I had a street view, it's old outdated, front desk older man not friendly at all.

All I can say is “you get what you pay for”. This IS a budget option in snowmass but I still expect cleanliness and functioning facilities.
The toilet in my room did not flush wit the lever. I had to reach into the tank and release the flush mechanism manually.
The bedsills around the mattress were filled with human hair (not mine) and even a fingernail clipping.
There was an obvious “booger” smeared on the headboard and clearly no attempt to clean the room beyond changing sheets and towels. Debris all over floor, hair stuck to wall in shower from previous visitor.
I get it, I chose to pay about $230 for the night when most hotels are in the $400s… still, I expect clean and working accommodations, but this is NOT it.
I tried to alert the desk staff to issues on checkout… no one at the desk for over 10 minutes so I left.
I think it’s clear by my review, but I would never take this option again.

Very dated, things were falling apart. Trims were detached from walls and bent which exposed a long section of the inside of the wall. At first, I was not sure if they meant to give us that room. However after a quick look we noticed they have stuffs that were meant for guests.

Great location next to the village entertainment area plus free parking lots adjacent to lodging. This plus the price were the selling points. I didn't realize the units didn't have AC. This is usually fine, but the window faces a busy walkway and street. I did not feel safe keeping the window open over night so we were hot pretty much all night. There was no screen on our window which was another concern with keeping it open. Would have been fine if we were on a higher level where less people walked by our room. Did not use the pool/spa so can't comment on it. The room was clean. Overall the place is a bit outdated, but that's likely reflected in the lower price for the area so you get what you pay for. It was fine for the one night, but I would otherwise suggest paying up for another location. The bar/restaurant was closed (maybe for offseason) so you have to leave the preemies for food, drink, or entertainment. That's totally fine because you are only a few minutes away from several restaurants, a liquor store, and shops.

We rented two king size rooms. The bathroom was not very clean. I requested someone to clean and they only took out the trash. There were dried blood stain spots on the floor in front of the toilet and some stains on the wall next to the stool. I know they were cleanable because I tried to spot test them but I did not have cleaning supplies with me I would have taken care of it myself. The other room was a full size bed and the sheets were off but the hotel staff rectofiit and gave us the correct room.

The room does not have air-conditioning. Inside room temp was 80 degrees Fahrenheit. On request, we got a fan. There was nobody to check us out in the morning. On phone it was mentioned there will be an attendance at 4:00 PM when new guest check in. There was no bathroom curtain. Bathroom floor was very dirty. Perhaps, this building was remodeled from a ex hospital or elder care.

This property iw disgusting. It's very outdated. The check in was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes early but they said our room wasn't ready. This place is NOT fully booked. When we came back, no one was at the front desk. It took 30 minutes to find someone to help us. The bartender was horribly rude and unhelpful. We had to walk to the hotel next door to get help. The room has broken light in the bathroom. The floor heater is rusted and looks like it's missing covers. I regret booking here and this place is not worth the money. I was not able to add pictures below.

The parking was terrible! No easy way to get to your room with all our luggage. The hallways are dark at night no lights. Couldn’t find ice machine and when we saw a few staff to ask, no one spoke English! Please replace your microwave. It’s falling apart , it’s so cheap to get a new one!
We also we charged a resort fee upon arrival and we also paid one through Hotels.com. Kinda ridiculous to pay all these fees twice!

This property is not being maintained and the owners should be fined for operating a hotel in this manner. Awful and unacceptable, not maintained, and staff seem very unhelpful

The room was falling apart. Paint peeling. Floor cracking. Walls dirty. Bathroom was rough. We had hot water 1 time in 3 days. No room housekeeping. Shades did not kerp the morning light out. Cost was $365 per night never again. Neal C.

Damaged wall heaters, damaged dresser, dirty carpet, torn furniture on balcony. Balcony is in common with entire floor. Check in was for a limited window, staff does not arrive until after 4 pm. It took three trips to lobby and back to get in room, batteries in door lock were low needing replacement. Only good thing, they honored granting a refund so we could move to another property.

I didn’t like anything about this property I want to know who I speak to about a refund the room was dirty there were holes
In the wall furniture was stained and the windows had no screens.

we liked our stay but our room was near a pub so it was a little noisy until 11pm

The front desk is not staffed. You have to call to have someone check you in. There is no daily room service so if you want fresh linens or towels you have to call. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room but no pods. I tracked down a housekeeper to get pods but he did not speak English and I ended up with a bag of decaf coffee which I just left in the room. I’m being generous giving this place a 3. It was adequate for our needs but certainly not ideal. Property was a former Holiday Inn and had no doubt seen better days.

Great space, great location, clean, staff is very friendly but low staff in summer season and you need to keep calling for checking in. Also beware Public parking can fill up for music events.

