Was not a fan of this hotel and I’ve stayed in many places before. When I checked into my room after taking a shower, the entire ac leaked water on the bed. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone over, the guy eventually came and undid the entire ac and a bunch of water sprayed out everywhere. At first I thought maybe I could change sheets and stay in the room, but the amount of water on the mattress was too much, I knew it was fair to switch rooms. I spoke to the front desk person who was not so friendly, and told him it’s only fair to switch room which luckily there was another available, though i had to argue that to be done. Finally switched rooms and overall the room was very small with no window or balcony, this is the economy room. No night stand or lamp; and a super rock hard bed. It is a budget hotel and during high season, its doable but the bed was so uncomfortable. It overall was a busy street and you can hear people in other rooms but the positive is that its a close walk to bangla and restaurants and cafes etc. Some staff was nicer than others as well. I later asked for a mattress topper because of how hard the bed was and by the next day I was able to get one from the cleaning staff. They clean room only if you put the tag on your door.

Very dirty and not as advertised. The room smelt like mold and the hallways smelt like garbage. The staff at the front desk, specifically the young thai boy, is extremely rude and doesn't know how to properly provide customer satisfaction. Staff were also very rude to me when replying on expedia over a deposit I forgot to receive before I left. I was told they will give it back to me "next time I'm back in Phuket". The breakfast was not worth the money, I felt sick after the second day eating there. I do not recommend this hotel to someone. Better to pay an extra $5 a night and treat yourself to a better hotel.

Pleasant stay. Room with 2 beds and balcony, aircon, fridge, safe box, tv. Pros: inexpensive, breakfast included, shower hot water and good pressure, beds large, fridge cold, lots of inexpensive restaurants, shops, convenience stores nearby. Cons: location far from beachfront and Bangla Road, breakfast buffet has eggs, meat, beans, rice, but otherwise limited (no fruit or yogurt), shower is small and water will go over bathroom floor if not careful, rooms are worn and older, fridge is small, lockbox didn’t work well (had to call desk and have it opened twice), pool was closed “for cleaning,” mattresses firm but not much cushion, tv is web based (bring your own hookup). Conclusion: good hotel value for money, not a luxury, hotel, would stay again👍

Great hotel in Patong near everything. I stay at this place each time that I am there and it is always lovely. Clean little room with a comfortable bed and good wiki. You can walk to everything that you need to do and see in Patong. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there is even a small fitness room/gym on site. They have breakfast available if you want. Highly recommend.

This place is simple and bare bones but loved the location- breakfast was great too. Close enough to the main road its about a 5 min walk but truly you dont want to stay right there, it is unbelievably loud, so it was great to sleep here. Staff was helpful in getting taxi and getting our safe repaired quickly. They only had motorbikes for 5+ days which is common in the are after we tried a couple places

The location is good for walking to the centre of downtown and the hotel is not far from Patong Beach. Staff providing breakfast were great. Our stay improved after we were moved to a better room on the quieter side of the hotel. The rooms seem to be in the process of gradual renovation.

Hotel needs some upgrades. The balcony had mould on it, the Ac in my room was loud, the shower was good but water went everywhere as the glass was not big enough. The pool was green and I didn’t want to swim in it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good value for money overall. A short walk to town and a longer but easy 15 minute walk to Patong Beach contributrd to my pleasant stay which exceeded my expectations given the cost. All staff went out of their way to help and no issues with language. Certainly a lot better than "cheap and cheerful" which was all i was seeking

What ever you do, don't have the economyroom, its just horrible!!! The air is moist and whole room stinks for that reason. Belive me when i say so. I don't care about no Windows, or how samall it was, but the air and the smell. Pay more,or pick some other Hotel!!!!

Very convenient and close to airport. They even pick you up. I am very thankful that they picked me up even though my plane was delayed. The dorm is big and each bed has a curtain to cover. Everything is clean and modern. Coffee and tea is included. Wi-Fi is quick. Perfect for the first day so that you can have time to plan your trip. There is a bus station just 5 minutes from here to the rest of Phuket. Staff is helpful.

First thing dont confuse with Hotel Name, its not Resort its low budget hotel which has great location. 1. If you are vegetarian this hotel does not have any food for you. 2.Property is old so may be because of that, Lift was broken during my stay.(you have to use fire exit to up down), luggage carrying is nightmare. 3.Bathroom is usually clean but shower was not working fine. 4.Portable Freeze door was not working properly, we asked them look at this issue one person came but he could not able to fix that. 5. Wi-fi was working intermittent. over all out 5 only 2 points from my end.

Awful experience mainly down to Hotel.com booking system and the rude staff!! We booked a room for 3 people and ended up having to share a double bed. When we asked for extra pillow and towel the staff tried to charge us for another room!! However location was great and we didnt stay long, its cheap for a reason!!

Pool area isnt quite as pictured, though mainly because its just been weathered a bit since it was done I imagine.Rooms are well kept, bottled water and coffee replaced each day and just overall a really nice well presented hotel. Bit less then a 10min walk from the beach and Bangla walking street. Close enough that you can walk back in the morning after a big night, but cant hear the party if your coming as a family.Just FYI dont take the kids out to Bangla Rd at night, it becomes a walking street past 6pm so the drunks dont get run over. Between the bar girls trying to get you in and all the ping pong show advertising they shouldnt be there.

Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didnt eat at the restaurant but the staff at the coffee bar were really great. Room was really small, that was the only downfall. Would definitely stay here again!
