It was fine for what it was but very basic and my room on the front wasn’t the quietest, what with it being right by the stairs. If I had to stay again it wouldn’t be a problem but I do think it was overpriced for the time of year.

It was not only convenient, the bed and bedding were fantastic. The kitchenette had more than one would expect in a motel. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. Just one minute away from lots of eateries… highly recommend

Booked for an overnight stay whilst driving along the Great Ocean Road. Absolutely beautiful location, amazing staff who were friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Rooms were serviceable and clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Great view! Close to the main street of Port Campbell. Very comfortable stay with comfy mattress and pillow, couch, good room insulation with heater from split system. Clean room and hot water was good as expected.

Booked this property as it had charging facility for electric cars. Only issue is that the hotel does not keep people’s car rego’s and when I went out someone parked in the charging spot. So I could not charge till the morning.

The tap over the kitchen sink was very loose and we had trouble getting hot water sometimes. Bed was very comfortable. Only a short walk to the shops and cafes.

Reception sign said staffed from 2pm, had to call to get staff attendance to collect key. Easy parking, easy walk to dining options, no outdoor sitting option and lots of rules/conditions e.g. empty all rubbish into outside bins, wash utensils, plates etc so as not to incur further fees (?)- thought this would be included in daily rate.

If i was being honest it was not clean as expected. Dirty around bathroom sink tap and tiled shower arra. Loads of motel rules. Seened like had to do most house keeping yourself eg. Empty trash. Wash dishes. For me i did not feel it was value for money

Great location, easy walk around town and for meals. However the room itself was average, there was a sign saying you had to clean and put away any dishes used, and remove all rubbish or you would be charged extra. There were ants all over the bench when we woke up in the morning and the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and wet.

This is not a hotel: - No housekeeping was done. I'm not sure if this was something that needed to be requested, but if so then they need to communicate that upon check in. - They expect you to take out your own garbage to the trash can or else they will charge you a cleaning fee. - Water pressure in our room was non existent. To shower we had to basically go right up against the wall. Asked them to do something about it, they didn't.

Stay was good and place was clean. Close to most things, worth the price. Just didnt like that the guests were expected to clear the bins and clean the dishes (what happens if the previous guest doesnt wash them well?) One suggestion is mark the parking spots with the room number, we had other guests park outside our room.

Great location for Port Campbell, walkable to shops & restaurants. Most close at 8.30pm. Bathroom sink & toilet was very old & shower good very powerful but had not been cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.
