Booked two twin rooms. The rooms are huge and included a separate tatami room that opened up into the main bedroom so it made the entire area feel really spacious. Only one pillow per bed was provided so comfort levels are a bit lower. The bathing area, sink, and toilet are all separated. The sink in the toilet room does not have soap though and towel linens provided are quite sparse. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. We stayed here in the summer and loved how quiet the whole area is. The hotel does feel old and as it was not the busy season, quite a few of the hotel amenities were closed. The onsen was open though. I’d definitely return to this hotel because of how spacious the room is. Even though things are a bit dated, it was well priced.

Beautiful facility in a great location. The goats were an added perk!
4.2
The property is nice - good sized rooms with a kitchen. Great onsen looking at the mountain. Great breakfast, and good dinner (although we were the only two people in the whole place!).
Very far from resorts and restaurants. limited shuttle service from hotel, and had several instances of no taxis being available. Not a knock on the hotel, but know you are secluded. I will stay in Grand Hirafu next time.
4.2
This was a great location for our ski vacation. It is well appointed, comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We loved the breakfast and the onsen.
4.2
Getting older but not too pricey. I need a car as shuttles were inconvenient and irregular
4.2
Location is not beey convenient if you're looking for a place to go at night
4.2
Kitchen is so useful. Shop in front of reception is convenience.
4.2
We stayed four nights and commuted to Rusutsu daily, easy drive. Accomodation was ideal with four big beds in huge family room.

We stayed at One Niseko for 7 nights in Jan 2024. We absolutely loved the onsen and used it every night after skiing! The hotel staff are wonderfully helpful. The self contained apartment has a kitchen and a washing machine, perfect for a longer stay, and has much more room than a comparably priced hotel room!
4.2
totally fine, beddings need to be renew as some are yellowish

Caution re staying here. There is nothing around, there is very limited transport options . Nearly all amenities in the one resort tower were closed or at capacity(bar is closed , cafe is closed). Onsens were crowded. Restaurant fully booked the entire time we were there. This is not a great option .
4.2
The service was excellent and attentive. However the cleanliness was not as expected - the stove was not washed when we got the room, it was still in the exact same condition when we left 5 nights later. Lots of hair on the floor too. Otherwise, the facilities are quite comprehensive comparing to similar options around the area.
4.2
The hotel staffs were very kind and helpful.
Just that some of the things in the room were a little old. Example- heater
4.2
Quick check-in and check-out processes; suite was stocked with the essentials, including robes for the onsen, but not a ton more. Ski rentals were well-coordinated and conveniently dropped off downstairs. Main drawback was the smell of sulfur from the hot springs, which was apparent in the lobby and hallways.
4.2
Rooms were large and comfortable, with a nice onsen available onsite. Only drawback is that the on-site restaurant was closed for walk-in guests - the next nearest one was a ten minutes walk away - and no convenience store nearby either, so careful planning was needed to catch one of the four daily buses that run to and from the main Niseko Village area.
4.2
Need to do reservation if you want to have meals in the restaurant. Not easy to find restaurants nearby without reservation. In general is very clean. Staff are very friendly and nice onsen
4.2
Great service and a great onsen that is included. The building seems pretty old is the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars.
4.2
Great apartment. However, not allowing guests to use lobby after a certain time is NOT a hotel. Also the bus in the morning to ski areas left too late, and came back too early, meaning we could not have a full days skiing. That may be convenient to you, but not to us guests.
Overall disappointed,

The on site onsen was nice. and the rooms were the largest we had during our stay in Japan and was the cheapest compared to the other hotels we stayed at. Wish it was a little easier to get to the airport from the hotel but it was a very nice facility.
4.2
Condo-type room is very spacious and comfortable. The mini-kitchen functioned well that everything we needed were provided. Staff are very nice. We want to be back here again in the future.

Good value

The management here is basically ZERO. They do not help you do anything. You move all your own luggage. The restaurants are not functioning at all. Basically they are closed. Location is poor ~ as only close to Moiwa ski field and hard to get to other ski fields. The rooms air conditioning is "tardy" ..you need to balance opening windows..even its minus 10 celius. Elevator is crowded and slow. Onsen is small and dirty. in short DO NOT Stay here!

Ok hotel close to Moiwa, the guy that helped us with booking of the rental car was excellent. The rroms are quite big, a bit worn down but no big problem. We like the place and its not bad value.

