The hotel was good, and the breakfast was exellent.
The only problem was that the restaurang did not had the opening hours that it said it should, should close 11pm but when I and my friends try to eat a dinner 10pm the staff said that there was to few people in the restaruang so the didn´t wanna make any dinner to us ( We was 4 person) and also another day when we should order dinner they only had 1 steak when we wanted 3 steaks? And this was about 6pm the resaurang open 5pm. Very strange I think.

Breakfast is japanese style. Room is quite small not enough for 2 luggage to open

I was rather disappointed by comparison; because it was the most expensive but not best in quality especially room size and breakfast.

Great location! Room was clean and had strong wifi and air conditioning. However there was a weird automatically triggered light that was pretty sensitive. In addition, they requested a key drop off every time you left the residence. Overall, this place was great to stay at.

The staff of the hotel were great people. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help me arrange some sightseeing. If I ever find myself in my room Okinawa again, I will definitely stay at the Roco Inn Okinawa again.

First time visitor to Okinawa, Japan, and loved the welcoming setting and modest accommodations close to the airport. Reminds me of being on a cruise ship--a good feeling, really, on a vacation with compact bathroom, fridge, air condition because Okinawa is a little muggy right now. I loved the bed and the varietal pillow firmness. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the pillow that felt like it had heaps of sand or gravel in the casing; it supported my lower neck which was therapeutic. I appreciated the Shisheido bath products and actually thought to inquire about the hair conditioner if it was available for purchase at the front desk. The staff was kind, competent and unassuming, never overwhelming with that kind of oozing artificial personalization which is annoying. Best experience was the wholesome breakfast in a traditional tatami room where I took in the positive energy of this space and soulful food of both Okinawan and Japanese cultural goodness. I will stay here again and take my family here on my next, upcoming visit.

all the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very sincere to help even though some of them don't know how to speak english. If i go Okinawa next trip, I will still go back to Roco Inn. 0 complaint about this hotel, only the room is small. typical japan hotel. we could not expert much as the land is expensive.

The receptionist didn't speak and understand much English. But they tried to make me understand them with google translate and body language. I appreciated that.

The room was disappointing. In particular, the bed was way too small for two people. My boy friend and I had difficulty sleeping because of the tiny bed. There was a bathtub, so that was good, but generally we were happy to leave. Beware that the hotel restaurant will charge you a fee of 300 yen (table fee) per person in addition to the food prices.

friendly reception, clean room, enough for one night sleep for a reasonable price.
Breakfast looked reasonable though I did not have it for my early morning departure.

We were very disappointed. The hotel itself is nice & clean. However... there isn't anywhere to park to register. The internet didn't work well and at times not at all. Our check in person was ready to show us where to park when the other clerk said something very quietly to him and he put the parking lot chart away. Then we were told the hotel parking lot was full so had to park a couple blocks from the hotel. It's all paid parking of course. The restaurant charges a table fee and we were told the English menu prices weren't good. When we started to order a chef- manager person appeared and again we were informed the prices were changed. About 3 staff stood together discussing these changes and my husband had had enough and walked out. So we didn't even get to order!! No apologies. Hotel is fine but service isn't.

Location is good. It takes 15-20 minutes for walking to downtown. It served delicious breakfast. Japan style buffet, no bread and jam. But room was dirty... Bathroom smells horrible. We barely open the bathroom door for a moment. I won't use this hotel again.

The hotel overall service and condition content are good. One thing is the unpleasant smell from toilet was disgusting. The Japanese style breakfast was great.

One of the smallest hotel rooms I have stay in. but very clean. I had asked for a non-smoking room but upon entering the room, I can instantly smell the smoke that they tried to cover with air freshener. I was only there for a night so decided to not bother changing. Location was ok, 15-20 walk from the monorail and the main street. breakfast was ok.

we had a quick stay on Naha in transit and this hotel was perfect for that. Very reasonable price, breakfast included and absence and restaurant. Would recommend

I was travelling to Okinawa for a conference, so all I needed was a reasonably priced place to lay my head. The Roco Inn satisfied that requirement. The rooms were bog standard, but there was a nice buffet breakfast and free wifi. It was further from the station than the pictures on the website would have you believe, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again if I was travelling alone, but if you are on a family vacation, keep looking for something else.
