This was a very quick one night stay. Shuttle from the airport was great. However, we left too early for the airport shuttle or breakfast in the morning.

I had a great time during my stay. The only thing I wish I knew in advance was how close the property is to the commuter rail line. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. The cookies, of course, are always a delight. I will definitely visit again in the future.

The worst staff I ever seen in any hotel I 've been stay, Rude and he never offer any information at your check in, and for the check out less. Too expensive for the quality and service.

Fabulous spacious hotel in easy reach of airport and with comimentary shuttle- but better still adjacent to the MBTA station for quick rail access to the north of the city and the silver line bus to south station. Ideal location for the city at half the price of city hotels. Excellent breakfast offered too

The hotel offers everything you would expect from this category. Our (low) rating is primarily based on the courtesy bus transfer provided between the airport & hotel: (1) We tried to let the hotel know our arrival details via email and chat but never received an answer. (2) Upon arrival (after a long transatlantic flight), we called the hotel and were promised a pick-up within 30 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting, we had to call the hotel again and were promised the bus would arrive within the next 10 minutes, which worked. I suggest the hotel either skip this service or improve its reliability. We have seen other hotel buses passing by three times and picking up passengers while we were waiting for our. (3) The transfer back to the airport was disappointing. After a rough ride, we picked up our luggage from the van and were yelled at by the driver, asking for a tip. My wife felt emotionally threatened by this behaviour. I suggest the hotel works on their service, including employee training.

This hotel is wonderful. The room was large with great amenities, plenty of isb and plug sockets, large TV and a coffee maker in the room. Its close to the commuter rail line which can get you to the city quickly and also the airport. They run a complimentary shuttle to take people to the airport/use the blue line subway and also will pick people up. We would stay here again with no doubt the next time we visit Boston/Salem.

Had to book an extra night due to canceled flight and this was closer to the airport. Only complaint would be that it is right next to a train track and the trains are very noisy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. My only complaints were that only a few TV channels came in, there weren't any coffee stirrers for the coffee supplies in the room and the room didn't have a nice view from the window. However, everyone from the staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was updated, but the caulk around the bottom edge of the shower base needed a major cleaning. There were also a few broken things in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough for the little time spent there. The hotel shuttle does not start till 5am so if you have an early flight, please plan accordingly.

The housekeepers knocked on my door every 30 min starting at 8am until 11am, even after calling and asking them to stop. The sign was on the door and at one point they even entered the room and turned the lights on. This was at 8:30 am, mind you, check out is at noon. Not happy after a 3am run to Logan. I was told they were gonna put 20000 points in my account. These I have not seen. They should just comp the room!! Not happy

We were not there very long ...had to leave at 3 am for a flight. Had a great dinner in the restaurant. Every one there was polite and helpful. Would love to stay there again if in the area

This place had a few letdowns. We had a late flight and their free shuttle service closed at 10. We had to pay $35 for Uber to get there. I'm certain the site stated this place was a mile from the airport-it's further. Not far, but further. And lastly, the most disappointing, is we go to eat breakfast and it's $20 each for continental breakfast. I said no thanks and we left. At least they gave us a cookie at check-in. They're known for that. It was just okay. My wife didn't even eat hers.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The walls are made of paper and the pool looks like a bath that’s never been cleaned. I cannot believe the ratings of this hotel are so good. Staff are really good but everything else was shocking. Don’t stay here would be my only advise.

I was hearing noises all day and all night like trains go by, auto bikes, if not, ambulances. What’s more horrible, the comforter was infested with fungi, which was just horrifying. Didn’t tidy up the room either even though we never requested to skip. It was a horrible experience for me and my gangs.

Overall a good place to stay. Large, clean room, except a few carpet stains. You have to call ahead to get a shuttle from the airport, the shuttle ford not make rounds like most of the other hotels do.
