The property is a bit old but the room was ok. The staff are great. They are polite, helpful and easy to talk to.

The staff were very nice and polite. Anytime I asked for cleaning our room, they’d do it without hesitation. I love the breakfast as well as the servers.

It was comfortable, clean, and centrally located.

Hotel waiting until the weekend to clean their swimming pool our whole stay which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The pool should have been cleaned overnight hours or during the week. The breakfast was ok but have had better.

The hotel staff here was so helpful they researched tours for our stay at the next hotel we were going to. The only problem was we were over a restaurant that was very loud our first night. I would recommend asking for a quieter place if you have small children and want to be able to sleep earlier. Overall though, it was a very good stay in a convenient location even if the area is dirty.

This the 3rd hotel i have stayed in at legazpi and by far the worst. After checking in and going to my room the key did not work so back down the stairs as no lift then when i got into my room there were no towels. I called housekeeping and after an hour i went back down stairs to reception and eventualy got some only to discover there was no hot water. The safe didnt work so had to have it changed. On the balcony the water came back up through the tiles when you stood on them. I would not stay here again

Good location to the airport. We reserved 2 beds but when we checked in they said they were unavailable. Also reserved a ride to the airport but the driver never showed up, had to take a trike or miss my flight.

BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COST! This place is not what it looks like in the picture! Very misleading information! We waited 45 minutes at the airport and no one was picking us up. I had to find a way to get in touch with the hotel. They don't even know where coming, yet the hotel was less than a minute from the airport. The place is old, untidy, and smelled moldy. We booked a family room and was charged as a family room. We were given a standard room with 2 beds. There were no upgrades in these hotel rooms since built. Scaffoldings usage for renovation is just standing in the lobby with no signs of someone working or using it. The swimming pool cannot be found inside the hotel premises as it is not even owned by the hotel. They will tell the guest that the swimming pool is under treatment so the guest will not look for it. The next morning my husband tried to locate the pool as we are supposed to stay for 5 days with our 2 teenage kids. He was told to cross the road and go through a residential area as instructed, yet still no swimming pool to be found. He finally gave up and returned to the hotel as he felt like trespassing in the area. That's when we decided to leave the hotel but cannot be refunded as Expedia charged my credit card way before we arrive. We tried to contact Expedia but no one to be reached. It was a terrible first day of our visit to Legaspi! I lost $835.00 Canadian for nothing! I am not the only victims in this hotel, some guest comes in rage and complaint.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times due to its proximity to the airport. The facilities have not been maintained well through the years. My room had a certain odor which bordered on fragrant and bathroom smell. The reason I stay here is the shuttle to the airport. It should be noted that the first trip to the airport is scheduled at 5:30 AM and may be late. There is no guarantee it will depart as scheduled so a taxi may be necessary. If there is anything that is constant everytime I visit, it is the staff! From security person to concierge, you can count on friendly and helpful staff.

The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel staff overall was what you would expect from a 3+ star hotel however the small ants are always around your food. I was charged for laundry service with a 50% discount because our clothes were gone for almost 3 day's never mind my damaged new shirt the clothes didn't appear to be clean and the hotels web site list laundry as a no charge amenity. I have stayed in 4 different hotels in the Philippines in the last 2 years from 3 to 4 and a half stars and this was the bottom of the pack

It was good. Only since we arrived earlier because of our flight schedule so we were early from the usual check in time, we need to pay an extra 1200 pesos for us to have our room immediately.

Reception staff was nice and accommodating. Room was not fresh; it had a mildew smell as soon as we entered it. We stayed for 2 days. On the second day, the room was barely cleaned, none of the service bar was touched; coffee cups still dirty from the previous day and no refresh of the coffee or bar items. The free breakfast was a disappointment; little variety, not good food; many flies in the restaurant area. Biggest surprise was the transportation to go to the airport in the morning; we had a flight very early and the hotel doesnt start their transportation until 05:30. Our flight was for 06:30, so this was a huge and uncomforting situation for us. Legazpi does not offer appointment taxi arrangements like other developed countries have and the hotel did not help us out at all!!!

My wife and her three kids stayed here, not me. They all enjoyed it and especially the big pool. They had no complaints and would stay there again.

I like the overall standard of the Venezia. However, being a westerner, I do not like the breads with sugar as one of their ingredients. Sometimes I have bought my own bread to the Philippines. I like my eggs or spreads on a plain toast not sugared. Sweet bread clashes with savory eggs and bacon...etc.

Great massage by the spa in the hotel! My kids slept comfortably.

Stayed in a standard room on the first floor. It took them 2 weeks to confirm our booking and by that time they couldnt provide the upgrade we were requesting for. its an old hotel and the room was obviously old too, the bed sheets were no longer white, the painted wooden shelves were chipped.
At least they change up the breakfast options. But on our second day, 3 out of 5 dishes were pork. At least the fruits were sweet!
Staff try their best to serve you well but they obviously lack training.
Its really just a place to sleep as-no guests are around during the day.

We booked a Junior Suite with two beds and requested a view of the Mayon Volcano. When we checked in, we were assigned a room at the 3rd floor which looked like an attic. It has a king bed. At 12 midnight, the AC stopped working. Called the front desk and they sent up someone from engineering. The guy tinkered with the AC, it worked but it was not cooling at all. At 2am, called the front desk again and was informed that the AC in our room was really faulty. We were offered to transfer to another room. (Why didn't they do that the first time we called?!!!)
Regarding the location, it was very near the airport. That's the only nice thing about it. The hotel is located inside a village, outside the city center. When we asked the front desk staff how we can go to downtown, we were told they can call a cab. Took them on their offer and was shocked when we were charged P350.00!!!!
There was nothing worth coming back to in this hotel.

The Venezia is close to the airport with gated security. Legazpi city centre is situated a short tricycle ride away and is easily accessible.

The hotel definitely has maintenance issues. No wifi in our room during our 2 night stay and many other small details need attention.
Overall the room was comfortable and other than wifi was OK.
I have stayed here before and knew to request a room with a view in advance, otherwise you are likely to have a close up view of the neighbors next door.
Staff were all very nice and accommodated the few requests we made.
