We booked for the Taylor Swift concert in Vancouver. They had reasonable prices unlike many hotels that significantly increased their prices. The hotel is conveniently located to the metrotown station. Our room was spacious and iverlooked the city and mountains in the background. Awesome brekafast with many differnt choices for options to choose.

The staff at Element went out of their way multiple times to assist us on the day of our daughter’s wedding. They were always pleasant to any request and responded within minutes to special requests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking in this area. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping.

This was a horrible experience start to finish. We booked a 1 bedroom suit, and when we arrived they did not have one available. So we were downgraded to a 2 queen room. We were told we’d get a $40 refund, and it’s been a week now and still no refund was issued. (The difference we paid was more than $40 for the upgrade!) Pool was lame. Breakfast ran out of fruit. Stains on the towels in the room. Will NOT return to this hotel for our next stay!

Modern and CLEAN! We got a free upgrade and the breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. They even included vegetarian options which was so thoughtful. Well worth a little extra money to stay here versus and older, chain hotel.
