A beautiful job of renovating a historic building! Much appreciated free breakfast from the menu in the excellent restaurant and additional meal discounts on players cards. Room was nice, comfortable and generally clean, but some more attention may be given to dust in some areas (backs of doors, heating element in bathroom, etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This unassuming hotel in the casino was actually really good. The room was quiet, nice and dark in the morning, clean, spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable, lots of room to move around, and felt like it had been recently remodeled or refreshed. Glad that we stayed here. With our overnight stay we received BOGO dinner, and free breakfasts!! Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was absolutely incredible. The only complaint I have was with the restaurant inside the century. Food was excellent, staff was friendly, but we could overhear one employee screaming at another employee in the kitchen. The waittress being screamed at was very professionaI, friendly, and extremely attentive, so we thought it was very unprofessional of the other woman to be yelling at her especially where everyone could overhear, but things happen in food service. It did not effect my stay. I still highly recommended staying at the Century. I have not been so pleased with a hotel in a very long time.

They served me raw chicken. I gave it back to the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen where they admitted it was raw. She was fantastic, but most likely another bite would have laid me up for my vacation. Get your stuff together in the kitchen and you will be perfect. Check in was easy, friendly staff. Bringing in the luggage is not so easy up the stairs or around to the front. Free breakfast was good and appreciated. Rooms were spacious and clean. The problem is the constant music you can hear when trying to sleep. They did provide ear plugs but that did not help. The pillows were really hard too. I tried smashing them down but it did not help.

We had a very wonderful time and experience for our first vacation to Cripple Creek. We definitely recommend Century Casino and Hotel. Very clean and nice. The hotel and casino were very good. Our only issue was carrying our luggage up stairs to our room. We know there is no other way to do this, but it is an issue for older folks. The check-in hostess did ask if we needed assistance but we declined. Our room was really nice, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. We would definitely stay there again.

While I generally enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of issues I wanted to bring to your attention. The shower curtain in my bathroom appeared unclean, which made me feel that the bathroom had not been properly attended to. First stay here, and if ever through Cripple Creek again would likely stay again. We love facilities with character and the spacious room fit that bill. There is music noise from the casino below but this was not a bother. Excellent, professional staff from check in to the restaurant. We do not spend much time gambling, so can't comment on any perks there. The one complaint is with regard to bed pillows. Everyone in my party of 4 found the pillow selection to be be firm and too thick, so maybe an issue beyond personal preference.

I always get a kick out of historic-style buildings, and the Century Casino & Hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are all on the second floor, but the second floor has multiple levels so it was kind of fun walking around the floor. Our king suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a southern view from the bedroom. The living room had a comfortable couch and second TV, as well as a dorm style refrigerator and microwave. The shower was a little quirky – I wish they would put in a glass door so it wasn’t partially open. The property was a lot of fun with easy access to the main floor casino, and a complimentary soda and ice machine in the banquet room on the second floor. As a first time casino guest there were some nice perks, including a bogo entrée offer and a generous breakfast credit that more than covered a meal and beverage.

I didn’t get to stay in the room but the person I gave the room to said it was nice. The staff was not so much. When I checked in they stated it was 21 and up. I looked all over my reservation and it did not say that. I asked them so show me on my phone where it says it and the lady said “it’s there” but refused so show me. Later that night I got another confirmation and it did say 21 and up but by that point it was too late. I asked if I would be able to get a refund and she replied absolutely not. I was being very polite and wanted to fix the issue but she had no intention of that. The person behind me even made a comment how rude she was being to me. I ended up giving the room to someone since I was charged for it anyway. I will not stay or play here anymore. The new place across the street let me and my family in with open arms and had updated rooms. Also was a lot cheaper.
