My family and I had a good stay it was comfortable. Front desk is amazing they always having me laughing and their kid friendly

The front desk attendant did not seem to enjoy his job. He also had AirPods in and missed what I heard a couple of times. The rooms looked nothing like the website photos. The photos had to be many years old. The sheets had stains and hair on them, the rooms reeked of smoke even though they were supposed to be non-smoking. We ended up not even staying in the room for the night because of how unclean it was.

Rooms were very beat up and smelled like marjuana and cigarettes. I use a CPAP and had to clean it out several times just to get the cigarette smell out of it.

This is the dirtiest place I have ever been. Notice how there are 5 star reviews, those exist because they offer long term guests a 10% discount for leaving a 5 star review and mentioning a name of one of the employees. DO NOT BE FOOLED!
I arrived at around 3 o’clock and the room went “cleaned” yet so I went ahead and took the key so we could go and do what we had planned for the day. We returned back to this motel around 9:30 and took our bags up to the room.
Upon entering, the smell was that of mold and weed. I turned down the bed and noticed cigarette burns all over the comforter. As I was doing this the fire alarm started chirping, indicating that the battery needed replaced.
I went downstairs to let the guy at the front desk know, and he moved us to a different room. Once I got into this room the first thing I noticed was that the nightstand was pulled out from the wall. The drawer was wide open on it and had some weird white powder on it. I tried closing the drawer, but it would not stay closed. Looked at the bed and again, cigarette burns all over the comforter. Then I notice some GIANT bug on the curtains. This was the final straw for me.
We packed our bags back downstairs, gave the key back and left. I had very little sleep from the night before, and had about 3.5 hour drive home still, but honestly I would rather take the chance of falling asleep behind the wheel and dying than taking my chances here.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This was the worst experience we have ever experienced. From the moment we entered the parking lot to the 7 minutes it took us to hurry and leave the property. We asked for a refund of our money and the guy at the front desk never mad eye contact and said you’ll need to call a manger tomorrow. They have a sign in the lobby offering 10% off of your stay if you have them a 5 star review prior to your stay! The entire place should be condemned.

once i came into the room it did not look like the pictures i’ve seen and i seen a bug once i walked in plus more throughout our entire stay. There were no trash cans . Their company phone doesn’t work so you can’t contact them upon your arrival. Everything was just not up to our standards i do not recommend staying here .

The staff was unprofessional and had an attitude during check in. The room was dingy with holes in the several walls like someone had a fight with the walls. There was a huge dent in the refrigerator and dirt caked up on the ceiling. I will never book here again.

My expectations was to expect a 2 star staff, but KB was efficient, professional, answered all my questions, and was polite to a prior individual and myself. Yolanda was exceptional. She resolved an issue with my booking for an extended time, and thanked me for staying at HT Studios RR STL Airport.

Room wasn’t clean when I checked in. A phone charger was still plugged in, floor didn’t look swept & nightstand had sticky residue from a cup. Toilet paper holder & toilet paper were missing from bathroom. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. By the time I got back to the room after my concert I was too tired to ask for a different room.

A bit uncomfortable with someone standing right there at front desk as you're trying to conduct business but the staff is nothing less than exceptional as always!! Convenient location is a plus!
