I got my jumper and other personal effects stolen by god knows whom. My bed was unmade by cleaning team with no explanation ? And the girl at reception was less than helpful

Like the price, the location, it’s a great place to spend one night, but the shared bathrooms were never as clean as they should be, it was very hot and the windows didn’t open

About the only good things I can say about this place is that it was a great location, most of the staff were pleasant, and the cleaning staff was always cleaning the bathrooms.
They advertise that they have an elevator and bar, but the elevator is iffy…. There is a sign posted that you should only use the elevator if you really need to…. On both our arrival and departure, it was not working at all, leaving us to carry our luggage up and down four flight of stairs. Not so bad (probably), if you don’t have old, arthritic knees. Also, there is no bar…. Just a space that used to be a bar.
They also advertise a rooftop patio, which they did have, however, it was not the relaxing haven one might envision - more of an open air smokers lounge, with views of the taller buildings around you.
They also advise they have vending machines…. That is, there is one, located on the third floor, and if you’re unfortunate enough to be staying on this floor, you get the profound pleasure of being kept up all night by fellow hostel guests trying to decide what they want as a snack after stumbling in from the pub crawls…. Don’t worry though, you’ll fall asleep somewhere between 3:30 and 4:00…. And you’ll finally get a couple of hours sleep before they start restocking the vending machine around 6:30 a.m….
The final pieces of advice, have a high tolerance for people shouting conversations up and down the stairwell, anticipate the smell of sewer gases fr the restrooms, & bring a pillow.

Kitchen and activity room up on the fifth floor… people staying do not keep clean and noisy, chatting in the sleeping dorm and no rule nor policy to ask people keep quiet in the sleeping room. The bathroom needs renovation? Location is so convenient , in the center, walking to everywhere, carefour supermarket express across …0ld town is in walking distance

Was incredibly cheap and as such the facilities were great for the price point. Clean, but cheap!

This was a really nice hostel. Spacious snd bright rooms. It was nice that each bed had a spacious drawer under the bunk for their stuff. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The only thing I’m taking marks off for was that the room itself was a little smelly. And I’d chalk that up to a one-off except I’d read it in previous reviews online. In the room itself, we had to keep the balcony door open because of the smell; multiple people on the room commented on it and requested leaving the door open for that reason.

The place is nice, good location and nice staff.

Friendly staff, liked that the front desk was staffed 24/7, very clean room and pretty clean shared bathroom. With only two sinks, bathroom did get a little crowded in the morning but that can be expected with a hostel. Great option for the price!

I would recommend this hostel to families traveling on a budget. The hostel was super clean and decently comfortable. No matter what time of day I visited, the shared bathrooms were always clean. This is not a particularly fun hostel. Due to Covid, the bar is closed. Also, around meal times, the lounge was taken over by the children of the staff. It was not uncommon to see toddlers in and around the common areas. They weren't a bother or anything, just not really conducive to the kind of vibe I expect from a hostel.

The place is well located, it has an elevator, good lockers, a nice kitchen and they tag suitcases/bases on checkout with name if you leave them granting more safety for your valuables on the positives, On the negatives, I didn't find the beds particularly comfortable, no curtains or anything, the room (4 bed) was small and quite warm even with aircon on. The bathrooms looked dated and not many showers/toilets available, cleaning was medium, the staff does not give much information at check-in, they mandate mask inside as well, the locker, although great, was held with a screw between the holes so it wouldn't open, that is very unsafe. The wifi was terrible, at least in the room, didn't even peak to 3Mbps.I paid quite a bit for a bed on a 4 bed, I found it quite overpriced frankly, it is a hostel that is barely above an 8 in most sites, if you can get a good price for a couple of nights and need a kitchen I'd say is ok.

The people in the front desk were very helpful and nice. It was more of a younger crowd, but it’s what you expect at a hostel. If you are traveling solo or with a friend this is the perfect place to stay.

I've probably stayed in over a hundred hostels around the world and this is one of the worst. The showers have a button you have to press to turn the water on, but the showers are so small you can't help but be splashed with icey cold water until the water warmers up - if it ever does. 2/3 days the water never warmed up and I had ice cold showers. There's no noise proofing in the hostel, even if you're in a private room, you can hear someone open and close a door. Had a real party vibe, noise until 2am every night no matter the day. Not worth the money, I'm sure there are better options in Valencia.

Everything you needed including a locker with a place to use a lock. A little loud at night, but expected in a big city.

My stay was good and I stayed and additional might. Staff were extremely helpful in providing local areas of interests and great things to do. I was upgraded one night because a person in my room was spraying their room with cologne continually and I am was overwhelmed by the smell. David and Jose were excellent in providing help to any questions or concerns. The only poor thing was the wifi connection.
