It was okay, except for the staff not being good at speaking english.

I did not have the breakfast.

I wish the staff would speak good english. I could barely understand them.

Absolutely terrible and I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there.

NOTHING!

Dirty and everything smelled. The room we were given had the peep hole missing and any one could see right into the room. We had to plug the hole to ensure we actually had privacy. The staff did not seem to care.

Probably won't pick this hotel again. Will pay more for an updated hotel.

Front desk staff was nice.

Property seemed a bit rundown. Very little parking.

The room was large and nice and clean except for my shower curtain. Everything else was mediocre at best.

Location and accessibility and ground floor room, parking spot availability.

The staff being unable to speaking English clearly and and understandable. I have no problem with people from any culture or race at all. But being able to speak clearly and understandably to answer questions is a must when dealing with the public who are primarily English speaking. Also the computer system for checking in and out was painfully slow. Also the shower curtain support in my room did not fit properly and was loose and more water ended up in puddle outside the tub than on me.

Ok. The staff was very friendly. The room was very quiet.

Close to location

Sheets on one of the beds in our room were covered with sand (entire bed)even though the bed was fully made upon arrival. Questioned If the sheets were actually changed?

An Above Average Stay in a quiet nice hotel with everything nearby that we could have wanted and did

Customer Service, Location, and Availability of Attentive Staff, Price and guidance to excellent nearby services. Excellent ability to block lights from outside the room. Wonderful Touch Mirror in the bathroom.

Weak Shower Pressure

We will choose another hotel for our next overnight in Escanaba.

The waffle was good.

The breads offered were stale and the toaster didn't work. I did not appreciate the panties flopped over our shower rod, obviously left from a previous guest as well as the marks left on the bedspread, I'm assuming also from previous guests. The ice machine didn't work and no ice was available our first night there.

Convenient and clean

The TV was hard to work. The remote was pretty useless. On our 3rd night we couldn't get into our room. Had to have our key cards swiped again at the front desk. Pretty inconvenient to have walk to the lobby for this mistake. We were tired after a long day.

Exceptional

You get what you pay for. A nice comfy bed to sleep in for the night. I didn't go down for breakfast, we were just there to crash for the night and take off early in the morning. Everything was great for the price.

Very good

Decent, clean room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Ok breakfast but no cream for coffee.

TV remote didn't work and had to fight to change room.

The room was cold it took all night just to make it feel comfortable also the breakfast was bad only had waffles and the bread was dried out so we're the muffins

Was just the place we were looking for to stay at close to resturants,and everything else we wre loo

We had 3 people in the room and only had towels and toiletries for 2.would have been nice to have another chair in the room.because one of us always had to sit on the bed when in the room.otherwise are stay was wonderful and will be back for sure.

Helpful staff, clean room, confusing thermostat and shower

The employee at the desk when I checked in was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Having continental breakfast available was nice. The employee was also sure to tell me about the Life Rides program running in town for New Years Eve, and helped me find a parking spot and door closest to my room after I explained that my boyfriend was blind and would need my assistance.

The employee in the morning was not very friendly. There was no information about a switch on the wall needed to work the thermostat/AC. The control to make the tub run as a shower was in an odd placement, and there were no instructions on how to use it -- and a call to the front desk didn't clean up the confusion, despite the employees attempt.

Pleasent stay minor issues

Bed was good

Rooms weren’t clean, there was this weird sound like flushing, could hear people talking at the lobby and one could hear loud stomping at night from the room above us.
