This is a good little hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaners do a good job. The WC is clean and shower is good. Wi-Fi is also good. I stayed in room 210 and it was comfortable enough for me however, unfortunately there was bed bugs and upon my return home i was suffering from multiple bites. Thought it was mosquitoes as i left my room window open but actually found evidence of them as i was i checking out. I didn't mention it to staff as i wasn't 100% sure. Other than the bugs the hotel and staff were good. I probably wouldn't stay here again though which is a shame because the location is also very good. Flipper Hotel management - -Please fix your bug issue as these bugs can travel and spread to your guests homes! Thank you!

Helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel is within walking distance from a Tram staton. Walls are very thin and a wide variety of noises are shared. It is a good option if you don’t really spend time at the hotel. I would not recommended if you are traveling with small children.

Good place

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, after my first night I was covered in bed bug bites. After reporting to reception I was met with a couldn’t care less attitude

Super

Checkin took too long, due to error in invoicing. Got a parking ticket. Horrible hygiene and cramped rooms.

Room was the size of a prison cell

Nice place for the price. Good for sharing a room with friend. Breakfast is not offered even at a cost. There is a vending machine and a coffee machine. Close to the tram or bus stop. 30-45 mins to the city center.

I liked it, it was what I paid for and probably more compairing to hotel prices in Amsterdam. It was easy to get into the city centre by public transportation or Uber. The staff was lovely and every day we came home to clean room and made up beds. Lovely stay.

They did everything right and checked all the boxes. So here's what to know... It may not be a five-star hotel, but it operates like one... It checks all the boxes. I wanted a place to sleep which was close to transportation, and they provided it.
Look, it isn't a luxury experience... Yet it's a small room.with a bed (surprisingly comfortable!) with a good AC unit - it was just what I was looking for on my.way back to Rottérdam.
Great job, y'all!

Not the best, left early

the location is good but the room wasnt very clean. I found hairs and dust on the bed so it looks like some one stayed, probably didn't use all the beds and the cleaner only cleaned the bed that was used and not the rest of the beds.

To be honest i went for low cost for 1 night on a football trip. Single bed was very narrow. Annoying noise in bedroom from air conditioning unit. Bedroom, toilet room and shower room all very small, but all i needed was sonewhere to sleep so it suited my needs and the main thing for me was that everywhere was ckean

I wouldn’t stay here again

Nice and cosy room, staff were lovely and helpful, clean bedding and towels provided.

Was not expecting much from a budget hotel but a clean room should be a must. The mattress toppers were stained and smelly. The toilet seat broken, the shower dirty and water overflowed onto floor when used. Overall needs a deep clean.

Out of the 4 beds in our room, 2 beds turned out to be infested by bed bugs, possibly the other 2 as well. We saw these fairly big bed bugs cruising around the sheets and pillow cases. I had to spend my wednesday night at my friends house, fortunately I atleast had options. The hotel staff were nice but they couldn’t do anything about the bed bugs so they just gave us 4 sheets, and the following day they deep cleaned the room which left us without a place to stay for 4 hours. Even after the deep cleaning process the bed bug problem did not go away. Apart from this the shees and pillow cases werent clean at all, not even after the deep cleaning process we went through. We asked for any sort of compensation regarding the fact that I could not spend all paid for nights in our room, all they said was I should have asked for compensation the day we had the bed bug problem (it was around 11pm when we found that out) and that they can’t refund the whole stay, which I didn’t even ask for, simply a night’s price compensation. I would not recommend staying here.

Found bed bugs and the workers refused to give us a refund. Do not stay here.

The area where the hotel is located is great but the hotel itself is quite poor... it smells bad, the rooms are very tight, the walls are paper thin, washrooms/showers are tight, the pictures posted online by the hotel do do not reflect what the hotel looks like in person, there are multiple cases of bed bugs.
3.1
Bedding was not good at all and lot of discomfort
3.1
The staff was extremely helpful when i needed to know how to get to the airport from their hotel. And their bike renting service was fantastic

We had an inconvenience with the bed and were quickly moved to another room. The cleanliness is great! It’s located near tram and metro and a couple of streets away from the main De Pijp street. Convenient yet private and quiet. In the middle of a lovely neighborhood. Would recommend!!

found bed bugs in our bed on the first night but they accommodated us. nice location, close to transport

My partner and I stayed in room 006. The bed was infested with bed bugs and I was bit all over. I would never recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel. We are spending the rest of our time in the next destination washing all our clothes and steaming our belongings not to carry them on to our house and future destinations.

What we expected. Slight upgrade from a hostel but not by much. Water leak in room wasn’t sorted while we were in the room which dropped the score from good to one up from crap. Staff were friendly but a little too relaxed.
3.1
Staff was helpful and good. Other guests made noise at night and mattresses were not that great.
Average value for money.
3.1
The bedding & towels were clean and the house keeping was done every day! The rooms are very small, power sockets in strange places and the room had a really strong smell of damp.
3.1
Tiny rooms, absolutely 0 sound proofing.
Beds wonky and overused, felt like i was sleeping downhill!!
Curtains ripped and couldnt cover the whole window.
Shower was a joke, floor flooded, but unsure how, due to the awful output of the shower head!!
Every door slammed, and it appears that noone knows how to use a door handle, so all throughout the night incredibly loud slams of metal doors wake u up.
The water pipe runs through the rooms, anyone using s tap or toilet sends loud rushing water through your room.
Pillows are a joke.
However, staff were friendly and helpful, and the on site bike hire was decent, although bikes were poor quality.
I would never stay here on purpose again.

The staff were nice, when checking in the girl circled things of interest in a map for us, she was very nice, the fees were more than was quoted on Expedia though, It hadn’t been cleaned as there was an empty nut packet and bottle just under the side of the bed, we only saw it as I dropped something and was looking for it, the curtains were are wrinkled, they could have been ironed
3.1
Very out dated and shabby looking room. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were very friendly and polite though. You could hear clearly people passing. I paid over a £100 to stay for one night and was very disappointing that I had to pay that much to stay in such a poor outdated hotel.

Buena atención, cerca del centro, pero encontramos un ratón en el cuarto

Service was great, but shower was full of mould. Felt sick just stepping in there. Would like a refund.

Ok. Could do with some attention to the condition of the room and fittings

For a budget hotel - it is a good one. Unfortunately our room did not have AC but we had a big window that did just fine. The hotel is in a residential area which is a big plus. It’s one street away from a canal. The public transportation tram is just within a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel felt very safe as a key was always needed to enter the hotel. We were able to get an Uber at 3am from our hotel to the airport and the hotel staff allowed us to do a drop key checkout at that time but did a room walk through hours before the front desk was closed. Overall this is a great budget hotel.

The room, which was supposed to be for 4, was incredibly small. Other than that clean

It is a safe place to stay: Facilities not at up to the mark.

I dont like this hotel, they never take out the room trash, and the room was not tottaly clean. But the front desk services was ok.
