The location of the room was surprising as we were expected to stay on duval Street but the rooms can be a block and one half from there.. the AC unit was not working all that well and very noisy.. not what I expected for $300.00 a night

This was a good room for our short trip to Key West. There was a couple of thresholds that were loose in both rooms and bathrooms were tight. We also came back from a day trip at 5:45-6pm to find our room getting cleaned, which wasn't super convenient. We'll be looking at other options next time.

The rooms are small but for a solo traveler it's enough. There's fridge and coffee machine in the room which is great.
Great pool and poolside. poor breakfast (not really worth waking up for. Better eat somewhere outside). Very kind service :) .
Great located.

Great location, right the action on Duvall Street. Pool and courtyard a nice oasis located in back of the guesthouse. Continental breakfast with many selections.

Lovely place! We loved the room (cozy and perfect for 3 nights) , the proximity to Duval St, and especially the pretty courtyard/ pool area.

Perfect location next to Duval St. Bathroom could use some upgrading. Really high price for average room but that's Key West.

The location is wonderful. The pool area is like an oasis from the craziness on Duval but if you choose to participate you are only seconds away from the bars and festivities that key west is known for. The real benefit of this property was GG, the lady who worked the desk. She was there for our every need. She helped us move to a room closer to our friends. And helped us to find dining and entertainment and also helped us find a place to renew our wedding vows. She truly made our vacation complete.

Great location! Stayed there 4 years ago. Other than the walls being paper thin and hearing guests in the next room, it’s a great place. Close to everything being right on Duval. Staff was great and helpful with anything needed, which wasn’t much. Highly recommend the Wicker!

Very centralized and clean. The employees were amazing.

Great location and nice staff. However, the room was small, poorly laid out and smelled of mold. The bathroom: no shower, but a large tub. NO hot water for the tub/shower combo. Again, no hot water to wash yourself. We were initially hoping the site would be nice but really the ONLY good aspect was location.

While the location is very convenient, the hotel is not great. We arrived late, and got to our room right before the office closed. We were tired from travel so went to bed. When we woke, we realized the room was pretty dingy with weird stains on the walls & chairs. Parts of the wall were crumbling & the door didn’t close properly. We had a day trip booked so while the room wasn’t desirable, we weren’t going to be in it long so we headed out. We went to the office to let them know it wasn’t great, but no one was there. When we returned at 7 pm, our room still hadn’t been made up. I went to the front desk to get some new towels (2 is what they give you), and as we freshening up for dinner, housekeeping showed up so we had to decline as we were showering. That night we it appeared someone had filled all the other ashtrays into the one on our back porch and left it there. It rained and they were everywhere making the outdoor space unusable. On the third day the mess was still there and our room had still not been tended to. We tried to pop in to the front desk upon our check out to complain about the conditions, but no one was in the office again. I find all of this unacceptable for a hotel that cost $820 for three days. I’ve been in cleaner & nicer motels.
Hotels.com reached out to the property, but they declined compensation as we “didn’t bring it to their attention.” We tried to visit the front desk multiple times, but it was closed including 8:15 am (hours say 8 am-9 pm).

I have to mention the rooms were very clean, I’ll give them 10 in this case; but the facility is in needing of a renovation, one of the room’s bathroom is small and old at the point that the shower has black mold borders. The pool area should be attended in a better way. In general the hotel needs a renovation. Also, my car was parked in the street all the time, they don’t have their own parking spots.

Good central location for day activities and nightlife. Nice and clean. The continental breakfast had a decent selection of cold food and cold/hot beverages..The office staff are great: The landscapers accidentally damaged a personal item and Wicker House made me whole with zero fuss.

I don’t recommend room #203. I hit my head on the ceiling 4 times and I am 6 1
The pictures at Expedia don’t match with my experience. Bad experience. No more Expedia

Debated between a 3 or 4 for this review. Location cannot be beat and the room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is very nice with a good selection. As mentioned in other reviews the space is small, with no such thing as a bathroom vanity or anywhere to put toileties and makeup and such for the two of us throughout our stay. There was a family staying in the other rooms in our cottage, and they all smoked, making the front entrance and porch reek heavily at times. Not sure what the television service is, but it was difficult to find any station that could tune in without buffering constantly, and even though TV certainly wasn't the priority, we like to see local news and weather in the morning and evening. The pool deck was being worked on during our stay, so while it was technically open, it wasn't a pleasant place to relax while workers were using power tools during the day.

We loved the Wicker House. Its location on Duval Street made it an easy walk to so many must-do activities in Key West, but it was a quiet oasis. The pool was lovely, and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the pool area each morning. There were plenty of food and drink choices to provide us with a great start to our days. Sixteen of us were staying in the Wicker House properties for a reunion, so we were all close but had our own spaces, which was perfect. The landscape plantings were lush and fragrant, and the property felt like a real get-away from the activities around us. We were able to find parking very close to our room. We were close to shopping, restaurants, bars, and so many wonderful things to do. Our room was always clean and well-stocked with clean bath and beach towels, and we were very happy with the services provided by our hosts at the Wicker House. We will stay there again when our travels bring us back to Key West.

Good option for bed&breakfast.
Rooms are spread throughout the block around Duval st and Olivia st. They are some shared pools, and a common area for breakfast.
Breakfast is OK, with some fruits, yogurts, good selection of bread, boiled eggs, cerrals and yogurts.
Rooms are small and the house are old, like everything in Old Town of Key West, so you know what to expect.
The location is great, walking distance from most of the main points.
They give you good insights and information about the things to do in town.
