So nice!! Such a perfect stay: awesome breakfast, sweet staff, comfortable, quiet, all the amenities you need! I was so impressed it was such a cool suite we had with bunk beds for the kids. We will be back for sure! This place is the best!!

We reserved the room, so we could go to a concert and so that my family could swim in the indoor pool prior to the concert. Well, thanks to the staff, that did not happen. We waited, and waited, and waited at the front desk while the two workers worked with another couple at the desk. After around 20 minutes, my daughter comes inside needing to go to the restroom. I politely told her that no one there seemed to be paying us any attention. Well, 20 minutes or so more passed by, and they were still working with the polite couple who were also obviously having issues with the staff. I interrupted to tell them my daughter was having a restroom emergency, and they told the location of an available restroom. More time passes and after the issue with the other couple was decided to “wait later,” they finally saw us. Even though I had paid online, they charged me for both rooms again. One of our rooms had the bedding stripped and thrown in the floor. We had no time to swim before the concert. We were told the room would be fixed while we were away. When we returned around 5 hours later, the room was the exact way it was when we left! They gave us another room that my kids found a roach crawling on the door when we entered. We didn’t say a thing and went to bed. The next morning I got to speak with an assistant on an automated kiosk. I made the complaint about being double charged, and she confirmed that the charges should not take place and said the double charge would be refunded.

The room was fine and bed was comfortable. However , no hot water at 6am - and when I asked about it - there was no response. Just thanks for telling us. That made no sense to me. I didn’t make a thing of it. But it’s pretty core to a hotel stay.

Bed was pleasantly comfortable. Our only complaint was breakfast was mediocre. We came down at 830am and they were not going to make more hash browns, sausage or eggs.

This was a decent one-night stay stopover before the final leg of the trip home. The price was right.

Absolutely ticked off. This property is NOT an airport hotel. It’s 12 miles away, I found out belatedly. I called for a shuttle from the airport. The BW2 came and shuttled us to BW2. At the desk of BW2 which is 2 miles from airport, I found out that I was not at BW Airport St. Louis hotel. BW2 IS an airport hotel. So, I had to get a Lyft from BW2 to your so called BW Airport hotel. Then, Lyft again from hotel to airport following morning. Your hotel.com advertising for this hotel is deceptive. Everything at this property was fine and good value for the money.

Just a quick few hour nap & shower . Breakfast was lacking so we went out to eat .
The virtual checkout sucked . They need to keep people at the front desk .
Otherwise it as OK

Was good for travelers to leave their things before the airport but the room I got was pretty bad, the comforter had a burn hole in it, carpet didn’t feel clean, shower curtain was stained, barely any hot water pressure, scuffs and marks on the walls, and didn’t have hand soap.

The room (305) was pleasant and comfortable but there were two issues. The first issue was the shower. The drain was clogged so bad that when I took a shower, the water was filling up the tub. I told the front desk about the problem but nothing happened to correct the problem. The second was the size of the towels. The towels were too small to properly dry off. I never saw a towel that small ever in a hotel. If those two issues never existed, the overall stay would have been excellent.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the check-in experience during my recent stay at your hotel in St. Louis, MO. While I understand the growing trend toward using technology in the hospitality industry, the remote check-in service provided was far from satisfactory.
From the outset, the experience felt impersonal and lacked the warmth and professionalism that I expect when staying at a hotel. The remote agent who assisted me was clearly located far from the hotel, possibly in another country. Unfortunately, their English was difficult to understand, which made communication challenging and frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable hotel.
Moreover, the kiosk system itself was problematic. It was unable to print a receipt, and it took an excessively long time for the remote agent to update the kiosk with the necessary information. The process was cumbersome and inefficient, and it ultimately failed to provide the level of service that should be standard in the hospitality industry.
I strongly believe that human interaction is crucial in ensuring a positive guest experience. The lack of a personal touch, combined with the technical difficulties, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While I understand that cost-saving measures are important, they should not come at the expense of the guest experience.
Hotels should be about hospitality, and that requires human presence, not just technology.

