It was fine

basic but clean. comfortable beds. TINY bathroom

The property workers were very rude about family visiting each other and the family dog that was visiting and said the pet has to leave the premises or will be charged just for a visit. Staff were not friendly at all.

Didnt find the room to be very clean. Floors hadn't been washed in a while. Walls had lots of dirty marks on them. Lots of dirt built up around the taps, etc. Good things - the mattress was quite comfortable, the breakfast was adequate and check in and out was easy.

This was our first time to stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't too bad. Our room was decent. There was enough parking space but it felt crowded.

Room had a stale odour that soaked into everything. Had to wash entire wardrobe to get rid of the smell.
Ambiance not supported by rowdy party held on street out the front of the bar across the road and very noisey air con.

7/10 overall…excellent location in the downtown!

Not worth $200 a night. Breakfast limited and not enough seating. My 14 year old found a porn card under bed! Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke.

The breakfast was okay, but was pretty much just toast and cereal. They were supposed to have hard boiled eggs, but the 2 I cracked open were raw.

Rooms were clean and we like that even though we couldn't check in until 3 we could still park there

Just ok. It will do for a place to sleep. Small for family of 4.

There was no carpeting in the room or bath mat. So, at night the floor was very cold. Also, we rented a room with a queen bed, but what we got was a double bed.

Just a stop for the night. Nothing spectacular

Close to shopping. Can walk to restaurants. More time for breakfast. Was busy. More space for sitting.

Nice place

A very basic motel if you are sightseeing in and around Drumheller. The rooms have flooring vs carpet which is better for cleanliness. There is a mini fridge, microwave and keurig in the room which is convenient. AC is noisy but helps to cool room as needed. Shower had good pressure and hot. We found the location quiet, with ample parking in the lot or on the street. The included breakfast has coffee, tea, iced tea, OJ, assorted bagels and bread, hard boiled eggs, activa yogurt, some apples and cereals, which was fine. Limited seating in breakfast area but you can take things to your room. Also hot and cold water cooler in the lobby. Consider bringing your own mug, plates, cutlery, to cut down on disposable waste. There is a “shoppers” across the street to pick up anything you need until 9 pm. Downtown Drumheller is kind of dead in the evening, not a lot of restaurant/ cafe choices within walking distance other than a bubble tea place and some food trucks. There are chain/ fast food restaurants nearby to drive to and a Freson brothers grocery store- so plan for that. Overall, an average place to stay for the $ and good central location for families sightseeing around the area .

It was noisy - I could hear the person in the room beside us eat chips because the door between the rooms was not sealed. I could hear someone walking on the 2nd floor hallway at 2 am. And the diesal work trucks in the parking lot start up at 4 am. The room was hot but running the a/c at night was also very loud.

No complaints regarding this property. Would definitely stay again. Friendly staff, clean & in convenient location. We ended up running behind and no issues checking out a bit later than check out time.
We rented a room that had 3 beds and enough room for 5 of us. Will return!

This was the only hotel available when i booked because we werent sure where we were going. For 160$/night its outrageous. The room smelled so much like bleach i wonder what they were covering up. The air conditioning did nothing to help cool the room down. It was dirty and really needs updating. It looks like a place you'd rent by the hour not a place to take your family. We were only there for one night so we dealt with it but I would not stay there again. The staff i interacted with were all very nice so that was good.

Convenient place to stay while we were visiting the Royal Tyrell Museum. We stayed for one night and had a good stay.

Very small room with noisy air conditioner. Bathroom floor was damaged and looks like it was just covered with flooring over damaged subfloor. Felt like you could fall through it. Needs some upgrades very dated. Breakfast was cereal and toast.

The two gentlemen at the check in were like night and day. One surly, rude jerk and one nice helpful Asian man that smiled, was extremely polite and went out of his way to help people. Rude clerk put a family with lots of children in an upstairs and downstairs room after being told they needed to be together. Acted like they were an inconvenience.
Room - bathroom and lots of long curly black hair in the tub and on the floor.
Breakfast - Moldy bread taken up to the female clerk, she looked at it and said “what do you want me to do”. Did not go check for further mould or anything. Sign says 1 piece only for yogurt and hard boiled eggs.
Again only positive about this hotel was the nice gentleman.

Breakfast area very small but functional; clean and staff friendly. Nice central location.

It's not fancy and if you want a hotel/motel to be a part of your vacation to remember, then this isn't the place. This is a place you go to sleep and get up and leave on another adventure in Drumheller. I wanted a place to sleep that didn't cost too much and this fit the bill.

I agree with not changing linens and towels every day but was disappointed that they didn’t even tidy the beds.

We did a night stay with my family. My son enjoyed the slide in the pool! Our room was standard. However the shower had no pressure which was only the downside.
Overall happy we stayed there.

Flooring in room was needing repairs.
Door to room painted black; hot enough in the sun to burn my hand and the door was hard to open until later when the sun was gone. Otherwise acceptable accommodation for one night. Breakfast was okay, a few options.

Very expensive for the medium quality motel. Bathroom fan didnt work so it got very stuffy in there on a hot day. Only 1 kids channel on tv.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fine but the room floor felt a bit gritty under the feet, the air conditioner was so loud, but not as loud as our neighbours.

Would of been nice if breakfast was earlier like starting at 6 or 6:30...we ended up just leaving without

Not even a hello when we entered the lobby. The front desk was watching Bollywood movies loudly and as he paused it said, “Creditcard - ID” I said, “Hi, I have a booking with hotels.com”
“Credit card - ID” he said rudely again. I almost walked out there but didn’t. The room was so hot that none of us could fall asleep until 1am. We had the air conditioning cranked but it did nothing really. The breakfast was awful. The cereal dispenser literally had a mix of four different cereals poured into one dispenser. You could tell they just didn’t care. The couple that was working there in the morning could be heard arguing in an adjoining room loudly while we were eating breakfast. Even the ice bucket had mold in the top of it.

Picked a first floor handicap accessible room. Bath not handicap accessible. Room entrance has a 6 inch lip on it. Not accessible or acceptable for handicap especial those in a chair like myself.

This property is very clean and walking to different areas downtown is very convenient. The building is a bit older but quaint. The parking is tight and property is on a busy street - noisey cars at night. I enjoyed my stay for one night.
