Overall acceptable but hotel has weird rules about issuing hair dryer as staff must hold on to guess passport. I understand it was for in case of missing or damaged but since a credit card was withhold as standard practice so not sure what passport must be held? I have been traveling at least 5 to 6 times yearly and been to numerous hotels but never had such experience.

Good typical hotel amenities but a little far out of the thick of Paris for us. No bakery nearby. Longer metro rides to the sites we wanted to visit. But better sized rooms with great mattresses at the end of the day.

The only reason I booked this hotel bc it's convenient to go around. It's located in a corner with tram & metro just a few steps away. But the room is so cold, I tried to turn the heater on but the receptionist told me that they don't have Heater, only air conditioner for summer!!! It was so cold, outside was 9degree C. The room was tiny, did not have a kettle for you to have hot water, no hair dryer, pillows were so thin. I paid for the same price I paid for Novotel, a 4-Star Hotel, just 25 meters away. I would not return even if it's FREE!!

Not in the greatest area, but not scary, just a long ride to sites, etc. Technically not in central Paris, which means you'll pay (higher) meter rate from CDG, not set taxi rate. Rooms a bit spartan, but impeccably clean and good efficient housekeeping, including if you don't leave your room until later in the day.

Its a solid place to stay if you are looking for a clean, cheap place to stay for a night or two. The neighborhood that surrounds the property is not very good and i wouldnt recommend walking around the area at night. Order take out and stay in. The staff are super helpful and the lobby is a great place to relax and hangout in.

This was my first visit to a B&B chain of hotels in Paris. Unfortunately, the room is not at all like they display in the pictures. The room did not have a single piece of amenity. No kettle for hot water, no pouches for tea/coffee, no dustbin in the room, or basic toiletries provided such as a hand soap. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and the water started leaking from the bottom of the sink making the bathroom floor dirty. The room service was not done for a long time after we made the complaint, and we had to live with the problem for quite some time. The breakfast was extremely basic and there was no toaster for a basic meal of bread & butter. We had to eat cold bread and that caused digestion issues giving us trouble for the rest of the day. There was no warm food available for vegetarians. It is unfortunate that the hotel staff has did not consider vegetarians at all. The staff in the breakfast area didn’t seem to care to get new food items when the supplies went low. There wasn’t any phone provided in the room to call reception and every time we went to the reception to make a compliant, the staff was not at all welcoming. They just asked us to wait for an undefined period of time and did not seem to care about the discomfort that their guests were going through. One should visit this hotel only if they have very low expectations from the service that they might get.

Perfect for a short stay but not recommended for longer.The parking was easy and well priced.We stayed here to avoid the need for the car to be registered for Paris emissions and that worked well.Close to the metro and a very good price.

Starting point of my bus had changed at the last moment and she immediately helped in finding out the new location and quickly arranged a transport for me. Without her prompt help I would have missed my bus.Location: market and restaurants nearby. Slightly far from main Paris tourist attractions but Public transport, Tram, metro, bus stop nearby at a walking distance. I would recommend to stay considering the price, cleanliness and most importantly the courteous & helpful staff.

Easy access to many things, super clean, comfy beds, hot water, good climatiser, excellent for business days in Paris, helpful staff at the reception. Never the less the food and beverages machines at the lobby. Will always return there.

My wedding ring was stolen from my room and like 60 Euros, and I was 100 percent sure that it was in my room before we went to breakfast, ask to speak to a manager, no manager on duty at that time, ask to see the cameras, they say no. Call during the next week, no answers.
