The attendants Boa and Fun and the entire staff were super friendly and hospitable. They hold a smile and greet you everytime you walk by the lobby. The rooms are great for a decent price, the building is not modern but I loved the way it resembled the old Italian/Spanish architecture. The experience was amazing since everything was around 5 mins walk. 7 eleven, Ko dam restaurant next door is a must for great thai food.

Great “Casa Blanca” style 3 story. Good beds, spacious rooms that are all decorated in mahogany wood tables and chairs. Don’t bother trying to move furniture as it is really heavy and loud. No elevator or 1st floor rooms. The steps are great exercise so we are fine. Great staff gave us a top floor room. One of the other reasons to stay is if you love Italian cuisine “Umbertos” has a top notch chef who makes some classics. His pizza was perfect, the meat was cooked by an expert with high quality cuts, the sauce was wonderful too. The salad was refreshing, not damp, or to dry.

Basic excellent hotel with a pool. The service was excellent. The massage shop on the 1st floor was amazing. 😍

Great location to everything - beach, shops, dining, tours/excursions, etc. The room was a comfortable size with the amenities we needed. The pool on the second floor was unique as it overlooked the street below and a small area of a bay across the street. The staff were very accommodating and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return there again.

The staff were very friendly and the Italian restaurant downstairs was very good.
The breakfast could be better and some more loungers around the 3rd floor pool would be better as well. Not a huge fan of the brown color pool tile, can make the water look unclean even if it is.

We really enjoyed the convenient location close to many restaurants. The staff was very helpful, friendly, kind and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed renting scooters from the property. We also really enjoyed our tour to Hong Island and renting a kayak to see the beautiful view at Railay beach along with the lagoon. It was fun! Merci.

Hotel and rooms are quite old.
We first were told that our room was not ready when we arrived, but suddenly got told that nevermind it is ready. Got put in a room where the bed was absolutely rockhard, there was no power outlets besides behind the TV, and some of the lights did not work. When we went to complain about it, we were instantly moved to a different room. Felt like they just tried to see if we would not complain about the terrible room. the new room was ok, with working lights, a softer bed and power outlets.
The pool was nothing like in the pictures, the pool chairs are very old and not even close to the ones in the pictures. The pool area is also very small with only a few chairs.
Nothing to say about the restaurant, we did not go there but it seemed to be quite full most of the nights and they had a proper wine selection.
No sound insulation, every noise from the hallway and street was heard inside the room like we had the door or window open.
Breakfast was really poor, only options were bread with nothing to put on the bread, cereal, and small fruit selection.
Feels like this hotel has not stood the test of time and is in of a fixup. For the price there are better options in better locations, even closer to the beach

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so bringing our luggage to our room at the top level was a struggle. Could use a hot egg station at breakfast. The hotel has an old Moroccan-style design that could be enhanced with some modern updates. The rooms with the upstairs lofts and terra cotta balconies outfitted a bathtub and sink are a nice place to relax and watch the sun go down.

The rooms was not as nice as the pictures showed. Although we did have a balcony, there was no furniture to sit on out there and it was basically on top of and view of a metal roof. Their breakfast buffet was quite expensive

Nice quiet stay in a not so quiet town. About a 5 min walk from Ao Nang beach which was perfect because the town is pretty loud.2 nice pools and an on site restaurant that serves Italian fare.

Perfect ten. Loved everything about Alisea Boutique, best hotel stay in Thailand.

Been traveling for months as part of 6 month+ trip. Spent 3 weeks in Krabi at Alisea. Loved the hotel. For price you can not beat it. The free shuttle to private beach resort is just as shown. Pool was amazing. Few posts complained of mold in shower. It’s just base tile showing through where it’s been cleaned so many times. Btw huge rain shower was amazing. Staff was insanely nice. rooms are really nice. Only downside was slow WiFi, but that seems to be a Krabi issue, not hotel.

It was a nice stay. The property is a bit dated with some mold in the shower. We checked out and left the property without getting our passports returned to us, which was very frustrating given the front desk staff were sitting around on their phones while we ripped apart our bags looking for them. Overall it was a pretty good hotel with nice big rooms and large bathroom with a rainfall shower.

The location, and style of the hotel were great. The pool had a great view and it was nice to relax. Some appliances need upgrading but everything was functional and clean. The price was also great for the location and comfort. I would definitely come back. The safe box is out in the lobby instead of the bedroom but it was completely safe.

When we arrived the staff assigned us to a room where the patio view was a construction site - literally 4-5 feet outside the room. We asked for and received a room away from the construction. The staff knew immediately why we were asking - clearly they thought we wouldn't say anything. After that, all was fine. The hotel's best feature is a lovely infinity pool with view of mountains and part of city. Otherwise, it is somewhat dated (which is normal for AoNang beach area). Everything was clean, shower was good, air conditioning worked, and there was a fridge in the room where we stored cold drinks. The towels and linens were a bit frayed, but that didn't bother us. There is no elevator, which people with mobility problems should take into account. The breakfast is not very good, nor is the coffee, but you have lots of food choices nearby.

Interesting place and concept. A bit out of the way though with nothing much around the local area.

The price was right. Only a few dollars more a night compared to hostel. This place has so much potential; it really is a pretty hotel. But it is filthy. My bed was comfortable and clean and room was nice size. Rain shower head is great but the entire shower is covered in mold and smells like mild. Wear flip flops. The pool was a great way to end the day and nice. Location is good, off the busy street but close and easy to walk to. Staff - well - I found some curt and rude rude and others were all smiles. Average I would say. If the price is right - stay here. Just be aware this is not a great place.

Just stayed at this lovely hotel with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Facilities are a little old, but still in good condition. Hotel is also close to Ao Nang beach and can lend you towels if you need. I would come back to this hotel again!
