Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. There was a slight faff the first 24 hours getting a suitable room, but we were upgraded to a lovely 8th floor room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony, which we all enjoyed (the kids loved it!). The room was good, lovely monsoon shower. Most of the minibar drinks were not to my taste (mostly fizzy drinks and beer), but there were always quite a few bottles of water. Shame not large glass bottles to cut down on plastic waste.
There were several pools, all pretty cold, I guess that's just timing of the year but would be nice if at least one was heated.
The beach area is very nice, a good pontoon, loads of seating and shade. The sea was a bit warmer. The restaurants serve a fairly good mix of food - one mostly focuses on snacks by day (hamburger, hot dogs), dished out on plastic plates that don't look reusable or recyclable, sadly. The one by the beach serves wrap/kebabs and also choices of hot foods. I found it was fairly easy to eat a balanced diet and not too much junk, very important for me and my children.
The staff would also come around with trays and trolleys, offering ice cream, juice, raw carrots, wraps. Some go around on Rollerblades, which my daughter loved!
The slides were good and varied, something for every age. My hubby and I enjoyed the big wavy slides, they absolutely catapult you off the bottom! We also dared to do the taco ride, the staff member told me 'perhaps today is the day you die' just beforehand, eek!!!

Pros: The resort is amazing with always something to do. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room that was newly refurbished and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the pools and slides. There was an endless amount of food throughout the day, if the buffet had finished there was the gozleme hutt, waffles and ice cream, the snack bar that had kebab meat, chips, rice, pizza, burgers (my favourite was the kebab, waffles and gozleme). My kids loved the kids club and fun fair on every night. Loved the activities that were on around the resort at varies times.
Cons: The air con!!! It was so hot and the aircon only worked at certain times of the day. It seems they switch it off at about 9am then again in the afternoon for about 3 hours and it gets very hot in the room. The common areas are always hot. The wifi works well in the morning and during the day but by about 4-5pm it isn't working well at all. Although the food around the resort outside of the buffet is nice the buffet food is plenty in variety but on the low side average.

We had a nice vacation at Saturn palace.
Pros-
So much food, and very creative in presenting the food- they basically keep serving food all day
Friendly staff, all want to help
Nice attractions and amenities
Very kids friendly
Many activities for all ages
Very nice nature and beach
Many places and options to sit and lounge even away from pool or beach if you'd like some quiet time
Cons-
Cleanliness can be improved, for example, you need to check the utensils very carefully before using them in the restaurants, the room floor will still be dirty after the room cleaning is done.

A short transfer of around 20 minutes costing £11 via the yellow airport taxis. Friendly staff throughout on the resort. Brilliant and welcoming entertainment team. Our stay was fantastic food and drink available at all times. The pools were not the warmest i have been in, but as soon as you swim a few seconds its fine. Our children enjoyed the kids club with plenty of activities to keep them entertained, parents were welcome to stay and join in. The entertainment on the evening was very good. A few nights on our stay the entertainment was superb with Brazilian dancers and an Mongolian comic acrobat group. Our room was a sea view room with good views of the sea and surrounding hotels. There was always plenty of food and choice. There was only a handful of selfish guests who decided to put towels on beds and then not use them for a few hours. The hotel during our stay in May was probably about 1/2 full so plenty of sunbeds and tables available at meal times. There was a good range of choice of food and as 1 of us is fairly fussy they were able to eat something they like at all meal times. There is a few young men who deliver food and drinks to people around the pool areas on roller skates an excellent quick service. There was pools you could chill out and have a relaxing swim. There was other active pools with plenty of slides in. 2 kids pools with 0.35m and 0.7m high perfect for the little ones to walk around around slides for them to enjoy. Overall a very good stay, enjoyed

AMAZING HOTEL! WORTH EVERY PENNY. The balcony Jacuzzi is the highlight. The program for family is great. Not so much water slides but it's fine. The food options are crazy even though not so much of seafood or beef.