Had to go to a main resort a block away to get someone to check in at Wildwood

First room window was broken, stains all over everything, bathroom barely clean. Smelled musty
Second room, a hair better. Still smelled musty, couldn't hardly get help from staff. No air conditioning warning this is not mentioned before you arrive.
Could stay at a courtyard, or Hampton in for same price.

This place was cheap and there’s a reason. No one at the front desk. We had to call. No AC and the window crank was broken and wouldn’t open. Smelled funny and no coffee for the coffee machine. Bed was fine and roomed seemed clean. Rate was reasonable. So you get what you pay for.

Two lights inside the room did not work. The one above the bathroom sink was pretty. The room was cleaned once in 4 nights.

There was no one to check us in. The bathroom was dirty. I wouldn’t even take a shower because there was hair in the bathtub that apparently didn’t get cleaned The neighbors smoked pot and you had to have your door open because that was the only way to have air.

Unless you’re from here you’d drive by. The name is only on a glass door. The entrance is attached to a restaurant so it looks like thst. Once inside there wasn’t a counter person. Had to go tho the restaurant and ask the very unfriendly staff woman how yo get a hold of these people. Turns out there was a little sign I didn’t see. Called the number on the sign and waited about 5 minutes for a person to show up. She was nice but her accent snd my bad hearing I struggle to understand. Parking isn’t ideal but doable. Depending on what lot you get a spot in depends on how much your walking up and down a steep hill. If you are disabled skip this place. As for the room well I’d give it 2 out of 5 stars. Bed is uncomfortable. Doubt it’s ever been updated. Everything feels janky. No towel rod. Microwave sitting on a padded foot stool. No bathroom counter.

The layout of this is attrocious! From the registration desk to our room on the third floor two elevators, and they weren't right next to each other. When we got off the second one, there were three direction choices, none of which had a sign to tell us which one would take us to our room. Whoever designed this hotel must have been on some really good stuff!

There was no one at the front desk when I tried to check-in and check-out. You have to call a certain # to get someone to come help you. When I tried to check-out, I called three times; no one ever answered.
Also, the toilet did not flush properly and I had to fix it myself.
Also, there is no air-conditioning at this hotel. Period.

What a disappointment! No one to check us in; waited nearly 20 minutes. At 5:15 Pm our room wasn't ready yet, so we were offered an upgrade. So difficult to get luggage from the car to the room and when we got there it was not good. If this was the upgrade I hate to think what my original room looked like. The lights didn't work, the room was not very clean, no hangars and it was obvious someone had smoked in the room. I called and Alan did his best to put us in a different room, which was marginally better- everything was broken from the door handles, the lights. They had a coffee maker but no coffee, I asked if the had any and I was told no.. They have some work to do before I ever come back to this location.

Our room was right across from a bar that was very loud (people yelling, dance music) until very late on a Thursday. Would be fun, but we were staying there for a hike and had to get up really early the next day.
The room was well decorated, but if you look closely it was pretty beat up. Same for the property overall, a redecorated but still old place.
When we checked in, our room only had a used Keurig pod in the coffee maker and one coffee cup.
We went to the desk to request fresh coffee pods. They were delivered to our room in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we discovered in the AM that the pods we were given were not compatible with the coffee maker in our room. Was quite a bummer for our 3:00 am wakeup.

There were no screens on the windows despite having no AC in the rooms. The comforter I had on my bed had all of the insulation hardened into balls in the corners of the pillowed sections. We went to use the shower and the hot water handle fell off and the shower didn't drain at all. Also the base boards were falling around where the sink was. All in all not the best stay. Great location but not the best accommodations.

This was terrible stay. Hotel was dirty, our key cards didn’t work, sheets were dirty, bed had blood on it. There was no one to help us either.

Myself along with 2 other parties arrived just after 10, maybe 1030p. There was no one at the front desk. I had to call a number on a placard on the desk that said to call for assistance. First time I was hung up on. Finally someone came by. Didn't say Hi, sorry, nothing. Then it took the man at least 20 minutes to start up the computer he was supposed to be at. Then it took him turning on another computer to get keys set up. Not one word from the guy the entire time. He asked me for my card and i had no idea what it was swiped for. No receipt no explanation. I was exhausted from a long drive and had to get up early and just wanted my room so i didn't complain. He tells me what room I'm in and i had to ask him where it was. It was dark, I'm not repeat guest. The room's bedding seemed clean, but the place stunk. That wet damp wood smell. I get it was late, but it was not after midnight like the website said to state, if you were that late. Isn't it the job of a front desk person to be at the front desk? Literally not worth the 150 after taxes.

Very suitable hotel for the location but please note there is no A/C so it was 78 in the room with the window open and did not cool down at all throughout the night. Barely slept so bring a fan if you want to stay cool

Disappointed in the cleanliness. Room hadn't been vacuumed, sheets didn't smell fresh.
Had a second room and it was better but the shower does not drain.
No amenities list anywhere. Found it about the laundry after I drove to Aspen to find a laundry mat. No sign on door even indicating laundry room was behind it.
