Everything was perfect... clean, hotel staff great, the hotel restaurant was convenient during our stay.

The hotel is ideally located, close to subway stations, attractions, etc. The front desk staff is amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The free Starbucks coffee was a wonderful perk. The room was small and the position of the king-sized bed did not allow for easy movement around the room. I bumped my shin on the corner of the bed every single time! The on/off switches for the bedside lamps were difficult to see, and the switch for the desk lamp was almost impossible. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, which was very frustrating after each shower.

This hotel was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so welcoming and nice. There was security at the entrance which made us feel good. The hotel was steps away from the main part of Times Square. Two subways stations a block or less away. Restaurants and souvenirs shops very close. The hotel restaurant was really good also. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was professional and courteous and helpful . Perfect location to everything near Time Square

The staff were nice. But we were overcharged 700 dollars and we still haven’t been reimbursed. It takes several days which I get, but that really sucks on vacation. There was also a panel of wall open with wires everywhere and we had small toddlers with us and we had to block off part of the room for safety.

I highly recommend this Hilton for close proximity to everything and great staff.

Utmerket beliggenhet i New Yorks pulserende Times Square.

Showed up late after a canceled air flight and took care of us quite well. Joanne at the front desk to great job.

Partition in bathroom under sink fell off in middle of night. Entry door pass code key code cover fell off and could not be reattached.
No place to layout suitcase except bed.
We told front desk attendant of these at checkout.

- wallpaper peeling in bathroom
- no drainage in bathroom, so after one hour of having a shower, needing to use the loo and feet getting wet
- people pushing in the queue then staffing allowing them to be served
- booked on hotel.com- paid in full. Now I have two other transactions on my credit card for £77 and £27. I had already paid for the room in full, still on my credit!! Please refund!
- hotel needs a lot of work.
- not happy

Booking was canceled,,, but they rebooked me is a smaller room at the same cost,, room was dirty,, room smelled of beech and the bed looked like some one had slept in it,,I found a room down the street for the same money so I checked into that one,, Hilton would not let me cancel,, ended up paying for both nights in 2 different hotels,,

The stay was interrupted by the sounds of drilling in the construction site next door to the hotel.

Hotel is right on Times square so streets are always crowded and noisy because of the tourists. When making the reservation, I chose the option to pay at the hotel. Without notifying me, the hotel placed a hold on my bank account for the cost of one night’s stay. Since I was not expecting the charge, it caused problems with my bank account. Checked out today. Hold has now been removed. Email receipt has not been received. I have no idea what the total charge will be or when it will hit the account

I will not be staying here again. We stayed in a two 2 queen bed room. Upon entry the leather chair was pealing the leather around the mirror was pealing, there were tiny brown and orange spots on the sheets and blankets, the bathroom was just disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned, rust and potential mold spots EVERYWHERE, around the bathroom mirror, the shower floor, around the lights, around the shower town racks, around the shower handle and faucet it just looked old rusted molded and nasty even the air vent in the bathroom had dust and rusted spouting out. I mean we only used it to sleep after festivities. Maybe other rooms are better but ours was not. Desk service was nice but did not tell us we had a 10$ voucher each day for food we found out the day of checkout. Extremely convenient to Times Square literally a few steps away located in great place great view

The hotel itself is fine and at a very convenient location if you're planning to spend time around Times Square. What I'm really sick of these days is how places have these added charges. I had already paid $270 for one night and when I checked in I was forced to pay an additional $30 "Destination Fee" to cover wi-fi, exercise facility, and a $10 hotel restaurant credit. We did not need or use any of these, but you are not allowed to opt out. If you want to add $30 to the rate then do it, but don't act like the rate is one thing and then add on a fee for things that really come standard these days. Just say the hotel is $300/night and make things simple. It doesn't matter if I say this, though. Hilton is huge and they're going to do whatever they want to do. It was very off-putting, though.

Nice hotel, but there was a construction nearby and there was drilling and hammering noise early in the morning.

Amazing hotel! Great location: 1 min walk from the main subway lines, and 2 min walk to Times Square! Will definitely be going back! Our room was on the 35 floor and we had an incredible view of the empire state building (We also didn't pay anything extra, just the room we were given) The A/C worked great and the elevator was fast! Free starbucks coffee in the lobby, and snacks/drinks available to purchase and very friendly staff! Very secure hotel, you have to use your card to operate the elevator, and there is a doorman at the main entrance! Nice restaurant located in the hotel as well! 10/10 - will be returning!!

Nice to have security at the door and you needed your key to enter at night. Felt safe for this reason. The hot water in the shower kicked in and out.

The hotel was nice. It is near Times Square and easy to find. There is security in front and you can only get on the elevators with a key card, except to go to the Lobby.
The hotel restaurant was clean and decent. The staff was friendly and attentive. I cannot speak on the food, but the drinks were good.
The rooms were clean(ish). I always bring wipes and wipe things down (even before covid), like remotes, door handles. I don't reclean the room or anything, just quick cleaning wipes on the most used services. The wipes weren't clean but to be honest, they pre covid and post covid they never have been. I travel a lot and my biggest pet peeve is a clean shower. When there is hair in the shower prior to me even using it, it makes me wonder if it's clean. There were strands of long dark hair in the shower and I am blonde.
The staff was great about things though, so overall great stay with great attentive staff willing to take care of things that need to get done.

The hotel is situated close to Times Square and two subway stations. Many sights and attractions easily walkable.
Facilities were clean with daily housekeeping.
We had an exceptional stay!

EXPENSIVE!!!

The rooms needs overhaul as well as most of the infrastructure, if you look at a glance, all looks great but if you give attention to details you will notice many issues, like rusted shower curtain holder, some kind of smell, elevator not working and more.

Besides not having a good view from the room it was a great stay and i enjoyed my 2 nights

Clean smoke free room with refrigerator. Walking distance to everything. Will stay again.

Overall great experience! Parking was difficult and a block or two from hotel. Excellent Security, and Front Desk! Restaurant staff really good, but a little difficult if close to closing time. Bar great!!!

65 dollars for 2 buffet for breakfast that is literally the same food as they give in 1 star hotels. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous for the price!

We drove and I wouldn’t stay at this property again if we drove. It’s very inconvenient, parking offsite is still expensive and a 6min walk with luggage from parking to the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend if travelling by car in a group. No valet offered either.

We stayed on the 19th floor. The shower did not drain what so ever, I had to continuously turn on and off the shower to allow it to drain, it did spill over onto the floor which required several towels to clean up. Staff is very friendly, facility was very clean, dinner service was nice. I do recommend you stay here, just want them to look into showers draining. Water pressure 10/10.

Despite being in the heart of a very touristy area, the hotel felt safe and secure! Rooms were small but clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Our stay was good. There wasn’t anything excellent about the hotel but it was nice. Good location.

Overall, it is a great property to stay for a few nights. Centrally located, drop-off or parking instructions were poor. The staff could have been more friendlier. An airport booking service was not available. There were some issues in the room like the fan in the bathroom was not functioning.

Loved the room and the bar. Was a last minute booking and was very smooth.
