The room was one of the cleanest we have ever come across in many years of travel. The room had everything we could ask for and was very well maintained and set out. All in all an excellent place to stay and we would definitely come back again if in the area and would recommend to others.

The hotel area in the Century Casino was relatively confusing, in an older building. Our room was large, clean, with a high ceiling and a decent bathroom, everything in perfect condition. The furniture seemed a bit thrown together: 1 armchair, 1 small, round table, 1 desk and a cocktail chair. Unfortunately, the internet was quite unreliable, it came and went at will. Overall, however, an overnight stay with a passable price/performance ratio, but in terms of location and surroundings, only suitable for guests of this rather unattractive casino.

The staff was super friendly. Room was clean and super spacious. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in a standard double room with 2 queen beds and it had 2 showers in the bathroom. No issues with Wifi.

We were in Central City to attend two operas, so we opted to stay overnight. The hotel is a short walk to the Central City Opera House. The hotel restaurant was convenient with a good menu selection, parking is free in the garage. Just one caveat: the restaurant is not open for breakfast during the week, only on weekends. However, we found a nice local coffee place in Black Hawk, just about a mile away.

We stopped in Central City on our way back to Denver Airport. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the parking garage was convenient. We enjoyed strolling through town, and it was less than 20 minutes to Idaho Springs.

We stayed for 1 night following the opera performance, which was a short walk from the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. Not being gamblers, we had no interest in the noisy casino, but did wish to talk over a cocktail at the bar. Unfortunately, the only bar we found provided no space for drinks since the bar surface was covered by gaming equipment. We opted to go across the street to a little brew house/casino where they had outdoor tables.

Our second stay at this hidden gem. We've stayed all over Black Hawk and Central City over the years. Then we got a room at our favorite casino earlier this year. This hotel is totally historic, only 24 rooms. Our accommodations this time were as nice as the last. 20 foot ceilings, 8 floor-to-ceiling windows looking over two streets. It was just awesome. We didn't pay any more than we would have for an ordinary hotel room in the area.

Ms. Gloria was great at check-in. She has a nice smile and was pleasant to work with. Manager Gil was great to work with too and even comp'd us a bottle of champagne that he brought to our room, per policy. We celebrated our 15 year anniversary at Century Casino & Hotel.

Ended up with a HUGE room, hotel a little dated but perfectly comfortable for our overnight stay in Central City! Mainly casinos in Central City but also some interesting Gold rush history, worth a stop but probably not worth more than one night if like us you're not there for gambling! Easy parking in hotel multistory car park.

They kept giving me keys for my room that didnt work. One time I came back to the hotel at 11pm or so and my key again wouldnt work and they couldnt quickly fix the issue. The staff were nice, but cmon that can't be a continual problem. The rooms were okay but the AC squealed all night with a high pitch.

Had a girl that was working the bar and said we had a limit for drinks. Very very rude but the server walking around floor was bringing us drinks when we wanted or needed them. Overall establishment was ok pillows were horrible in the room. Won’t stay there again
