This older hotel was very clean and well kept.Check in was easy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly.
The cons od the hotel- it was older and only had one elevator.Additionaly the lightening outside ,especially in the.back was dark. Also few food options in this area

The inn is located near the historic park we wanted to visit and was a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The Inn was a great stay for us. The staff were friendly and informative, the room was clean, and the pillows were so comfortable with such soft pillow cases and a matching soft blanket. No breakfast offered, a little gift shop, plenty of parking in the lot, and several entrances for convenient ways to get to your room.

We had a wonderful stay for the rodeo! Rooms were nice and grandkids had fun in the pool. No jacuzzi though. Easy drive to the rodeo and parade. Within 15 -20 minutes to whatever we needed. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

This is one of the better hotels in the Nauvoo area and is very conveniently located near the temple and historic sites. Rooms are large and clean and it has a nice indoor pool. I would recommend this over any hotel in Keokuk. Just be aware that dining options are limited and they don't include a breakfast so plan accordingly.

Great value for our family of six. The only down side was there is no hot tub as stated in the description of the hotel.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. It is close to everything in Old Nauvoo.

Location was good, only a few minutes drive to historic Nauvoo, but it felt expensive given the state of the hotel. It looks (and smells) like it hasn’t been updated in forty years. Breakfast also isn’t included, which would have been great given the lack of places to eat in town. Staff were great and very helpful.

Fairly standard hotel. The room for six of us was comfortable. But they only supplied four towels and we had to ask for more. Also, when a toilet clogged, they handed us towels and a plunger to take care of it ourselves. Talk about a walk of shame through the hallways.

Clean, friendly check in.
Thought we had the Family Suite with multiple rooms and a kitchenette but ended up with a regular room with an added bunkbed. Booking says “Family room” and website still shows “Family Suite” as an option and no other rooms called family - not sure what happened there. Sister ordered another way and didn’t get a suite either.
The beds were SO HARD! Even my sister who likes firm beds said it was “hard as a rock”. Husband ended up on the bottom bunk after the first night because it was slightly better - but he wonders if sleeping in the car would have been better. My sister in law had a mattress topper on one of her beds. Jealous! Three nights on those beds was tough. I heard there is a new owner, so hoping they will be fixed!! I would not stay again unless I knew they were.
I did like the ambiance created in the hotel - candle/sconce lights, nice pictures, and look of old fashioned rugs. Also good location.
The kids loved the pool!
Also has multiple signs saying there is a restaurant, but there isn’t.

Perfectly fine. Big room. Super friendly staff

Very nice facilities. Would be enhanced if food source was available either on site or near by., Nauvoo is severely limited on restaurants. Nauvoo Hotel is nice but fully over booked and reservations are hard to get. Red Front okay but very limited fare and seating challenges.

Though the staff people were very polite, the hotel itself is really in need of updating. There are no USB ports for charging electronic devices in the rooms. There is no place to eat on the premises, and though the room had a microwave and refrigerator, there is no grocery store in Nauvoo (had to shop at Dollar General for food). Very limited restaurants in the town of Nauvoo. We had to drive 15 miles to Hamilton for breakfast. I really can't recommend this hotel.

The place is old and cute. The pool was fun. The staff were so helpful when we needed to make a room change to be closer to our teen's room.
Also, after we were in another state, my daughter realized she left a sentimental piece of jewelry in her room. They were great to look and find it, and sent it home with friends who stayed in the same hotel days after us. So grateful for their wonderful hospitality!

Room was dark, needed more lighting. Tiled floors were cold, needed a rug between the beds. Shower head needed to be replaced, just delivered one blast of water. Staff were friendly, off season rates were excellent. Room was large, would be good for a family.
