For the price in Sedona this is a great place for the night- I would not stay here longer than two nights at the most. Great location and really was wired but super small for too long of a stay. Sedona is great for being outside- they tried to have sitting areas outside but they were old and dated and I did not feel comfortable outside. The room was clean and bed was a little hard but definitely not bad. No room to have an easy chair to sit in, small table to work at and it was quiet so for this price you can’t beat it in Sedona!

The room was clean, we got a text by noon giving us the room number and code to enter at 3 p.m. No one is on the property to sign you in. The property advertises a hot pool and bathrobes, the hot tub wouldn't heat and no robes.

Smooth check-in and check-out process, it’s all contactless so there’s no need to worry about getting info from a receptionist (there isn’t one but they do respond by phone call promptly). They will send your room details to your phone number right before it’s time to check-in.
The location is in a prime spot of Sedona, closely located to almost everything you can imagine!
The room was good, the shower water was hot, and there’s a small fridge and microwave to use in the room, as well as a TV!
I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Sedona. Easy and affordable!!

The rooms need to update and the bathroom sink and toilet are very low to the ground and I am 5 feet and 1 inch. The mattress was to firm.

I had an allergic reaction to a smell in the room! I could not stay! I was there less than an hour! My eyes turned red and swelled up and I got a headache. I don't know if it was from cleaning solutions or bug spray. Should be refunded the room fee!

It was amazing!

What an absolute nightmare of a place. Avoid at all costs! Arrived, nobody on site and didn't have wifi to access door code. When we eventually did get access, upon opening the room door, the smell of chemicals was so overpowering it triggered my asthma. We waited 45 minutes with the door open and fans on trying to get rid of the smell. It didn't work as after waiting 45 minutes, upon entering the room it triggered another asthma attack. We had no choice but to seek an alternate accommodation. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY...! With nobody on site we couldn't discuss the situation with anyone and were told online it was a non refundable room. DISGUSTED.

Hi. This is a virtual check-in hotel. The customer is suppose to get an email with the door code, etc. I didn't. I called and texted repeatedly. I waited for 45 minutes.
Their website says: USB plugs. There weren't any.
It says: Free Breakfast. Nope.
It says: Cable TV. Another nope.
It says: Hot Tub. No. See second picture.
I couldn't get the internet to work.
Room was fine, bed not terrible.
Better than sleeping in the car.

I never saw a person face to face, it was all via text, to enter the code into the room was at least a 2 or 3 attempts. Walking in and the smell of cleaning product was so strong, but the room wasn't very clean. i felt that this place needed alot of TLC, in the rooms and just around the property in general. We basically slept there and i couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning!

The hotel Has not been updated in sometime, everything looks a bit worn out, the TV has no guide and very limited channels, dial microwave, small fridge. OK, small table with two chairs, one of the chairs was broken, the room was clean though.

Ice machine broken. Jacuzzi dirty. Bugs were found in sheets. Called and Lady said there's nothing she can do, no refunds. Wish Expedia never suggested this hotel. Disappointed that it was even an option on their site.

I like the idea of the lock pin code. I like that it's hidden. The property is in need of severe upkeep and repair. Ice machine not functional, spa was filthy and green, Needs to be landscaped. You can't see the sign at night because it's not illuminated and there are bushes surrounding it. Property needs to be cleaned up. Need a ceiling fan in the main room and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Etc

The rooms were nice and clean. The outdoor area of the property is in very poor condition. Doesn't appear to have been maintained in years. Just the same, the rooms were fine and we felt safe there. The location is good.

The carpet was nasty with a Big Missing Piece of The Carpet. The bathroom has the baseboard is all moldy!! Is there is not such thing as a hot TUB. It was nasty and not in service,it was very deceiving to have a good get away weekend!

The room met my expectations. It was very clean. A.positive for me was that it is a small motel and not on the main road. Grocery stores and restaurants are in the area. Easy to get to some of the rred rock formations.

It was in a good location but remote enough for whatever privacy is needed.the instructions were clear and easy to work with.

it was pretty easy, no hassle and since I did it online there really was no need to interact with any of the staff (if that's something you value).

No hotel service. No front desk. You’re given a long code that you have to type into a keypad to get into your room. Hot tub is closed.

Run down. Spa was shut down by municipal health authorities!

Clean room, big bathroom, loved the robes, and appreciated the water and energy bars the hotel offered. Easy self checking.

The check in process was difficult, the rooms were outdated and the bed was hard. The tv didn’t work in our room

It was a nice place to stay. Safe, quiet and accessible to hiking areas, shopping and restaurants.

The room had dead bugs under the bed and other guests were given codes to rooms that had guests in them already. We didnt stay one night at this hotel and they refused a refund despite their ability to still book out the room. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its great location. It is conveniently walkable to a health food market and a variety of delicious restaurants, making it easy to enjoy local culinary offerings. Additionally, the parking lot is safe and easily accessible, which was a definite plus for our stay.
However, I did encounter a few drawbacks during my visit. The bed was a bit too soft for my personal comfort, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. I also would have appreciated having a hot water kettle in the room for convenience.
Unfortunately, the noise from the female neighbors next door was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully at times. On a positive note, I was pleased to find the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which greatly added to the overall comfort of our stay.
Lastly, I want to extend my appreciation to the staff for their prompt communication regarding our check-in details. Their professionalism and efficiency were commendable.
Overall, while there were a few aspects that could be improved, the hotel's location and cleanliness made it a satisfactory experience. I would recommend it for those looking to explore the area, with the hope that noise issues may be addressed in the future.

The room was clean but the mattress was saggy and we kept sinking to the middle of the bed! It was very uncomfortable and I was not able to sleep!

Great stay! Super clean and comfortable rooms. Outdoor back patio swing chair needs to be replaced and stairs painted. The fans needed dusting badly but overall very clean.

The property owner charged without my permission and there was so many bugs in the room and out side as well
2.5 / 5.0
Quiet and serene, location is great as a solo guest, convenient to trailheads, restaurants, coffee, multiple grocery stores yet far enough away from the madness. Room was comfortable, nothing fancy but served me just perfect! Also the cleanest room I’ve stayed in for quite some time.

Baby Quail Inn was good for what I needed, a last-minute place to stay. The television didn't work, and the wifi barely worked, but that didn't bother me. The pool guy helped me out when I locked myself out of the room. All in all, for the price, the location was great. Thanks!

Baby Quail Inn use to be a fun place to stay. Quiet and affordable. This last experience was sad. It looks like the property is barely being taken care of. In my room the baseboard in the bathroom was half removed partially from water damage. There is no check-in with a person just numbers to call. Water leaking from the fountain and rooms sparce with minimal furnishings. I wish someone would take better care of the property.
