Room was clean, bathroom clean. Easy check in, front desk very nice. No elevator, my room was on 2nd floor. I would stay again. Breakfast was available but a large group had sat before me and had to wait for food to be replenished.

I rarely complain about anything. I am disappointed in both the service and cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was dirty. It appeared the shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Disgusting for a hotel room. I was charged for my room twice. The attendant said the first one didn’t go through and and now I’m showing 2 charges. I contacted the front desk who said they would have to take care of it in the morning. I spoke to them the next morning upon checkout. They said a manager was handling it. They left a voicemail saying it was refunded. I actually saw a third charge go through. I called back after I left and they removed the third charge but the second one remains. I called back another time and was told to give it a few days to refund. I was skeptical because both are showing as posted on my CC statement and not pending. I will be contacting the hotel again to get this taken care. I’ve wasted a lot of time on a dirty room and a terrible customer service experience.

Beware there is no elevator. Rooms smelled. Multiple people complained about bugs, didnt see them myself. The mattresses were like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Very friendly service. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles, etc. Bed comfortable. No elevator so we carried our luggage up stairs, was fine for our younger family but would not be good for older patrons. Overall good stay.

I would not recommend this property one. The first room they gave us appeared to have never been cleaned. The second one they gave us was freezing when you opened when we went to trying to turn on the lights which wouldn't work when we were able to find a light that worked. We noticed that yes, the room looked fairly clean, but there was mold growing on the lamp shapes. Some of the light fixtures were rusted in the bathroom. There was mold around the bathtub around the toilets. There were cracks. My husband found somebody else's hair still in the drains of the sink in the bathtub. So all in all I would say cleaning is a huge issue for this location

Per the Hotels.com website, the room was supposed to be $58 with all fees, but I later got a receipt for $115. When we checked in the room, only 1 of the lamps worked. They said they did not have any other rooms.

The bath tub was discussing black mold on edges . No elevator was on 3 rd floors. I am 77 years old and whe I asked for a first floor he said he didn’t have any. Most upsetting. Won’t stay there again

This hotel did what it was supposed to do. Allowed us a place to sleep during our stay. There was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff was friendly. We did not get service while we were there. just happened to catch housekeeping to give us fresh towels. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

I am dissatisfied with how Hotels.com handles billing. On my last reservation made through this site, my credit card was charged an amount for the 2 nights stay but when i asked and received a receipt from the hotel upon checkout, it showed an amount $47.50 less than what i paid to Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and was told that they charge the quoted rate and offered no refund for the difference.

I have no idea how this hotel has been so highly rated. It is very clean, the staff we encountered was very nice and convenient to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. But that is where the positives end. Be prepared there is no elevator. It is obviously an older hotel that has been given a fresh coat of paint. Thank goodness our room had 2 queen beds because one of them was lumpy and worn out. A foam mattress topper had been put on it to disguise its condition, but it was not enough.

Hotel is located next-Door to another hotel, where a child was shot recently. Did not know this Until we got to the hotel. The inside of the hotel is below average. There is no elevator to the second and third floors. The room was musty and damp and the shower is permanently filthy. There are also people who are clearly living in this hotel on the first floor. This is not the type of hotel that someone rents for several days at a time, but more like by the hour.

Steps up & down. No elevator, so should have been warned. Dog & 2 seniors had very hard time accessing the room especially with luggage. Asked for extra pillows & was ignored. Room was not cleaned after 1 st day but cleaned 2 nd?? Will not stay again and in fact on our way from Fla to Ohio stayed at a different quality Inn with issues. Will not stay atvQuality Inns in the future.

It was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. There is no elevator so make sure to request bottom floor if you have a hard time with stairs. They also did not do well with keeping up with breakfast.

The hotel felt old and outdated. It was listed as a 3 star, but should be a 2 star. I booked a 3 night stay, left on the second night stay and they would not credit me for the last night.
