The room is in great condition and all equipments and furnitures are in its best condition. Tv is a bit old hotel tv be cause it doesn’t provide Netflix option. 24 hr gym, daily operating sauna, and golf range are also plus. I can not find a better residence hotel in Seoul’s at this price. Just 1 small bump is the narrow passage to the basement parking. I advise if not confident, don’t rent a car and park in the basement.

Great place to stay for a week. Full kitchen, very quiet for relaxing. Gym, pool and Sauna was free to use.

In a quieter neighborhood but the property itself is top notch and very spacious. It feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is well located at less than 10 minutes to the Yeouido metro station which gives you access to everything. The rooms are fantastic. I was just missing some shower products close to the bathtub like you have within the shower. Taking a bath, seeing the city lights was a great experience. Also the sport area is fantastic (squash, golf, pool, fitness...). The food at the hotel is a bit expensive if you compare to the food prices in Seoul, but the quality is super nice so the price makes sense. Best thing was the apartment space... It's incredible.

I’m a Hyatt member but decided to stay here because it’s away from hustle and bustle. Everyone here, all the staff members made me feel like home away from home. Shout out to Kathy, Jessica and William for their professionalism and amazing customer service. I want to especially thank Jane and RACHEL who went above and behind to make me feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely bring my family back when I come back to again. We arrived way too early for check-in and hope to leave our luggage till the room is ready. Ms. Mina Kim at the front desk greeted our tired faces and worked her magic and we were in our room at noon!

All together we have stayed here several months over the years and it feels like a second home to us. The staff is always so nice and rooms are very spacious. If you know what room to ask for, you also have amazing unobstructed view over the near by park areas from your bedroom. Even the bathtub is next to a scenic window that lets you enjoy the open city scenery while still offering a sense of privacy.

원 베드룸으로 해서 아이 셋에 어른 두명이 묵었습니다.사진보고 조금 작은가 싶어서 투베드룸 하려고 하다가일단 현장에 가서 업그레이드를 하자 싶어 그냥 갔습니다.1. 전체적 느낌홍콩, 대만의 작은 가정집 느낌.복도를 중심으로 거실과 방이 연결되어있고복도 중간에는 주방과 화장실이 있습니다.2-3인 식구가 왔다면 북적이지 않고 딱 좋았을것 같아요.거실이 아담하지만 주방은 또 생각보다 넓네요그리고 방이 좀 큰 편입니다. 드레스룸도 있구요.바닥은 마루바닥이라 아이들 맨발로 다니기 좋았고침대가 불안하다면 바닥에 이불깔고 잘 수도 있겠어요.2. 주방작은 식기부터 피자컷팅기 까지...냄비 후라이팬도 종류별로 다 있고온갖 식기류는 다 갖춰져 있어서 너무 깜짝 놀랐습니다.생수도 있었지만 정수기가 있어서 물을 따로 사지 않아도 되었어요.아파트먼트 호텔이라는 말이 무색하게 모든 살림살이 어쩌면 투머치로 다~ 갖춰져 있어요.심지어 세탁기, 건조기까지도.. (신발장쪽에 있어요)3. 화장실다만 비데는 벽면에 설치 했다고 되어있는데 없어서 좀 의아했어요.욕조가 있어 두 딸래미는 욕조에서 바쓰놀이 하고그 옆에는 샤워공간이 따로 마련되어있었구요.어매니티는 THANN 이 준비되어 있는데, 이런 허벌향 너무 좋아해서 맘에 들었습니다.화장솜도 센스넘치게 준비되어 있었네요 :)4. 룸룸 컨디션은 전반적으로 깨끗하고 창문도 열수 있어 쾌적했습니다. 보통 호텔방 너무 건조한테 창문 살짝 열어두니 통풍이 되어서 잠도 잘 잤구요.엑스트라베드 추가한거 방에 놔주셨는데,킹사이즈 베드 밑에 놔주셔서 아이들이 장난치다가난간에 다칠까봐 일부러 거실에 옮겨달라고 했어요.근데 거실에 놓으니 쇼파랑 같이 활용해서 자니까더 넓어져서 편히 잤습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ침구류도 깨끗하고 포근했어요.5. 조식조식 조금 기대했는데, 중급 정도 되었어요.메뉴는 다양하고 아이들 먹을 국,밥,김 등등 세삼하게 잘 준비 되어있는데, 왜인지 엄청 맛있었던 메뉴는.. 기억에 없네요ㅠ과일이랑 요거트종류가 다양했던건 맘에 들었어요.6. 그 외 시설수영장이 너무 맘에 들었는데,대형 자쿠지와 어린이수영장, 레인수영장이 갖춰져 있어서초딩 아이들 이 세군데 왔다갔다하면서 반나절동안신나게 놀았어요.수영장 앞에서 관리해주시는 이모님이 계속 지켜보시고수영장 물품 관리 계속 해주시구요.저희 막내가 갑자기 코피가 났는데, 휴지 물티슈 등등계속 갖다주시고 함께 걱정해주셔서 감사했습니다!정수기도 비치되어 있어서 아이들 잠시 목 축일수 있었고킥판, 거북이판 구비되어 있어 아이들 놀기도 좋았구요.수건은 비치되어있는거 마음껏 쓸수 있습니다.그리고 가장 좋았던건, 샤워실이였는데샤워실 안에 탈수기, 온풍기가 있어서 아이들이 씻고 나왔을때도 따뜻하게 체온유지가 되서 좋았어요.샴푸, 바디용품 등등 다 구비되어있어서 바로 샤워하고 체크아웃 했네요 !!1박 쉰게 너무 아쉬워서 다음번엔 2박 이상으로 가려구해요!너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다!! 또 만나용 ♥

언제나 집이면 좋겠다 싶은 곳이에요 이번엔 마음먹고 해산물 찜 등등 요리를 해먹었는데 조리도구가 완벽하게 갖춰져있어서 요리할 때도 신나고 그릇도 예뻐서 먹을 때도 신났어요 침대도 너무 넓고 침구도 푹신해서 꿀잠자고 만족스러웠는데 체크아웃할 때 예쁜 핫팩+@까지 주셔서 더욱 더 즐거운 숙박이었어요 :)

몇 번 방문했지만, 프론트의 직원은 늘 친절하며 방의 상태는 에어컨등은 낡았지만 전체적으로 깨끗하며 아파트먼트라 집에온듯한 느낌이 듭니다. 앞으로도 늘 이러면 좋겠습니다.
