I stayed 3 nights while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The hotel was clean but my room left a bit to be desired. The office chair for the desk had no cushioning and was very uncomfortable. There was a large section of the carpeting that was threadbare and pulled away from the wall (room 134). TV was cable with basic fare - cable news, local channels, a few HBO channels, and basic cable channels such as TNT, History channel, ESPN, etc. The TV was LG, which in my opinion is the best brand out there (your mileage may vary). Breakfast was a mixed bag. Wed & Thu (Thanksgiving) mornings, the breakfast was the worst I've had in any hotel. Scrambled eggs were barely warm and dried out; the breakfast meat was awful; the potatoes were cooked in oil that was not hot enough, therefore the potatoes tasted like the oil. Then on Friday, breakfast was the complete opposite: eggs were hot and moist; the bacon was tasty; the potatoes were crisp and hot and actually tasted very good! So breakfast is a hit-or-miss thing, depending upon who is working that morning. Staff were all pleasant and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

I like the breakfast in the morning. I suffer from muscular dystrophy. I just would like to see the doors to the hotel rooms easier to open for the disabled.

Although our room was nonsmoking it was continuously engulfs in the smell and smoke of marijuana. If you have a nonsmoking area than keep you o it and be vigilant about your guest

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The room was very clean. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. However, I was surprised at the condition of the room. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were worn out and chipped, making the place look shabby. When we tried to use the microwave, the turntable was missing. My husband went to the front desk hoping to get it resolved quickly but it took a few hours due to a problem finding the right part so we were unable to use the microwave the first morning. Coffeemaker in the full kitchen was just two paper cups under a small 2-cup machine that only takes prepackaged single coffee inserts which are supplied. Although coffee is available in the lobby, many hotel rooms I’ve stayed in with full kitchens have a small regular coffeemaker (nice to brew your own pot of coffee without leaving the room) so that was rather disappointing. The toilet began leaking the first night with water all over the bathroom floor. Since it was late, we were already in our pjs and knew housekeeping would be unavailable at that hour, my husband found the problem and adjusted it himself but it was a mess. Next morning, I called the front desk for extra towels because we had used so many to wipe up water. Although the staff was very accommodating and housekeeping was great, the worn-out condition of the room and initial problems with the microwave and toilet made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped for.

This is the best hotel we stayed in the area. Included a ceiling fan that was the best since we sleep with one on at home. Staff was beyond excellent and the hotel had a good breakfast. This will be our only stop next ti.e we are in town.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed with for a sports travel tournament. The staff was lovely, including the manager. Everything was extremely clean and the outdoor patio was such a nice addition reason I didn’t give it a five, is because the breakfast is absolutely horrible. it sounds like it should be good, however, there’s not much fresh fruit and what there is is not good quality. Even the waffles, the kids didn’t want because they are not even cooked fully through. However, with Dunkin’ Donuts, being five minutes away, this does not deter me from staying there again.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Nation. It was close to the fields and we loved the suite style accommodations for our family of four. HOWEVER, I was completely turned off by an employee following me down the hallway and confronting me in front of my children and husband stating that I was rude. What she was referring to was when I passed by the front desk I apologized to the associate at the front desk for not being able to hear him during the check-in process because the volume in the lobby of two employees talking to a guest was extremely loud. As I passed the front desk on our way in with our belongings, I apologized to the associate and said, "So sorry I could not hear you. It was very loud." This prompted the employee to follow us down the hallway and confront me at the elevators in front of my family. She continued to be very hostile as we boarded the elevator, shouting at me. I was taken aback that a hotel employee would do this and it left a sour taste in my mouth all weekend. Though we liked staying at the facility with the other baseball families, not sure we would pick this establishment again.

We had a good stay over the Christmas holiday while visiting family in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean as well. The room layout was really good for our family, nice to have the bedroom separate from the living space.

Had a three night stay. I wish I got his name, but the front desk host was super friendly (as was all the staff) and he gave great restaurant recommendations! We also appreciated the breakfast sides changing each morning.
