Super comfortable king bed and pillows. Clean, updated. Gym equipment kind of old and didn't work that great. Would be nice if there's a bar. Close to Dollarama and No Frills.

House kerping only made beds and provided towels for only one day , they did not come in the room on the second day and there was no do not disturb on the door..that was a bit of a disappointment.

Check-in was efficient and informative. We were provided with a complimentary upgrade and our request for gluten-free breakfast items for one of us was verified voluntarily, without my needing to request it. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Dark roast, medium roast, decade and earl grey pods were provided for the in-room kuerig machine. Microwave and refrigerator were available as well as paper towels (a really nice touch).

It was good we have been here a few times the only issue everytime is that it’s quite dirty. Like hair on the blankets and in the tub quite a thick layer of dust everywhere. The room was gorgeous though. Just really needs a good cleaning.

Wow, what a nice surprise - very quiet, great a/c on a hot day, very friendly staff - this is a cute, kitschy (in a good way) hotel. Travelled as a couple so didn't need a pool and such, comfy bed and accommodated a later check out.

We were visiting family that were in the hospital. Location was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional compared to other hotels. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of parking in the lot. You can walk to multiple food locations in the area. The free hot breakfast was very nice and the beds were comfortable. I did have two minor complaints, First the Chromecast in my room did not work properly. The second annoying thing was that they only had ketchup packs to use at breakfast. It would make a lot more sense to have ketchup bottles you can refill, making it easier for your customers. Also, it would be better for the environment.

The room exceeded our expectations,with a divided couch area, 2 tvs, fireplace, and an extremely comfortable king bed. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast buffet was good and the price of the room very affordable. We would highly recommend the Kanata Inn as your stay.

The staff here were amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast room and even maintenance personnel, each encounter I was met with a smile and a greeting. The texting option was wonderful as well as I had lost my voice prior to my arrival, so it was very convenient for myself to utilize this option.

Overall one of the nicest on our journey. Walkable to eating, grocery and other shopping. Nice breakfast as well. Only one issue and that’s the 200$ deposit. We stayed one night and they charged deposit on day we checked in and next day as well. This stays pending for at least three days. Thankfully we only stayed one night
