Sauna /hot tub not working .been here for six weeks. I can count on one hand how many times sauna/hot tub were working.

So the bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains that had tried to be washed out on them. So we asked for the bed to be changed but their was no maid service available so ok all good we can change it ourselves. The girl at the desk (young, Caucasian skinny, short with dirty blonde hair, glasses and straight teeth) only gave my boyfriend just a mattress cover and a sheet so I went to the front and said “I’m sorry I think my boyfriend forgot to ask for pillow cases and a blanket too please.”(which I think is pretty fair we would like the whole bed to be changed) for this girl to then proceed to roll her eyes at me. I said “I’m sorry we aren’t trying to be a hassle or anything but theirs literal stains on the sheets and blanket” she proceeded to say “ya but it’s just stains I’m sure it’s been washed but whatever.” She gets the pillow cases and the thinnest blanket I’ve ever used doesn’t even say sorry or look at me. I work in retail I get it customer service sucks but like we pay to stay at a hotel I think it’s pretty reasonable to expect to not have blankets and sheets with stains on it regardless of if it was washed or not and we were both very polite about the whole thing so this attitude wasn't necessary. The jacuzzi tub was lime scaled and had hair in it which I cleaned myself just to avoid miss happy at the front desk having a coronary because something else wasn’t clean. If the standard here is eye roll “I’m sure it was washed though” I think I’ll avoid this place.

Came for a concert, room was lovely. Breakfast was good with one exception, the fella running the omelet station was a very unfriendly fellow. I believe he may have been handicapped & that explains some, but his tone , approach & way he interacted with customers was off putting. I watched him a few times & the guests were also not pleased with the way he spoke. I would recommend someone assist him as he was quite overwhelmed & that maybe resulted in wasted product as guests were leaving before he had finished preparing them.

Our hotel room was very spacious. Only down fall was that the pullout sofa was not cleaned had food crumbs on the mattress and under it. Other then that overall was a excellent hotel.

Decent hotel, great staff and very clean. The pool and sauna were nice, pool was a little small if there was a crowd in there. The free breakfast was slightly above average, there was an omelette station which was a different and nice addition. The room was clean, and comfortable, however the furniture and lamps were very worn out. Overall a decent place to stay in Fort Saskatchewan, I would say an average hotel, nothing special as I have high expectations from hotels.

Had a great stay at Best Western here in fort Saskatchewan. Probably our favorite part of the room was having the AC. It was so hot outside during our trip. The only thing i would like to say that is negative about the hotel is that i couldnt get any of the vending machines to work except for one of them on the first floor. That is like 7 out of 8 out of order machines. Unfortunate.

The room was huge and very clean! AC works awesome, staff is super friendly. My only negative was the breakfast. Hash browns and bacon were cold, not a lot of options to put on toast. Just peanut butter and cheese whiz.

The entrance to the suite had a bit of damaged trim and the door security latch was not aligned with its bolt on the door so it did not close properly. Everything else was great.

Best for us because it was right across the road from my nephews. There was a timmies, Wendy’s, Starbucks , shoppers right there. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. Pool and hot tub very clean. Our room was clean. Beds comfy. We would stay again. 30 minutes to Edmonton.

Bed was terrible, pillows were terrible. We called the front desk after 11 due to alot of noise in the hallway. Noise was quite for about 15min, but then continued until 2-3am and kept waking us up. Breakfast was better than expected
