Good placement for the hotel. Decoration is a bit dated but I’m not complaining about that. Hotel is right on top of shopping and lots of restaurants and bars and a 5 minute walk from Sendai starion

Comfort room, decent size. Easy walk to the station. Close to shops and restaurants, included the pedestrian promenade.

I’d like to consider this place more as a budget hotel than more of a premium place as it’s name states. Staff was mostly friendly, although they couldn’t speak English well. The room was very quaint; small yet livable. Unfortunately the bed was hard as a rock and the AC control could only be set to heat.

As in Japanese hotels, the staff are unfailingly polite. Their English is somewhat limited but we had no issues communicating. Breakfast is available for an additional cost. I did not sample the breakfast so I cannot comment on the value nor content. if you want a full American style breakfast there is a McDonalds about 5 minutes away or a local cafe 5 minutes the other way. I do not know if there was any dinner service in the hotel as we ate at a few of the many local restaurants.
The hotel is reasonably close to many of the covered shopping arcades and Sendai Station is a brisk 10 minute walk away.
The room we rented only had a double bed but was manageable for two people. It would be ample for one person for one. The bathroom was clean and functional. The room was very hot when we arrived but by turning down the heat and opening the window slightly we achieved a very comfortable temperature. I would stay there again.

Convenient location. Close to Clis Road...a huge shopping plaza with plenty of restaurants and stores. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sendai Station. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent...if you love Japanese food, which I do. Not the Hilton or Marriot, but it more than met our needs.

It was a very spacious room including a sitting area with chairs. Very rare in Japan! Bed was very firm. Choice of assorted extra toiletries at check in and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was an extensive Japanese style buffet, decent value at 800 yen. Location was very good, 10 min walk to the train station and close to shopping and restaurants. The room included use of a Japanese smart phone with free data and calling, a very nice perk! Not everyone at reception spoke English but they always gave good service. Overall good value for money in Japan.

This hotel is in a great location: convenient to shops, restaurants, bars, and JR lines. The rooms, while simple, are in very good condition and offer ample space by Japanese standards.

A nice hotel about a 10 minute-walk from the rail station. Clean room, decent size for Japan, pleasant staff, and pleasant included breakfast. Be prepared to use what little Japanese you may have at the reception, as English is sparse on the ground - at this hotel, and in Sendai generally. Still a worthwhile stop, and easy base for a day trip to the temples at Hiraizumi.

There are many stores around the hotel, a bus stop in front of the gate, and JR station near hotel. It is super convenient! Also, the staffs are nice and room is clean. Highly recommend.

Right outside the shopping arcades, a walk from Sendai Station, nice staff, free toiletries, and comfortable room!
They can watch your luggage after you check out or when you check in. Great place to stay during festivals situated around Sendai

We chose this hotel because of the reasonable rates and the location being close to shopping and the restaurants. We didn't realize how great it was until we got there, we stayed here for TWO weeks and absolutely loved it. The customer service is excellent, the rooms were spotless and had everything you need, beds were super confirmable if you like a firm bed which we do. located right in front of a bus stop, half block from the subway station, half block from the largest shopping district in Sendai, two blocks from any section of downtown you want to get to. If you are looking for super luxury or need a large room with lots of space this is NOT your hotel but if you looking for an exceptionally clean and friendly hotel that is located perfectly in the heart of Sendai this is your hotel. The food reviews are accurate great breakfast however! I highly recommend if you love Japanese food stepping out of your door and going to the first restaurant to the left, if you can figure out the machine you order with the price is 1/3 of the hotel for breakfast and the food is fantastic " pick your food items then insert money ", give ticket to person at counter. The staff speak limited English but this did not create a problem for us and they have free laundry machines in the basement. Again if your after luxury this hotel is not for you but if you want an amazing, super clean, comfirtable place to stay while in Sendai I highly recommend this hotel. WE WILL be back!

Staffs are very nice. There is free coffee service 24 hours. You can register a point card of green chain and collect their points although you book the hotel via hotels.com. The location is good, close to 7-11.

At first, the hotel was difficult to get to from Sendai Station, but once it was found, walking between Sendai Station and the hotel was easy. This place is right next to a shopping arcade so finding a place for dinner was never an issue. The lobby looked really presentable and the staff were friendly too. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet but I had to retrieve the coupons the night before every morning and I think that could have been avoided if I could have all the coupons in advance. As for the room itself, the beds were comfortable and I appreciate being able to open the window to cool down the room. My only complaint would be the copious amount of dust found beneath the beds. It sounds like just a small issue but I fear it may present a health hazard to more sensitive guests. Overall, I would still recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Miyagi Prefecture using Sendai as a "home base" for a few days.

Ideal location. Reception initially did not have our reservation (had booked on impulse shortly prior) but once found were exceptionally helpful and gave us upgrade :)

Great location; walkable from Sendai Station. Lots of shopping options nearby. Fantastic breakfast with unbelievable amount of options; Japanese and Western. FREE laundry washing machines and dryers, you can buy laundry soap from the front desk or at any convenience store, Italian restaurant in the hotel. I had a double room, lots of space, bathroom had full size tub and shower. There was a small fridge in the room and hot water pot with green tea. Only complaint was the bed and pillows; hard as a rock and very difficult to sleep.

Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful during our stay despite our lack of Japanese language. The breakfasts were very delicious and encouraged us to try new things. Without those breakfasts I feel we would have had a really hard time finding affordable and substantial breakfast options. Laundry on the premises are free to guests, although laundry detergent isn't provided it can be easily obtained at any of the mall drug stores.

A standard hotel in Sendai, provides a good base to explore the city. Not far from the JR station.

Everything was great. The guy at the front desk gave me great directions to a place that serves the "most famous" beef tongue. And the hotel is only two blocks from the official bar of the Golden Eagles baseball team. Watched a game there - had a blast! Also an easy walk to the train station.

Great neighbourhood, close to the train station, with nice shopping nearby.
