It was amazing 1 night stay, nice big pool, nice white sand beach, loads choices of foods of buffet breakfast and all staff were very accomodating. Highly recommended to everyone

I stayed here 6 years ago and it was clean, tidy, fresh and maintained. Nowadays it’s under some repair, pools not kept immaculate like before, training staff so people standing around, rooms look like they haven’t had much work done on them in 6 years and some men ( I think run boat tours or jet skis) sitting around smoking in corners looking unkept and not what I expect seeing at a resort. The grounds could use a good tidy up as one pond is filled with slime and just needs a couple of days to bring it back to scratch. Although this is the downside of the resort there are plenty of upsides. You are in walking distance to shops restaurants and small supermarkets. The rooms are still in good enough condition without being super and the meals were lovely. I will stay here again if I get a chance.

The hotel staff was very friendly and took good care of my daughters. They kept our luggage safely until check-in and we enjoyed the pool. We felt very safe in the pool with the lifeguards watching over us. The morning buffet was delicious and varied. During lunch time, we had a great time listening to the singer's pleasant music. The hotel was very safe inside, but once you step out of the hotel, there are no traffic lights and the roads are not well maintained, so please be careful if you are traveling with children.

Nice place with great breakfast although disappointed the room location was not in the main tower and on the first floor with only view of the pool if I went outside and to the side of outside patio which was not expected, mattress was VERY uncomfortable and beach area was not maintained.

Inexperienced restaurant staff No AC in lobby, restaurant or hallways Power outage for 5 hours and went unresolved until we called the front desk and they reset the breaker panel in the closet- how would a guest know to do that? Nice older place but lacking good service and attention to detail

This hotel gets a 10 out of 10. It’s beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, unfortunately I wound up in the hospital so I only got to stay one of three nights booked. I would definitely stay here again

My friend suffers from kidney failure and we had to wait for the room to be cleaned, and then a room transfer, while other guests arrived and were taken to their rooms without delay, I found that disgusting

Nice facility and food but the private beach was a bit small and not really suitable for swimming (just water sports). We did like the large pool and used that a number of times.

Fantastic stay. Very relaxing. Beautiful pools and an amazing Spa, 2.5 hour package was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Would love to stay again.

Hotel was incredible. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They organized day trips for us and booked restaurants for dinners. The room was cleaned every day and the facilities were luxurious. We particularly loved the bar upstairs called 801 which had 2 for 1 happy hr drinks. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a good stay overall. Dining option was great, food and service too is great Beach access is available but not ideal for swimming . Water appears polluted with a lot of debris and is not an option.as far as we are concerned. Big and clean swimming pool made a great substitute.

Silvia at the reception desk was absolutely awful - rude, condescending, unhelpful and unprofessional to say the least.

Didn't have wi-fi to which they know and didn't disclose prior to check in. Would not refund. Asked for room service twice and didn't receive until asking to speak to manger. Will never stay there again. Pool closes at 7:pm and beach at 5 pm.

Check in was horrible at first as the first person to check me in did not understand the room that I booked. My room allowed 4 people per the room description where as the desk person wanted me to get an extra room. Seems after a few phone calls on their part it turned out I was correct. Manager gave me gave me free breakfast for the fourth person for my troubles. Food and service was good from then on.

We were very disappointed being our 2 nd stay here , As we found the breakfast Buffet selection below average and the quality of the food was below average . The staff lacked basic catering and communication skills . Our room suffered plumbing problems and the shower had low pressure issues . The Hotel seemed more focussed on running venues for the locals rather than looking after their hotel guests . We definitely won’t be staying here again .

The family suite is minimally furnished. There is one underpowered AC unit in the whole place which did not do the job. We received minimal towels and they limited us to one roll of toilet paper per day for a family of 4. Their restaurant is seriously overpriced and getting transportation from the resort into Moalboal is gouging. Our reservation was for 5 nights. We left early. Do not recommend for the price.
