The place needs updating and very odd, they give us a garage door opener to enter and when I open the garage door the entrance door to the room was wide open and we are not sure whether someone was in the room or not. They have a small space heater in each bedroom and no heat in the living room or kitchen, so cold living room! The kitchen gas stove did not work and the whole carpeting is old and rundown. Do not recommend this place.

This was an amazing property. It fit our group of 6 with enough room for everyone to have their own space. There were 2 full bathrooms! And even a washer and a dryer. This was a huge bonus so that we were able to catch up with laundry for the rest of our holiday.

There were just little things. Most of the rubbish bins were broken. Tissues hidden in the living room. No shelf in the shower for soap, etc. Not many shelves in bathroom. Othwise, lots of room and good TV.

What an incredible place to stay! My husband and I booked here very last minute (10 minutes before showing up) and were greeted warmly at reception. They even gave us a free upgrade! It was a beautiful, very nicely updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a full balcony overlooking the town, the lake, and the mountains. It had so many nice features, like heated floors in the bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, a fireplace, and the whole back wall in the living room and dining area opened up to the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable. The amenities on the property, like the pool and the hot tub, were lovely. This was an incredible place to stay and we can't wait to return!

Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was very spacious with the choice of a king bed or twin singles in each bedroom. A garage with automatic door was included but it was a snug fit for our small SUV. There are lovely views of the mountains from the living areas and spacious balcony but nearby construction works detracted from the overall environment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean but one of the beds was uncomfortable and quite low. There are quite a few stairs at the entry to the apartment but once you are upstairs, everything is on the one level.

Nice place, friendly and professional people. HOWEVER, the same cannot be said for WOTIF: this agency is non-communicative and ignores emails. If you have a booking issue, cancellation or similar, don't hold your breath waiting for WOTIF to respond: they won't. The hotel's advice is: they, themselves cannot deal with bookings made directly with WOTIF: fair enough. Based on our experience, we wont book anything through WOTIF / EXPEDIA.

We had a great stay. The location is convenient with a nice path to walk into town but it’s not super close. We arrived late for check in and they left an envelope with all the information on how to get into the apartment. There is plenty of space with a beautiful well-stocked kitchen. The views are incredible.

While the room was perfect . The pool and spa were infested with bees. When we went back to reception we were told ‘ they are bees are we have reported them ‘ , this was after we asked about the pool ( where it was in location to our room ). We were told to use the other pool - which also had loads of ‘ bees’. When speaking with other guests - they told us they were wasps. So no spa available . I’d argue that it was unsafe for anyone - and should have been informed of that during checkin. Also no parking in front of our room. Meh - stay was ok but could have been better

Super property nicely appointed. Great kitchen, garage, washer and dryer made holiday “easy”. The staff is first rate cheerful and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice spot. 5 min drive from town. Four facilities with parking and garage shared garden. We were unfortunately allocated a room with 2 x single rather than a double as expected, and had to chase the high chair we requested. Tv didn't work during rain, which may be important for some. Would definitely come back
