房間很棒，寬大，整潔。廁所和淋浴的側面玻璃是透明的，即使是同性訪客，也不方便。早餐的老酸奶，很讚！ If you like traditional breakfast, you will enjoy here. If u are a meat lover or on keto diet you can just skip the breakfast here.

I booked four reservations, this is first review, Without Swimming pool and spa, i will choose other hotel if got notice before, other three rooms still staying a few more day. definitely will leave same review later, calling service from room and no one is answer for long time. Last really bad traffic chaos at hotel front, disturbing and annoying, negative energy keep hearing yelling, car honks, and stuck. hope the manager could contact to discuss what happen to the no answer from room, no swimming pool and spa. and still charging extra this extra that.....TE

The concierge is particularly helpful and friendly. They offered great advice navigating the area and popular tourist sites. The room is very clean and the cleaning service is timely. The hotel is conveniently located, close to some outstanding restaurants in the city. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time. The only pity is that the pool is under renovation and not open during our stay.

This is an iconic hotel: everyone in town recognizes it immediately and its the backdrop to Sanlitun and all the lights. It is a modern, stylish hotel in the heart of one of Beijing's most exciting neighborhoods. The hotel is super clean, and the service is very good. The hotel facilities are excellent including great restaurants (with a Michelin star steakhouse) and a great pool/gym/spa area. The rooms are spacious, well thought out and full of nice touches such as air purifiers and lots of plugs. The neighborhood is full of shopping, amazing restaurants and always buzzing.

Room design is modern n small details are nicely done. Pool is great. One bad comment is on breakfast service (not quality) - 1) I waited for 5 mins at reception for someone to bring me to a table (a customer came out to ask for the cheque that he waited for a long time in the meantime) 2) they put someone to my table right after they put me to that table 3) they took away all my stuff when I went out again to take food. Its not that hard to identify tables that have been occupied isnt it? 4) food that needs to be cooked were super slow.

This was a fantastic stay in BJ! Excellent service and hospitality and location! I took my parents on a trip to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary and I mentioned it to the hotel. They went out of their way to decorate the room and leave them flowers and chocolates! I think they have never felt so pampered! And if that was not enough, the hotel GM, Francois went out of his way to make them feel even more comfortable when he gave them a very generous room upgrade when he overheard my dad saying that it was warm in his room. This is really fantastic service and response and a fantastic example of how a large international hotel chain can make a customer feel super at home away from home. The service across all the restaurants were fantastic as well..I highly recommend trying the Japanese restaurant-the staff will really go out of their way to engage and make you feel right at home.. All in all, a very warm, welcoming stay at the Intercontinental BJ..highly recommended!

One night only —perfect location at Sanlitun shopping and dining district. Hotel is brand new — all prestige. Breakfast was even for Intercontinental Standards outstanding.
