The road out front is a main thoroughfare through town. The street noise was loud throughout the night. If I were to stay there again, I’d request a room away from the street.

My husband (age 75) and I (70) spent the night at the Lincoln host motor Inn as our final stop in cross country trip. This hotel offers few amenities; there’s no pool or workout room, there’s no lounge or on site restaurant. However, this apparently locally owned motel is an unsung gem in the Escanaba area. We booked a room with a king size bed. In addition, we had a sofa, lounge chair, a table with three chairs for dining, a flatscreen TV, a microwave, small refrigerator, sink, and real plates, dishes, flatware, glassware to accommodate 4 to 6 people. Oh, and also there was a drip coffee maker. The bathroom was adequately appointed with the largest and most ample supply of towels we’ve had in a long time. But what stood out to us about this small hotel is that the room was so clean. As I told someone else if I had to lick the floor, I would not have been scared. It was spotless. Very quiet, very comfortable, nondescript, but a great place to lay our heads before our final push to our destination. I would highly recommend this for just an overnight stop And a safe quiet clean place to stay.

My trip took a downward spiral shortly after getting to Escanaba. The wonderful lady at the desk went way above the entire time I was there. The best customer service I have ever received in a motel!

The Lincoln is very clean and comfortable, but also very basic. We were looking for an affordable place to stay and The Lincoln is definitely agreat deal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpfull. We had several questions about the area and they went out of their way to get us all the info we were looking for. The location is right on the state highway and very convenient.

Older property. The bathrooms have an odd configuration which makes it a little difficult if you have mobility issues. Microwave wasn’t working. Flat pillows. It was very clean and pretty comfortable overall. Good value.

Very friendly staff and clean room. Although there’s a sign at the property, we ended up driving right by; the building entrance is not obvious. Room AC is loud. Something on offer for breakfast would be a nice addition, but we knew going in that they didn’t provide anything. Coffee is in the lobby, not the rooms. But certainly an adequate spot to stay.

Shelby was very pleasant on the phone as well as at check-in. The room was basic but very clean and that's the most important part for me. The only downside was the pillows. They were not comfortable.

A very nice place to stay if all your looking for is a clean, comfortable place to spend the night. Since that was exactly what we were looking for, it was perfect for us. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator, a comfortable bed, and was spotless. Should the occasion arise, we would definitely stay there again.
