Comfortable beds, convenient small kitchen and friendly staff. On time shuttle to airport. It’s right off the bridge/river - so a bit loud… and dirty windows… but doubt that’s the hotel fault… easy in/out for airport.

Room was pretty quiet and clean. King suite had a small kitchen with full fridge, microwave, stove top, dish washer, and some dishware provided which was nice for a two week stay. Intersection outside hotel seemed so, so loud with honking at all hours, with the larger trucks causing shaking on the fifth floor constantly. Not so much it was impossible to sleep, but it was very noticeable. Overall pretty good, but man the traffic outside was really a bummer. Free shuttle to airport was definitely a plus (call to set that up/to get picked up, as I didn't see that mentioned anywhere other than reviews).

Great stay in modern hotel. My daughter slept on the pullout sofa and said it was very comfortable. I really enjoyed having a full kitchen and the shower was wonderful.

The room was dirty at check in, garbage in trash bin, hair and unidentifiable "sruff" in shower. Breakfast was meek, consisting of eggs, tooast & bagels, vegan sausage, warmed breakfast burritos, and no pastries. It's just a shame such a nice building and friendly staff are stuck is such a mismanaged situation

We booked a one-bedroom suite. I called the hotel to confirm the booking and to confirm the nature of the room. When we arrived at midnight, we were told they didn't have the room and they put us in a regular room. Having four adults in our party, it was very cramped. I simply would have stayed somewhere else if I knew I was not going to get what I had booked. The front desk was ultimately very unhelpful and not providing any useful information about why it occurred. Furthermore, we did have room for sleeping for four people, but using a hide-a-bed. It was unlike any high to bed I have seen. The mattress was essentially rotated sideways where one person slept in the back against the back of the couch and the other person was on the front. It was such that whoever was against the back had to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. In addition, the front half of the bed was on a very noticeable slope that made you feel like you were rolling off the bed the whole time. Finally, you could easily hear lots of road noise all night.

My room was dirty and had roaches and fruit flies. The microwave did not work nor did the dish disposal. The refrigerator and the sink disposal had a bad odd. Lots of moisture in the room. Once enough was enough we finally too

Although we had a reservation through hotels.com, we never wound up staying at TownePlace. When we called to have the shuttle pick us up at the airport—a second time—we were told that there had been a water leak at the hotel and therefore our room was unavailable. They did arrange with a nearby hotel, Residence Inn, to provide us a room. And they did have their shuttle drive us to the Residence Inn. So, the difficulty was ultimately resolved. However, it would have been nice to have been notified about the situation before our arrival. Two overall comments about the situation: 1) TownePlace had the paperwork for the room transfer already printed up when the shuttle arrived at the TownePlace; 2) We wound up waiting over 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport.

Loved the staff. So helpful. Wasn’t quite as nice as the photos. You have to call for a shuttle bus from the airport which is hard if you don’t have cell service. I’d come here again. The hot breakfast was a bonus. Bring snacks and water - the options to buy are marked up far too high

Fantastic hotel. Easy access to the transport sysyem. Breakfast was a little disappointing, wafes only available on weekends. Stayed just one night. Well set up rooms, lovely big shower.

Overall the property was pretty nice. It has a convenient shuttle to the airport. Rooms were fairly clean. I'd is noisy since it's off a busy street, but they do have a white noise machine and give you complimentary ear plugs. There was a lot of construction currently though and my husband felt the area was a bit sketchy. We only booked one night before we flew out early the next morning so it was fine for that.

This was the loudest room we have ever slept in. There is a draw bridge near and you can hear every vehicle that went over. We did NOT hear airport noise surprisingly, but lots of road noise. We got it to be close to the airport but not sure I would again. OR we would ask for a room on the side of the hotel not on the road.

I wanted a hotel close to the airport so I chose this hotel. What an amazing choice! This place was perfect on so many counts it’s hard to remember all of them. Everyone was wonderful, it was clean, roomy, comfortable and one fantastic perk was that they deliver and pick you up from the restaurant of your choice within a reasonable distance from the hotel. Who does that? Great place!

Small hotel, very noisy outside due to construction. I stayed with my 2 kids from June 5-June 18 and asked the hotel for a bigger room. The staff kept telling me no availability and asked me to come back to check again, instead of being proactive to put a note or to look ahead for us. Very disappointed

A 1 night stay for us as a place to rest our heads following a late night arrival into Logan. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel - a quick airport shuttle, modern, comfortable with a fab bathroom and shower and a good complimentary breakfast.

The property is great -- clean, modern, decent breakfast, and the desk staff is very helpful. The location is ideal for airport traveling needs. We stayed one week as a tourist -- there is nothing around the property so we needed to frequently utilize the shuttle to get to the metro (to get to tourist sites, market, restaurants, events).
