Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand was terrific. The hotel is modern and clean, and our spacious and well-appointed room (King Room Prestige). It is a short taxi ride from the airport, and most attractions are within 30-40 minutes walking distance. There are some nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel, which is also attached to a shopping mall

The rooms aren’t clean they very old fashion the room stinks and the to thinly has couple Chanel’s no YouTube or Netflix

The welcome from staff was warm and helpful especially Ahmed. The hotel is in a great location only 15 mins walk from the Medina and la Mamounia and another 5 mins to the main square. There is a small mall next door to the hotel with a good selection of shops and cafes. You can get ice cream, crepes, breakfast, cakes etc. We had breakfast in one which was much cheaper than hotel which charges 300 Dh per person (£25 ish) however having said that the buffet has a great selection. The hotel has 3 pools. One indoor heated pool and two outside pools which are unheated and a bit too cold! One pool is quite lively with music whilst the other is quiet. We had the international buffet one night which had a great selection of food which was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable with tea making facilities and a fridge. All in all a great stay!

Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down.

The hotel was ok. The shower floor at the bathroom had a drainage problem. Also, the bathroom door gets stuck and had to shake it hardly multiple times to get it open. Other than that, the hotel was ok.

No toothbrush no bath, no bathrobe
1.0
The front staff and banker were extremely rude.
A room for 2 should have 2 bathrobes and 2 pair of slippers.
Lighting is very poor.
The hotel has no warmth or charm.
The breakfast and breakfast staff were great.
The pool was lovely.but not enough pool staff to service all the people.
For the price, we would not recommend this hotel.

The property was clean but it’s time for some renovation and upgrades. Breakfast was good with enough variation. The staff was great.
Overall we don’t think it’s was worth the money that we had to spend, mainly because of the conditions of the hotel.

Great hotel right in the middle of all the action

The hotel is very well-located, and the pool and outside area is very nice. However, the front desk staff is terrible. Rude and with an attitude. We speak French and Moroccan Dereja so it’s not a cultural issue. The food was plain. The rooms are overpriced for what you get. We knew it was not La Moumania, but still… overpriced.

Hotel is great but the staff are so racist with locals, they just want you to pay them for nothing. I talked with them in Arabic and they disrespected me and my mates. I will never back here again.

We travelled through Morocco for 9 days before arriving to Savoy. It was an only hotel where we had very cold welcome and we had difficulty getting help with luggage. We had a nice suite, but my daughter’s bed was not ready. It took 3 separate visits of different people and 1.5 hrs to get the bed ready. We had no room service for 2 days at all and day 3 the lady knocked on the door and asked me if we needed anything. The room was cleaned on day 4 but there was only one clean towel left after cleaning when 3 of us returned from the pool.
The highlight of the hotel is the location as it’s very walkable with plenty of choices to eat. The breakfast is very nice but again the service is not. If you have to ask for something from staff it takes forever to arrive.
The amenities at the hotel are nice but the level of service is not good.

The actual hotel is pretty decent to look at but it falls down in terms of customer service quite a bit. A lot of the basic amenities in the room were missing on our first night e.g toilet paper and slippers and shower gel we called down for them and this seemed to be a recurring thing every time our room was clean the cleaners would never stock up! I went down to the poolside and ordered 2 cafe lattes 4 times and it never arrived Mohammed the staff member with glasses who works outside next to the poolside promised us our drink was on the way 6 times! We waited over an hour before we just ended up leaving because it was was disgusting service the staff are always huddled chatting and laughing rather then paying attention which is a shame. I understand it's a waitressing job and can get quite boring which may need them to talk to each other but this dosent mean you ignore paying guests to indulge in your own conversations I took plenty of pictures of this happening numerous times but waiting in the scorching sun for a drink and not to get it really annoyed me.
This extends to the inside services the lifts were drenched with water a few times with no warning which was quite dangerous. For the price you're better off going elsewhere the pool beds are reserved early in the morning and that's the case for the whole day overall comfortable beds but hospitality and basic amenities it lacks completely I wasn't happy when I left because of the service recieved from staff

The stay was great, but the food was even better! Between the breakfast buffet and the staek we had, I fell in love!! I recommend this resort!

A great hotel in a good location. Breakfast waiter service was slow and not a 5 star service. Food was excellent.
Huge swimming pool with plenty of cabannas and sunbeds .
Our bathroom had a bad sewage smell which was slowly rectified.
Would go back again .

Well-appointed and spacious hotel room. Luxurious lobby. Pleasant grounds. Experience with staff was very variable- some were welcoming, others were aloof.

Beautiful property, just how it looks in the pictures if not better! The rooms are large and well kitted! The customer service is really goo and the breakfast buffet is exquisite and definitely something to look forward to every morning! The location tops off this hotel beautifully as it is right next to a mall which has great dining options and is also walkable to some of the main tourist sites!

Fantastic hotel , the pools amazing !! Dinner buffet by the pool with singer was fantastic
I really recommend this hotel !! Connect with nice shopping

I had a fight with the Concierge who was more focused in selling tours than helping hotel guests.
The television kept turning off but they immediately gave us a new one. The water temperature kept switching from hot to cold and vice versa. There is a spa at the hotel but if you just want to use the jacuzzi you have to pay 25 euros. The hotel is beautiful but overall it is not worth the price and there is a lot to be desired. They have an excellent breakfast buffet however.
