Great place to stay. Super clean, modern room.

I asked to switch to a different room as mine did not have the rain shower feature I was looking forward to- the staff was super helpful and switched me to another room immediately!

I could very clearly hear the person in the room next to me talking loudly on the phone through the locked door that connects the two rooms. I could also very clearly hear people in the hallway- more soundproofing in the doors would be a really great idea.

Nice hotel rooms, but a bit unorganized

Clean and friendly staff .

Horrible location , no noise control Two nights events going on till passed midnight which we were not aware of nor did the hotel mention when we checked in. Would have been fine if we were traveling with kids The homeless community surrounding the hotel left me with an uneasy feeling for the safety of my child if we wanted to go for a walk to find something to eat as the restaurant in the hotel is under Reno’s When it came time for check out there was no debit machine that could refund my 300$ deposit back onto my debit card . It did get resolved about 40 minutes and me walking away with cash instead but it wasn’t overly convenient.

Superb

I looked like the hotel from Lost in Translation. Very comfy beds. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Parking garage smelled like urine.

Decent place to stay.

Adjacent secure parkade next to hotel. Secure elevators, must use room key cards to activate elevator.. Staff are polite and helpful, easy check in, and check out.

The jacuzzi tub in the room it's has very little power in the jets. We personally found the bed too soft, but that's more of a personal preference. The bedside lamp, the area where the bulb screws in, was broken and loose.

We had to park on the street due to clearance limitations in the garage and someone tried to steal our bikes and tent. We also incurred a large door ding.

Uppn checking out I checked my credit card and had over $1600.00 in pending charges when all I owed was $611.00. I then

The rooms were clean. The pool was nice but they didn’t have pool towels and once asked to get towels at front desk was told to use the hand towels from the fitness room.

Some of the front desk people were very rude and not helpful when running into problems.

Great room. Friendly staff. Nice hotel in a good location.

Vehicle parking off site, although it is a secure parkade. It would be better even if there was a walking bridge connected from the hotel to the parkade.

property was very nice. Very up to date & quiet. They had a parkade which is a must in that area.

location was not the greatest, many homeless hanging around.
