - Mar 5 - absolutely amazingly clean! This was either the first time anyone has stayed in this unit or they have the world's best cleaners! The little touches added to the table setting and all paper products was super personalized and made us feel awesome
Great location, great price. Strong wifi, which made working in the mornings a breeze!
My only couple things to mention to the property owner - please get a coffee maker that brews more than 1 cup at a time (and it's not a keurig) the coffee maker available was some Mr Coffee machine that was designed for latees but not plain old black coffee - with a starbucks less than a 7 minute walk you don't really need this, and please get deep pocketed sheets for the master bed. Hubs ended up sleeping in a different room because the sheets just wouldn't stay on the bed. And there was no laundry detergent for us to start the towels and sheets when we left

This property was impecably clean, the wifi was strong and consistant. It allowed us to work in the morning and vacation for the rest of the day. Two bedroom and two bathrooms would allow for two couples, or a small family to have ample personal space. Perfect location, minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery, golf, and hiking Would rent this unit again in the future

This unit has been updated except for the old kitchen cabinets and tile counters. The small countertop appliances are high end and unexpected! New furniture, towels, and bedding made for a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m new to homeaway and turnkey is my first property. I am a traveling sales professional so it’s difficult to find a property in Palm Springs with an in-unit washer and dryer. Prior to my arrival, I received very DETAILED instructions and had zero issues. I can’t emphasize how this property reminded me of my own home. I’m from Texas and I love the farmhouse gray and white decor. It was extremely clean! Had everything I need to cook. It’s central to everything. Downtown Palm Springs, walking distance to the church I attend, airport, and etc. Everyone on the property is friendly! I didn’t get to see the tennis court or the pool but my neighbors raved about it. Homeaway and Turnkey were very diligent with their communication making sure I didn’t need anything else. I kind of wished I rented it for the month! I will definitely be coming back to this specific property when I come back. Thanks again homeaway and turnkey!
