It was a cute idea, but our bedroom faced the street so it was a bit noisy. We asked for a king room, but were "upgraded" to a suite. However, it was a queen bed and we were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The shower glass was so.clean l almost walked into it.

Nice outside ambience with fireplaces and courtyard bar.

Arrive is a cute, boutique style hotel with nice amenities, comfortable bed and linens; however, the noise level was very high with loud ppl in the courtyard late into the evening and elements of the city activities. I was not able to get any sleep in the 2 days that I stayed.

This was the cutest little hotel. Wonderful location in Wilmington, NC and it is easily walkable to downtown/riverfront area. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The best part was being able to sit in the rocking chairs on the porch or down in the common area outside to enjoy their fire pits. The bar tender was very friendly and made great drinks. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If we could stay here longer, we would have. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The drinks were delicious and the garden atmosphere with the fires was wonderful. I also loved the king size bed and the pink shower.

An old hotel property that has been revamped into a boutique beauty! Totally chill vibe: unpretentious, casual, and fun. Loved the social outdoor area and live music (on a Monday night!). Bartender John gets special mention for outstanding mixology, and the food was excellent too!

The hotel layout is really nice with the courtyard. The rooms are so unique. I would definitely stay here again. It is so pet friendly. They give a pet bed, snack and bowls for your dog!!

This hotel has a serious AC problem. I’ve stayed at Arrive Hotel many times so I’ve experienced many of their rooms. The AC lets you set it to as low as 65 but it’s just an illusion because the actual AC will not go below 72 degrees. The rooms are humid (because of no AC) and you will be very uncomfortable. The TV is there for looks only and no channels work. The bathrooms are laughably small. I thought New York had small rooms… Arrive Hotel has them beat. Very upsetting because this hotel could actually good if basic issues were fixed… but this has been an ongoing issue with Arrive Hotel. Highly recommend staying at a different hotel in the area.

This is a great small hotel ! We wanted a place close enough to a wedding that we could walk and this fit the bill. Arrive is so centrally located in the historic district that we walked to the venue in 3 minutes. The room, although small, was very clean and attractive and the bed, bedding and pillows were cozy and super comfortable. It was easy to use the valet to drop off the car and have it brought to us the next day. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating . While we did wish there was coffee in the room, as in every other property we have stayed at, there was a decent size mini fridge where we were able store our cold things. If you need a place to stay in the historic district, where you can easily walk to attractions and dining, I think you will like Arrive.

I love staying here! Quaint and charming. I have stayed once with my 6 year-old for a fun getaway, walkable to restaurants and drove to the aquarium. I also stayed with my husband for 2 nights and we had a great time. If “Mr. Serious” says he had a great time more than once, you know it was fun! I will absolutely recommend and be back.

I've stayed at this hotel on multiple trips for work and this was my first time staying as a vacation. I really enjoy this hotel. The staff is great and very responsive. The location is great and just a 5 min walk to old town. The standard rooms are small, but if you're not going to be in the room much, it doesn't matter. I love the firepits and grounds. Makes for a nice relaxing evening.

I had an amazing stay at the ARRIVE hotel in Wilmington, NC. The mix of mid-century vintage and contemporary design made the place feel warm and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully crafted. The social courtyard was a great spot to relax, and the breakfast and brunch were delicious. The location is perfect too—right in downtown, so I could easily walk to Seabird for dinner and back. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay within walking distance of shops, restraunts, etc. Room was extremely clean and quaint.
Not much room for clothes storage so great for short stays and have to pay for parking.

Good value for downtown. Great location for downtown Wilmington. Could have used Kleenex in room. Only got one robe for 2 people. Needed valet for parking, but valet service was very good. Attentive staff.

The property is very well designed and cute and as per pictures. I did not get any offer to help with luggage to the third floor since no elevator. I did see some dust on baseboards and door and was messaged that there will be a turn over and there was not but other than that property was clean and well maintained. We had breakfast at their restaurant but when wanting to eat outside they mentioned that I would have to prepay there is no service out there so if I want anything I need to come in. My bread had mold on it and restaurant was empty so that was a turn off as not sure how fresh stuff is. Maybe I just came at a weird time where it was not busy although could not do early check in. All correspondence is thru robot text which I guess is good…the price was good for the style of hotel.

The staff were all upbeat and accommodating
. Check in went smoothly and everything was clean with cute decor. My one bit of feedback is that the bed (though comfortable) was likely put together wrong and squeaked and creaked at the slightest movement. There was no fitted sheet on the bed which I also found odd, instead there were two flat sheets. The bed itself, though in a suite was a full/queen size. Small adjustments could be made overall, but that is to be expected. I will return again, but would definetly request a different style of room.

Very unique hotel with a cool downtown vibe. Lovely room. Only hiccup was I discovered the conditioner and body wash were empty when I was already in the shower. Housekeeping didn’t refill toiletries during our 3 day stay. Sunday night live music in the courtyard. Used street parking (watch the signs) because $26 valet is the only parking option. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Would stay again!

Darling boutique hotel. Loved the room and outdoor space. Cute little outdoor bar. Unexpected live music in the evening. Sad that the restaurant was closed Monday nights when we were there. We did have an issue with our AC unit which was frustrating and made for a restless nights sleep:( Over all it was clean but I do not believe our bathroom floor was swept and mopped because there was a lot of black long hairs and neither of us have long black hair:/

Very nice. Nautical theme ( brass ship lights, etc.). Great bed. Could use another chair in the room. Great location.

Lovely, comfortable, full service hotel that felt more like your own bedroom in historic setting. Location is perfect and the grounds pristine. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was paid parking.

We did not stay. We checked in. The room was on street and the door was off the hinge. We moved to another room and the Queen bed advertised was a double. We checked out within 15 minutes of being there and found other accommodations

When I booked I didn't realize there was no elevator. When I checked in And was given the choice of second or 3rd floor I didn't realize there wasn't And elevator so chose the 3rd floor so I wouldn't have feet running around me. When the clerk asked if I wanted help with my luggage I wasn't aware there was no elevator. This was a significant issue since I was lugging scuba equipment daily in and out of my room but I'm sure that is far from typical for their guests.
The bartender at the gazebo bar could improve on her attentiveness, or I could improve on being more assertive. Besides those 2 minor issues the place has a lot to recommend itself.
