Had a super stay with friends. Very clean hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely come back to this hotel if we were in Albufeira.

The staff at this hotel are 10/10. We moved from another hotel that was horrible, we was allowed to check in early & check out late. They was able to dry a couple items of clothing at short notice as the balcony wasn’t in direct sunlight. Second time we have stayed here & would use another hotel again.

I have stayed in this property for the last 16 years plus,, I got the same room I had 15 years ago there is mold in the shower/ bath,, same Decoration as then never had anything done to it since then, the bar in the hotel is so noisy it’s impossible to get any sleep,, the company muthu promised the would modernise the property they have done very little,, as I say I have been going there for over 16 years will not go back, Shame on you muthu,, stay clear especially if you are looking for a relaxing holiday no chance

Pleasant quick easy check in. Fully equipped apartment poolside. New fluffy towels. Clean and well made beds. Lovely entrance and access to bars, supermarket next door. Cafes restaurants around and more lively nightlife a short walk. Fab beaches close by.

check in was good. when we got to the room we noticed our bed was very low. just a single mattress and not very comfortable. our friends were in another room and they had a extra mattress on top of what we had in our room. when we talk to the front desk she said they have a newer mattress and that there are no other rooms available. also the bathroom really needs updating. look dirty with the cracks in the tile and walls.

The place is not like the pic, the bathroom was dirty and the beds terrible you feel the coils, Could not sleep. I spoke with receptionist about bathroom and they said the room was not scheduled to clean. Because is one day yes one day no ????? I was in shock. I ask yo spoke with the supervisor but the supervisor arrive in afternoon.when I was able to talk to the supervisor she said the bathroom is old no dirty… I told her that all the small hair is part of the old bathroom,? I know what is old and what is dirty. Was a baddddddd experience and not results they didn’t clean it and didn’t change the mattress horrible I am going to ask for refund

The staff in reception were nice and friendly and tried hard to accommodate your needs. This hotel is less of a 4 and more of a 3 star as is outdated in both communal areas and the rooms.

The Hotel needs reburbing. Very outdated. There was no hotel bar to relax, just a bar that had an entrance from the hotel with loud music until early hours.

Definitely not 4 star hotel. Nice enough if you just want a bed. Pool area was nice. Don't go all inclusive. We all felt Ill when we got home. Breakfast was the only half decent meal. Rest was cold or awful. They had a bone curry with some rock hard inedible pork.

Rooms are spacious and clean, you have everything you need in the room although the hotel is tiring a bit. Cleaners are good but reception are slow and not much use in assisting with anything. Attached bar is a rip off at times. Pool is ok, its ok, can't say more.

Handy place to stay with lots of bars/restaurants locally. Good pool area with lots of sun beds available. Local bars a lot cheaper than the Hangover bar attached to the hotel. Well equipped apartment but street noise affected ours, (above car park & supermarket) pool facing would be better. Some late night noise from returning stag do’s and music noise from same groups around the pool during the day but not annoying enough to bother us.

I was called the evening before travel to say they'd overbooked the hotel and was told I'd be moved to their sister hotel with a room that was the same as booked. On arrival there was one person working reception and took over 45 minutes to check in. The room was nothing like the room I originally booked and there was also no furniture for use on the balcony. Bearing in mind the current covid situation the hotel was not what I'd class as clean and even less so based on the covid situation. When I went for a walk to see the original hotel I had booked it was shut. So they hadn't overbooked they just moved everyone to one hotel. Overall a very poor experience.

Very big apartments spread over several blocks. It’s in a good location and one block has fabulous sea views. You can easily walk to beach and has loads of restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation that we were allocated didn’t disappoint. The apartment was extremely spacious with a view over the pool area. It had everything we needed and more. Staff were very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

It is certainly not 4* as advertised. An accurate rating would be 2*.In my room: the bathroom tiles were almost all cracked, the water pressure was non existent and it had an awfully damp smell. It was apparently fully booked and given that I had prepaid in full, I had no choice but to put up with it.