Was great getting to onsen after a day of skiing.

On a good note:
- Most but not all of the staff were friendly. The young manager Mr Yamane, he was super friendly and worked very hard. I’m giving an extra star just for him. Ms Kikuchi was just so so friendly. She’s very proud that she can speak English. The old manager he just stares at the customers without saying anything.
On a bad note:
- Prepare to be hungry. The restaurant is now closed. This place is in the middle of nowhere so there are no real food options. The shuttle doesn’t run very frequently. Breakfast is no longer included.
- The room is very weathered looking. The cleaning crew does a good job by Australian standards but just so so for Japan. Many stains on the furniture as others have noted. I had to clean out the inside of the fridge myself when I arrived. You get one coffee pod even if you stay two weeks.
- They scold you if you don’t wear a mask in the lobby, but then the small public bath is packed with people not one wearing a mask.
- The outside bath is slippery with ice and no hand rail.
- They charge extra for two people but only give one room key.
- The beds are small and hard.
4.2
the room is neat and tidy
the staff are very polite and helpful
good for tenants with cars

There was no information shared ahead of time about the restaurants being closed. The room was never cleaned once while we were there. Getting to and from the mountain was a pain in the ass. They had a shuttle that left before the mountain closed and then not another one for 3 hours. None of this was communicated to us before the stay.
4.2
we did not like this hotel is the worst hotel we been in japan unfriendly staff and no help from reception for our request don t go there they just ignore you.
you can find better places.
4.2
We rented a 2 room suite that was ok for our needs. Reception people where friendly and helpful. But when we asked for later check out we only got 1 hour from 11-12, quite dissapointing when we wanted to ski in the morning. They should at least give check out to 13 or 14.
The Restaurant was a big disappointment, they need to do a lot to get that decent so don't book a dinner there. Hotel is quite far from other restaurants so Hotel need some more frequent shuttle buses. A big plus if you like off pist the Moawi resort has ski in but not ski out from the Hotel.

Great location!

This is my fourth visit to one niseko. In the past it's been excellent but since covid there have been staff shortages and it has really gone downhill. The bar is no longer open, the rooms only get serviced once a week and there is a shortage of shuttles between the hotel and the ski areas. We have tried to book taxis to and from the ski areas on a number of occasions, the taxi companies are notorious for not answering their phones. We are then forced to go to Moiwa as it is the only ski area within walking distance. Also, a face mask is required to be worn at all times when moving around the hotel but these are not provided.

We stayed in 2 bedroom . The fridge was very smelly . The kitchenette area is not clean . Sofa was badly stained. Room pillow is very very thin and flat. Mattress very uncomfortable . Breakfast , food were cold .
4.2
Except transportation to ski, rest are very good
4.2
It is a ideal place for the kids family stay, with the full cookwares and in-room washing machine, you can stay as long as you like. Next to Miowa Ski Resort even you can work over.
4.2
Staff was nice but difficult to communicate
We manage to using google translate .
Mattress was bit dirty and some red mark probably due to lady period .

Stayed two nights to ski. The hotel is somewhat secluded, so you’ll need a rental car to explore the area. Given the ongoing pandemic, the hotel didn’t seem to have a lot of guests, and as a result, there were limited options to eat and drink (it seemed the restaurant and bar were closed when I was there, and you can’t walk anywhere nearby). But the hotel offers a wonderful breakfast (set menu, not buffet). Beautiful lobby. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Incredible onsen. The ski slopes at Annupuri are about five minutes away by car; Niseko Village, Hirafu, and Hanazono are about 15-25 minutes away. It took me about 2.5 hours to drive to the hotel (via Lake Shikotsu) from New Chitose Airport.

The One Niseko Restort Towers is an isolated hotel with 2 11 and 10-stories towers located 5 minutes by car from the Annupuri Ski Resort. This facility has an unusual number of suites, with 50-80 m2, making it a favourite among families and groups of friends.
A car is highly recommended is you stay at the resort. The parking is free, but you will need to move your car from 11 am to allow removal of the snow. There is a ski bus to reach Annupuri Ski Resort as an alternative. The restaurant on-site was rather unimpressive - unavailable the first night, offering only 2 menus after that, very average room service, and many items were quickly not available at breakfast.
The rooms on the other hand were nice and highly practical, although showing a little bit their age. Feeling of privacy with only 3 rooms per floor and elevator was appreciated. A convenient ski room is available, too.
