Best hotel in Moalboal. Love that the beach is easily accessible and great for snorkeling. Saw some beautiful fishes and sea turtles.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the resort. I wish there was a safety deposit box and a hair blower. Also the treehouse 2 that we stayed in doesn’t have warm water, it’s not working and the aircon is old and bit noisy. Other than that, everything is wonderful.

Staff is super friendly and it has a nice location for the ones who want to visit the falls. However, the room had a strong smell of mold, as it wals closed for many days. But i still recomend it!

Hesitant if the room was really cleaned prior to us occupying it because there were termite droppings from the wood in the ceiling that fell on the floor pillow/rag below.

Staff are helpful all full of hospitality. Toiletries provide convenience. Beach side is beautiful and quite. The road connects to the resort is unpaved and bumpy. It gets worse in raining day.

The road to the hotel was a disaster. Should pave the holes on the ground.
Stayed at the treehouse hoping for a honeymoon vacay but regretted this decision immediately once we are inside.
- The cupboard was old, when we tried to open the door, it feel out and almost cut my bf's toes.
-Only provided 2 complimentary water bottles, so if need more water you'll have to go to the restaurant to get a pitcher of water How inconvenient. Why cant you just put a water dispenser in the room and replace it once empty. The hotel I stayed in Moalboal did this and didn't expected a hotel that I paid more to be worse than it.
- Phone in the room was out of order. If we needed anything we had to walk to the reception or restaurant. How inconvenient. I told the reception about this and she replied. I know. Why don't you fix it??
- The shower room door lock is out of order. They left a bucket in the shower room and we were wondering what it was for and realized it was to use to block the door when you are showering. Fix the damn door lock!! It's a hotel, not your house.
- We found a dead lizard in the toilet.
- There was this party going on next door, loud music and a guy talking all day all night. Came here to relax but felt disturbed all day.
- Provided only 2 instant coffee Some people don't drink coffee. Where's the tea
- Food in restaurant was pretty decent. On the pricier side but we came to enjoy the hotel and service. Staff in the restaurant were the only ones who gave good service

Club serena is in a very secluded place, nice for some privacy and peaceful stay. Rooms very spacious, clean but are a little outdated, toilet is old but full of toiletries, it was kind of hard to flush. No wifi in the room but it is ok. The facility is huge and clean. You could tell the place is really pretty at its time. Swimming pool is huge and beach in front, staff are really nice. Food at the restaurant is nice and reasonably priced. Staff at restaurant are superb.

The place is serene, rejuvenating, and extremely close to a beachfront that is picture perfect (at high tide). However, it is relatively far from a nearby shopping centre or a provision shop, so make sure you come with your supplies stocked up! E.g. Snacks/titbits/Cup Noodles =)That being said, it is very quiet compared to the nearby town or the hustle and bustle of Philippines cities! A really good place to kick back, relax, and reset your body, mind and soul together with your significant other.P.S. The rooms have really nice designs too!

Very friendly staff! A great place to just chill especially for people who loves the beach. The Tree House was a cool place to hang out with friends and family after a day of swimming.

It was just what we are looking for. Nice, clean, quiet, not crowded, and most of all, excellent service. The pool is very clean, well-maintained. The restaurant is a very pleasant place for extended stay after a meal. Very accomodating staff.

The place along the beach is OK. Staff is OK. The rooms are old smells bad. The mattress is covered by plastic. There is no place to relax in the room. Even no complimentary water. The car park is in the middle of the place just in front of the bungalow. The wooden floor is broken and noisy. The door for the bathroom is also noisy. We think that the place was nice 15 years ago but now it is in very bad condition. The food is good but expensive due to the taxes. You pay more than 100 pesos for two slices of bread. Definitely go other place

The tree-house we stayed in was very cozy and very short distance to the beach. The restaurant was very well situated by the pool and beach and offered amazing vies of the ocean and sunset every evening. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful in setting up acitivites for us.

We loved this beach side resort with fabulous snorkeling on the coral reef out front. Staff were phenomenal and attentive to every need. We stayed 4 nights and ate all our meals at the hotel. Good food with lots of choices. The pools are wonderful especially one by ocean. There are lots of places to hang out and relax as that is the message here, relax. Our room was Rajah and it is large with comfy king bed and sitting room. Spacious bath with toiletries provided. We ended an 8 week holiday here and we had the most relaxing time. MJ, John Jay, Roland and Josh took great care of us so that we felt so relaxed and had pleasurable vacation. Thank you! If we come back this is where we will stay and highly recommend. Oh and sunsets are amazing! Saw turtles every day.

This resort is in utterly poor condition which is sad as it has great potential. But its very dirty in the rooms, even after conplaining three times our closet was still full of durty, moldy pillows. I found a cockroach underneath my pillow and in the bathroom. It is supposed to be sold - lets hope the new owner gets it back into shape.

This is a little off the beaten track and when you drive towards the hotel you do wonder....and then arrive! The hotel is quiet, with two pools, well maintained grounds, swept more often than my floor at home. The service was nice. If you are wanting to relax in the peace and quiet...this is the place for you. The snorkeling was some of the best that we have experienced, from many locations around the world, they drop drivers off in front of the hotel to explore the depths and coral., about 200+ feet offshore (there is a concrete path that leads you out). Food was great and to sit and eat/drink by the water was amazing. Nice sand and so quiet you have a lot of beach to yourself. Enjoy as we did.

nice and quiet place at White Beach. The Treehouses are really nice and privacy is guaranteed. Internet was slow and both Smart and Globe signal were very weak.
