Staff was very informative & helpful. Very clean. Were a few stains on room carpet. Bed was not the best. Breakfast was mediocre. Would stay again because staff was so great.

stayed in this hotel for one night- walking in the room smelled musty and almost smokey. the carpet was filthy with mud and whatever else it might be. there was spray marks on the wall, stains on the walls and dust in every crevice. in the window there was large spiders and bugs. i considered not staying but was 2.5 hours from home. it was hard to relax or feel comfortable because it was so dirty. the sheets luckily were clean, white and were the only thing clean about the room. unbelievable that it cost $170… staff when checking in was friendly.

The property itself was clean and nice. The second afternoon of the stay we came up to the hotel room and we weren't able to get in our room as the keys did not work. The keys had been shut off by the staff. We went down to the lobby and asked why our keys weren't working and were informed that they needed to see an ID. I did pre-arrival online check-in and took a copy of my ID and showed them a picture of the ID when I got the keys. I informed the staff that they had my phone number and turning off the key is probably not the way the matter should have been handled. The day of our check out we were getting our morning showers and getting ready to leave and a staff member knocked on the door and said "oh sorry I thought you checked out already." It appears as if the staff doesn't have a clue what is going on.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was very upsetting. The carpet in our room was stained, and appeared to be filthy. We had a washcloth that was stuck together from something crusty that had been on it, but placed back on the shelf in our bathroom to appear clean. In the lobby area, the windowsills had dead bugs on them, as did the entrance to the hotel. The exterior was covered with cobwebs, bugs, and stains on the siding. A simple power wash would have taken care of most of exterior problems. I doubt we will be staying at this venue ever again.

I like that the property is simple and not overly done so therefore economical. Check in and check out easy easy online and no problems with the front desk in that respect. Beds comfortable

Decent hotel for a night or two stay. Staff were very nice, but rooms are very small (hence the name "MicroTel" I guess...). The carpet in my room was very dirty, but the rest of the room was fine. Thin walls so you will hear your neighbors both beside and above you.

We received an odd phone call from the front desk during our stay asking if our room was occupied or not. That was a bit weird. Overall nice, could’ve been a bit cleaner. The staff was helpful!

Its ok for a place to stay for a weekend, rooms are a bit tight. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Hotel is in good shape. Some rooms are small, but I guess that is part of the micro thing, I didn't get it until I walked into a very small room with small bed. I did not care though I was only staying for the night and from what I understand larger rooms are available. Great Breakfast included, very clean.

They do not have any king beds at all. The tub filled up while showering. Told the front desk and they were going to look into it. they never did. couldn't shower the next day.

We were able to check in early. The room was nice. Breakfast was good and coffee options were nice

We had 4 rooms in our group that were paid at booking. 3 rooms were charged at check in and told, “it’s because Hotels.com used the wrong code”. Watching to be sure we are refunded the extra charges. Very frustrated. The manager wouldn’t even bother to speak to me in person, just over the phone. Terrible customer service by her. I certainly hope they are able to figure out the issue. Not at all comfortable with their process. I have never, in all my years utilizing Hotels.com, had this happen.

Room was not clean and was not A Handicapped accessible as was ordered. Was not able to wash as ordered a walk in shower because of knee replacement surgery. So I will NEVER stay here again and visit 3 or 4 times a year

We were on a road trip—it was a great room for the price! Great breakfast (like most hotels in stay at). Nothing fancy but all the needs met!

Exactly what we needed for one night.

It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfy. I would definitely stay again. The only thing that surprised me was no hair dryer, and no updated USB charger in my room, but I always take my charger when I travel. Just something to take note.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and asked if their is anything that they can help us with.

The location is good and the bed was comfortable. I am not too picky about hotels, but the dirty carpet in the room was rather off-putting. We also didn't have any housekeeping service at all during our stay (not a huge deal, but some dry towels would have been nice). The biggest annoyance was that the wifi didn't seem to work at all. Breakfast was fine, and the lobby area was welcoming.

Straight forward , clean and modern hotel. Loved our stay. Good breakfast. And staff courteous.
