Always clean, always lovely staff and service. Sad there is no longer a continental breakfast room, but they do provide a bagged breakfast with a fruit, muffin, granola bar and water. Our preferred stay when in PG.

Checking was good, quick and efficient. Room was fine. A little on the small side, but we're just passing through and it worked for us. I'm picky about pillows and these are kind of flat and hard, but it was just one night. It's a great location for traveling through Prince George. You can't get lost, and I'm good at that. I would stay again on my way to Alaska.

The pillows were very round and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off. Luckily it wasn’t a real hot evening. The room was nice and clean and otherwise good value. Really close to Denny’s for breakfast.

Stayed for just one night as I was in town for a medical appointment. Convienent location, lots of food options around. Front desk staff were very kind, rooms were clean, though the sheets were a little stained. Sound proofing is non-existent though, I frequently heard my neighbors and anyone outside. Definitely what I expected for the price though, fine place to stay for a night or two

Stayed in 2 queen beds room. The room was a decent size and clean. There's a pizza and pasta restaurant in the same lot and Denny's is just next door (3 mins walk).

The late night check in is a fantastic option, however, the staff member on that night would not let me give the deposit with my debit card, like I had done before. had to mess around and transfer funds through my accounts… which took a lot of time at the counter. I was told the deposit from my cc would be held, but not completed, until I checked out in the a.m…. which makes sense. Upon checking out I was told by the morning staff member that the transaction had been put through and charged entirely to my cc….. I was not pleased about that. Nevertheless, my stay there was short (each time) but I have never had a bad experience with the rooms, the area, or anything else.

Very clean; everything in the room was well kept; quiet; AC kept the room very cool; lots of restaurants nearby - we tried the pizza place downstairs on our first night, and it was great! Plenty of parking in the courtyard; easy access to all shopping and amenities. Would definitely stay again.

As a single woman travelling alone I felt very safe at this hotel. It’s definitely not “fancy”, but the front desk guy was so nice to deal with. I got in late and was worried about leaving my bikes on the rack overnight.He was happy to let me park in front of the lobby where they’d be well lit and monitored. The room was clean and quiet.