When arriving at 7:00pm we checked in. As we checked in, we went upstairs our room to only find that someone was still cleaning the room when we went downstairs to front desk they changed our room.. When going to that room we walked in and seen someone else was staying in that room. As we then headed back downstairs to notify them someone escorted us upstairs and told us that the room was finished. We went in the room was not fully cleaned.. The toilet still had poop in it toilet, along with toothpaste, stains on the mirror. In addition to that we had no towels and the floor was sticky. The headboard had fingerprints on it along with the main door.
In addition to that the last day of checkout I had someone call me at 9:30am to ask if I checked out. I don't know is how things are ran at the location but to call people that early to see if we left was as if they didn't want us there and was being rushed. I checked out 30 minutes later and notified the front desk. If check out is at 11am why call me instead of just knocking at 11.

Actual stay from hell. The room I got was COVERED in hair with mysterious stains and REEKED of smoke and piss. A fire alarm went off at 1 in the morning and there were police and people SCREAMING at each other. The guests here were so incredibly lound and obnoxious with noise happening between 9pm-9 am. The noise quite literally never stopped. Staff was friendly but not the most helpful. I stayed a week earlier and had a fine stay but HOLY SH*T last night was quite literally a stay from h*ll. If you don’t care about stains, piss, hair, noise, or smoke then this is the place for you. I would not spend more than $30 a night here and I spent $100. NO.

Front desk clerk (forgot her name) checked me in upon arrival two nights ago and was extremely professional and nice.
I will definitely stay here again.

As my rating reflects, we had a good experience here. Not stellar, but not bad. The first issue that we ran into was that the sink in our bathroom was not draining properly.
We notified the front desk around 7:30pm, shortly after checking in. We were informed that maintenance was gone for the day but would be notified first thing the next morning. It did not take long for someone to come up and fix it the next day. There was also a slight issue with the shower turning on (had to wait a while until it heated to a certain temp), but we decided to let it slide since our stay was only for 2 nights. I appreciated the responsiveness of the team to the issue that we did bring up. Additionally, there was an issue with the breakfast service on our last morning. The options were very limited and they ran out of spoons for cereal and yogurt pretty early on, but a staff member did locate and bring us a metal spoon to use. Again, I can overlook the issues if a team member at least attempts to rectify the concern, which they did. Overall, I would stay here again. Our room was very spacious with bunk beds for our two young kids. It had no odors or major stains to note.

The carpets were stained. Mold in the bathroom and along tile grout. The entry light didn’t work, the lamp was plugged in but broke. AC was set at 65 but never got cold. Breakfast was fine. Had eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal and fruit.

This is my all time fave hotel in the Hazelwood area! I absolutely only stay here! The staff is AMAZING!!

There was nowhere for our dog to pee or poop safely. People sped through the parking lot like crazy. Some guy tried following my mom and son and finally left when i joined them. The check in kiosk had so many problems appraised with it.
The staff, however, were amazing. So sweet, warm and welcoming.

Before booking the room contact the property to confirm that there is a parking for a semi truck and phone line.
They said yes, we do have both.
Booked the room and then I found that they charge me in advance $25 accidental charge. They said” I should get a refund in 3-4 days.
At the room, I wanted to take a shower. I spend a while for the water to warm up but it didn’t. I end up taken a shower with cold water” it’s a nightmare”
I went to the front desk to take to the receptionist, who told me I thought I already fix it. I told him I took a shower with cold water at the room. He said” let me get a different room”
I just wanted a room with nice hot water before leaving the hotel.
Before leaving I decided to take a shower and guess what No Hot Water again.
I was very disappointed. To me as a truck driver. Hot shower is a must. I will NEVER go there again.
Guess what I wanted to use the phone line. It was NOT working.

Only thing that was bad, was the fact of the pool being closed for maintenance. My kids were definitely disappointed, due to that being the main reason staying there!!!
