It’s very convenient! Shopping, subway & food…all good

Generally functional clean stay though would not recommend for couples holiday. We were allocated one of the princess rooms which was decorated much like a child’s bedroom. Breakfast was poor; whilst there are options they were cheaper mass buffet capsules of scrambled eggs, pasta etc.
My husband wasn’t feeling well on the morning of our last day so I went to take bring him some banana and juice to our room. This was refused despite my explaining why. Whilst it’s probably not the decision of the individual staff member this rigidity showed a lack of customer service.

it is very good. The language barrier may pose a problem to resolve situations bit overall, everyone tried to help when needed.

Front desk staff was less than helpful. For an international hotel they spoke almost no English.
Restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Great service by the concierge staff

The Hotel is only a few minutes walk from underground trains which take you all across Seoul.
Massive bed which was very comfy, and there was a 24hour convenience store inside the Hotel.
The only negative was the shower wasn’t good.

Good coin laundry room!

I stay at this hotel twice a year because everything is close and convenient.

Well decorated hotel with money exchange shop, namane card machine. Easy and quick check-in and staff are very helpful. Within walking distance from Metro station and K-limousine airport shuttle bus stop.

Stayed here for 5 nights. I liked that the subway was very close among other things. Would stay here again.

There was no restaurant. The area was too sketchy for me to walk around to find food. I would not stay there again.

A great hotel! I felt safe here as a woman travelling alone. The breakfast options were good and varied and it was incredibly handy to have a CU located in the hotel.
My room was lovely and clean. A really good size. My only issue was that the Aircon kept the room at a warmer temperature than I would like.
I'd definitely stay here again.

It was pretty hidden. But once we got there and was exploring the city it was a great location.

Room was clean, beds were comfy.
If the room is too warm there is a button top left of window to open.
Great water pressure in shower.
No iron in room.

Hotel is nice and clean. Its close to shopping and dinning area. Bus and subway train near by. The only thing i didnt like about the hotel was the heater on in the room. And i didn't know how to turn on rhe AC. So i just turn the heater off and had the window open.

Our stay was overall pretty good, 22nd floor was quiet and no noise from other rooms. Housekeeping were very friendly. Only downside was the beds were very hard. The area was handy to train lines and shops and eateries in the immediate area were good, there is a handy convenience store on the 14th floor open 24/7

Good grape smell in hallways.

Room is clean and spacious. Check-in is on the 14th floor. Great location for shopping and local foods. The 1st floor concierge speeks English, Japanese and Chinese. Currency exchange besides front desk and corridor connected to Hyundai shopping mall.

Located within Hyundai City Outlets & with plenty of landmarks & subway within walking distance. Rooms were decent and comfortable but overall could have been maintained better.
Check in & out process was quick with the kiosk, with a convenience store open 24hrs at the lobby.

The restroom provides very coarse toilet paper, and the showerhead makes bathing quite uncomfortable. It can only be said that the hotel facilities are getting worse, overall disappointing.

This is the best location for shopping and sightseeing. Parking was available in the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that is disappointing is that you can hear noises in the early morning due to poor soundproofing. However, I did not hear it every day, but only heard it for about two days during my two-week stay. If I go to Korea, I will stay here again.

Hotel shower sprayer sprays onto the back end of the shower instead on one's body and water runs out of the tub onto the floor causes the shower to be flooded with water. Can't adjust the sprayer.

Many restaurants and cafes are accessible by foot from the hotel. It was a large Deluxe Double Twin Room. There are two separate bathrooms and a separate room with a twin bed. One room has a bathtub and a vanity sink, while the other has a spacious shower and a toilet. The Hotel Skypark Kingstown Dongdaemun was a pleasant place to stay.
