Nice but budget property. Some of the rooms don’t have windows, so just read clearly. The bedsheets need to be replaced. They are pulling badly and makes for uncomfortable sleep. Replace the sheets and bed covers, and would be a lot better. Staff is very nice and food decent. Nice views. Good dive shop on site, but boat leaves offsite. It’s convenient though. It is a clean resort, just the bedsheets and overall paint decor needs updating.

Badlaz has up market rooms and air conditioned small rooms. If wife is with me we get up market if as now I get small/inexpensive room. Swimming pool is very good, diving is excellent. Staff and owners are great. 24 hour bar 40 mtrs from sandy beach. Always stay here

What a fantastic hotel situated right on the beach away from busy Sabang. This place is the pick if you want to relax and chill out by the pool or lay in a hammock surrounded by palm trees right on the beach front. Can’t recommend this enough.

The Badladz is a great location if one does not want to be in the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but still be able to enjoy everything the tourist location offers. The "free breakfast" could use a bit of upgrading. It was rather limiting. Randy, the dive master was very good although not every dive met the standards I would expect from a highly recommanded diving location. The staff was excellent in all other areas. I only ate one meal, other than breakfast, at the restaurant and it was excellent.

The worst: My original booking is for 5D/4N but due to unforeseen circumstances, my international flight changed from late evening to early morning on my last day at BadLadz and my son and I need to be back to Manila earlier than expected. I emailed the propriety and Hotels.com right away before I checked in to explain my situation and asked if I can checked out early and request a refund for the last day. The property denied my request and hotels.com was of no help as well. IF YOU are going to stay here, please be aware that the property has a very RIGID cancellation policy. They will NOT look individually of the reason why you are changing your reservation. They will not do it.I have stayed in many properties in different countries and this is the first one I encountered such inflexibility. Just to remind you again, I did not cancel my reservation, all I asked is to refund the last day due to the changes in my flight. and had to check out early. If you are planning to book this property, be aware of their very rigid cancellation policy. They will NOT accommodate whatever hardship you may have and they will not give you any refund. The good: All the staff are very nice, they are very helpful and friendly. I gave them a generous tip at the end of our stay. The food they prepared at the restaurant is really delicious.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Someone was always up early in the morning to provide coffee with a smile. Right on the beach with plenty of outdoor seating. The mexican food is absolutely delicious. It's very quiet and just a short walk into town.

We chose Badladz because of its beachfront location and a short distance to white beach. We wanted a quiet location away from the crowds and yet just a tricycle ride to everything. The beach setting is absolutely beautiful and the colorful pebble beach is stunning, not something I’ve seen anywhere before. I’ve traveled extensively and this is my sixteenth trip to the Philippines and our first to Puerto Galera. The Badladz hotel restaurant is extremely good with a wide variety of menu choices from Italian, Mexican, burgers, desserts and the best Filipino cooking I’ve had in the Philippines. The dishes are quality prepared with home style cooking and very generous portions. The fresh made juices are excellent as is the halo halo. We stayed ten days and ate at white beach twice and the food was just average so we decided that all our meals were going to be eaten at Badladz and the prices are reasonable. The staff is extremely helpful with any assistance you may need including tours, moped rental or a trip to the doctor for a strained back muscle. Excellent service and 5 star treatment!

The area is highly recommended for those people who wants peace and serenity while on vacay. You can literally enjoy the beach with very few people around. Location at the beach and not far from centre Puerta Galera (handy for diving). Nice staff and owner. We booked a simple/cheap room; very clean. Good wifi downstairs (restaurant and outside). Restaurant offered good food for decent prices. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Badladz. It was a get away weekend from Calapan City. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was some of the best I've had in Mindoro. The Mexican food was especially delicious.

I had only two minor complaints. The lighting in the rooms was not bright enough. Too energy efficient. The shower water pressure was very low - too ecofriendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

There is no wifi in the room and other facilities. You have to go down to the lobby but still the internet connection (wifi and mobile data) is really bad. It's quite far from the White Beach, will take 15mins tricycle. The staff are not so friendly with locals, this might be good for foreigners only I guess.

Absolutely loved our stay at Badladz. Not far from White Beach and Mangyan Villiage. Delicious food. Happy, well looked after staff. Great food - Mexican , huge serves. Beautiful pool and right on the beach. Snorkeling and scuba nearby.
