I highly recommend Hotel Seebichl! We stayed for 4 nights for a ski vacation and it was perfect. The room was comfy with a beautiful view. The restaurant was delicious! best food we had in Kitzbuhel by far. We also loved the shuttle to and from the mountain and the on property sauna. This property was the highlight of our stay in Austria.

Beautiful, family run hotel. Staff are lovely, rooms very clean and comfortable. Only thing for improvement would be - don’t close up so early in the evening! We came back from dinner, in town, about 10pm and it would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine in the hotel. Overall, a great hotel, will stay again

Nice remodeled historical hotel. Clean and friendly staff. My issues were that there was frequently no attendance at the front desk. The system for the City Card was not working correctly so we were not able to receive the discount cards at early check in or later when our room was ready. The welcome package says that the room was equipped for Tea and if we wanted coffee, to check with the front desk. I was told the earliest we could get coffee was 7:30 AM. The normal breakfast starts at 8:00 AM which is also a little late for those of use needing to travel that day.
The smoke alarm started chirping at 3:00 AM. Since the front desk closed at 10:00 PM we decided to try to sleep through it without success. It finally stopped at 6:00 AM. Seems like they would change the batteries a little more often to avoid this problem. The overhead light in the room did not work so it was dark.
The shower guard was not sealed underneath so water from the shower poured onto the floor.
Lastly, the staff that we encountered were excellent. Prompt, professional and friendly.

This hotel (and restaurant) is a hidden divine in Kitzbühel. A little bit outside of the city center, the center is still walkable with a 20-30 min walk. With just a 5 min walk you're right at the Schwarzsee which invites to a beautiful walk around the lake (the small circle 2.5km the big circle 9km).
The hotel itself has a very unique style. Outside this typical "Landhaus" (Country Style) design, inside this nice and surprising 70s vintage design. The rooms are not all the same. We got one in the "classic" design which I got to like a lot. I usually prefer modern interior/rooms in a hotel but in this situation it felt as I visited my great-grandmothers small apartment 30 years ago. The "room" is indeed like a small apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and an entry wardrobe. As I didn't see the other rooms I can't really review them, but I caught a glimpse in the room across when it was cleaned and it looked very nice, too.
Staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful. In general the owner brothers Max and Sebastian do an outstanding job!
The restaurant offered a great choice of local dishes. They were nicely prepared, visually very appealing and tasted great!
Would definitely come back here!

This family run hotel was in a picturesque setting and nothing was too much trouble. For us, we found that not having a kettle in the room was a negative. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom really lovely and in general really comfortable. The restaurant served the most delicious steak ever......!! As we left really early in the morning and because we were going to miss breakfast we were offered a small pack up to keep us going til Lunchtime on the move...very thoughtful and kind. We had a lovely time thank you.

Very friendly staff and nice hotel! Its a 20 minute walk to the central Kitzbuhel, but they had good transport to and from the ski slope, for free.

Good clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was ok but they do not advertise that they will provide cooked ages if you ask.

This was our second stay at the Seebichl. Its a lovely family-run hotel. Its very clean and well finished. Its about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Kitzbuhel, but they offer a free shuttle bus service as regular intervals for those who dont wish to walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Beautiful views. Good location, quiet and away from the bustle of the town, but an easy 20 minute walk (or 5 minute shuttle) to the middle of town. The free shuttle service to and from the train station, and to and from the ski area, is very helpful.

Was here for a weekend getaway from Milan. It is an absolutely stunning neighbourhood, with each balcony offering you the view of a lifetime. The terrace restaurant is pure bliss and you can spend hours just sitting there and observing the scenery. The rooms have a very warm and retro feel to it, and service is very homely in this family run hotel. Definitely a must visit and am definitely going to return for another stay here
