We had a very good stay. Arrived a bit late, and did not find a place to eat in the evening or in the morning (breakfast opened only at 10). Arranged a parking spot for us (need explanation were it is allowed to park), close to the premises. Our room was on the second floor - a bit tight climbing with a large suitcase. The room is also a bit small, but was suitable for us regarding price and distance from grand teton park - our plans for the next day. The surrounding was nice. The closest grocery store at the fuel station was very expensive - better to be prepared.

No frills but best value for your money in Jackson! We go to Jackson multiple times a year and this was the most cost effective stay we’ve had!

I used to stay here a lot during summer of 1970. Surprisingly it has been well maintained and the community basement is incredible.

Great and unique place to stay if you know what to expect. Had a no frills room which met our requirements. Parking was easy. FYI - bath towels were extremely used and need to be changed out. Made dryng longer. ALERT - Limited Lobby hours so we could not get ice for our trip. Delayed our departure time and backed up our days plans. We would consider staying here in the future.

Really poor customer service. Staff was extremely unhelpful and the property ran on absolute bare minimums. Even the shampoo pouches they gave were impossible to open. Only positive is the location

This was my 4th time staying at this property. We love the location and the surrounding area. Convenient to downtown Jackson. Teton Village is a fun place to hang out. The rooms are always clean and the property is well maintained. Our kids always look forward to seeing Lionel Richie there every year.

The quad room was great. we paid the little bit extra to get another bed brought in for the 5th person. it was quite nice. My only complaint is that I couldn't get coffee at 6:30 a.m. when I wanted it.

I do not understand why so many reviews are slagging this place off. I stayed in a king room which has a private bathroom and was very spacious. It was the first hotel in the USA in which I stayed which didn’t smell stale, and was very clean. Air conditioning also one of the best I experienced.
Downsides are, No TV or coat hangers in the room and also the parking situation wasn’t clear where to stop and wait whilst you get assigned a barcode to access the adjacent car park.

Affordable & adequate option for our short-term stay. Loved all of the amenities: pool table, ping-pong, free coffee, fan in the room. Staff members were friendly. Enjoyed interacting with other guests. Food & drink options nearby. Easy access to NPs. Favorite part - Lionel the cat!

Property is in great location with easy access to jackson hole and kids enjoyed the games in the basement.
Parking is miserable in the night and couldn't sleep through out the night due to noise made with folks going on stairs on walking upstairs.

Only stayed one night. No toiletries, no tv. Very simple. Very limited parking.
