Uniqueness of the property was the area in the Philippines. The fact that it was on a road that was busy but not in a main city area. So in the evening it quieted down

Took me by surprise once I saw the actual rooms.....Very good location in Tagaytay. Great deal too- if in fact the rooms were $200plus USD! Rooms were advertised as special discount, starting as low as $42 (I wanted a balcony so I chose the Executive Suite,at like $49 (after a closer, ALL rooms were listed as the same size). BTW, rooms were spacious.... WiFi was painfully slow to constant losing connectivity (non-existent in the bathroom, where I needed it most) FYI- There is hot water, TG! ...It takes awhile to heat up,I later discovered, but just before I was about to cut my losses to find a newER hotel.
Just know that you should lower your expectations about 1 1/2 Stars from what you may see in the pics (and read reviews!)

Jena at the desk was so efficient and accommodating. I had a long drive and it was past 9 pm. Check in was smooth and she made everything so stress free and okayed my request for late check out since I came in so late.

Much better if the lights is more brighter

Rooms were provided as soon as we checked in. They allowed us to have late check out (2pm) since we checked in around 6pm due to issues with previous bookings.

The room was nice, but too close to the road and you could hear the traffic. I couldn't sleep very well as I am a light sleeper. I asked the receptionist if there was another room that was not as close to the road, he said no.
I would have like to have been offered to change my room for something comparable that was further away from the road.
The roof deck is great for sunrise and sunset viewing, just trim the coconut fronds or plant a smaller tree.

The best part of our stay was meeting and being served by efficient and cool staff.
The location is good and accessible. The food is tasty especially the pork tocino.
On the other note, we were a bit surprised that there's no microwave in the room and if you will ask the kitchen to heat your food, it would cost you P1,500 ($30)???
It was surprising too that you need to request for a hairdryer and it is in limited quantity so I ended up not having a hairdryer, thus needed to sleep with a wet hair...not really a comfortable stay.

Noise from other room can be heard in our room and it was almost midnight when they stopped.
Staff needs customer service training as they seemed to not really know what they will reply when asked about basic things.

The pool is nice but a bit of a walk down hill from the room about 1 block.

Hotel’s proximity to nearby restaurants & fruit stands is ideal. Great getaway place for the weekend.

Nice hotel with pool in Tagaytay. Not as big as on pictures but good enough.

It is nice somehow, just hoping they've provided some utensils inside the room and a hair dryer. But overall, it is still a pleasant stay.

Our overnight stay was okay, just the service at the kitchen was a little slow when i already called earlier to order our plated breakfast but still we had to wait before it was served. More bright lights in the room will be more pleasant and a comforter without stain will be much appreciated. Over all stay was good, will come back soon. :=))

Arrival OK, pre-booked and acknowledged at reception. Php 5K required as deposit for incidentals. Bath very slippery - dangerous. Needs non-slip stickers. Door key (electronic) not functioning well. Every breakfast offered rice/eggs with minor additions. Suitable for one or two nights, but not longer. Advertised swimming pool suitable for kids only.

Looking for a last minute hotel while in Tagaytay - staff was accommodating and very nice :)

Near and accessible to all the good spots in tagaytay. Only thing the hotel is unexpected the way we saw in advertise. Once reach hotel MY bro inlaw request for a good ventilation and TV is not functioning.
The whole facility is old and wont enjoy much coz the view is block by the big wall once you had open the window.

Extra beds and bedsheets had stains... extra persons have different charges - weird. Paid for 2 extra persons and they charged me differently for both, having to pay more for the 2nd extra person.

Everything was great from the location, to the room itself, my only complaint is towards the staff. They had terrible service, from the check-in which took a long time and during the breakfast time, where we had to wait for 15 minutes for somebody to come in the area and the staff didn't even bother to talk to us to ask about our order. When we called his attention, he said that he will come back immediately but after waiting for 10 minutes, we just decided to leave and check our early. We were hungry and that kind of service is very unprofessional for a hotel.
Wifi did not work through out our stay, this was a problem since the signal for Globe Telecom was really bad.

Booked same day. No hassle upon check in. Staff is nice and courteous. Nice amenities. Thanks!
