This is a well maintained property with mostly friendly service (its an auto-mated Kiosk type checkin and checkout process, so not so much personal interaction).
The rooms are comfortable with nice amenities (tea pot, cups, and such by request). Nice TV with ability to 'cast' from your phone, so you can watch content in your choice of language.
Nicely located with ability to walk to multiple konbini's (convenience store) and small eateries.
I had no issues over my 4 night stay.

Nice location and the bed is quite comfortable. Easy access to get around.

The room is very clean but very small for 2 people. The location is convenient and close to everything. As a budget hotel, it is pretty good.

Nice stay and friendly staff. Tokyo hotel’s rooms arent big but we had enough space to open our luggage at the room. The breakfast was really good with japanese and western options. The lady at the breakfast was really nice and helpfull.

A great value location close to konbini, the station, and laundry. We had a wonderful time here. The staff was courteous and some staff did speak fluent English. I had no issues here at would love to stay again.

Rooms are smaller than we are use too.
But staff are remarkable and polite.

This hotel is amazing for the price. The rooms are small but have everything you need and the location is a short walk from the Shinjuku station.
The approach to the hotel isn’t the best with lots of clubs in the streets around the hotel but once inside you soon forget.
This hotel offers great value for money with the rooms fully cleaned every other day and fresh towels and 2 bottles of water provided daily.
Highly recommend - the service and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

No complaints. Everything was great. They even gave me an umbrella when it was raining.

Small space but clean. Suitable for individual travelers.

I liked my stay at Premier Hotel Cabin Shinjuku. I got a single bed room and it was a cozy/comfortable room for me. They have room service every other day and there’s also an option for breakfast in the morning. They also have a laundry room which is around ¥600 per load and I say it’s worth it if you’re going to stay there for a while. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Small size room for two but typical Tokyo standard. Clean and convenient location. Breakfast is highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to all facilities, Shinjuku main train station, subway, shopping, and dinning. Nice breakfast with lots of choices.

A great location to experience culture and close to the Shinjuku station. Lots of food places and shops within waking distance.

The location is good close to everything. Housekeeping staff are nice. The room is very tight and bed is very uncomfortable. Breakfast staff very nice and welcoming. Foods are good and decent.

Very clean and tidy, but not much space to move

My wife and I are from San Antonio, and grew up in rough areas. So this area was an amazing fit for us. Area was safe compared to our neighborhoods in the states. Staff was cool, helpful, and out of our business which is how we like it. I’m a big guy (6’1 250 pounds) and the small room didn’t bother me.
Laundry room was cool, wish they had more than two units.
People complaining about noise from outside are cry babies. The loudest thing in the hotel was me and my wife most likely.

Convenient and clean! Very kind staff.

My family and I enjoyed how convenient the location of the property is since there are lots of restaurants, malls, and grocery stores in a walkable distance.

Very good and clean hotel only 15 minutes away from shibuya station and shin-okubo station. The only small nitpicky downside is that being in the kabukicho area it can get quite dirty around the property grounds. No clomplain about the interior's cleanliness however and we couldnt hear apmost any noise from out side from oir room on the 6th floor. Also inclredably polite and helpful receptionists! Overall greatly recommend and will definitely be booking again if we come back to the area!

It was good and clean but being next to a red light district means you have to be a bit more careful at night.
10.0 / 10.0
Cleanliness could have been a little better. No complementary hot coffee. Very walkable all around Kabukicho. Safer side of Kabukicho it seems.

Could not have picked a better spot for my first stay in Tokyo. The room was small but comfortable and the shower and bathroom, while also small, were next level. Breakfast buffet was always fresh and had a wide variety of items every day. Fish is always on the menu. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The area has some more adult establishments nearby; never felt dangerous but be prepared for plenty of drinking and smoking outside the various places. Short walk to every form of entertainment Shinjuku has and a wide variety of restaurants and stores. Shinnuku station is also a short walk and easy to find your way anywhere else you wish to visit in Tokyo.

Fantastic front desk team who were very friendly and helpful, however, bathrooms are mouldy and with the hospital nearby, there are sirens day and night which may effect light sleepers.

I got rashes and bumps all over my body from either the sheets being dirty or bugs.
8.0 / 10.0
The room is pretty small but everything is neat, clean, convenient and comfortable.
10.0 / 10.0
Clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient area close to Shinjuku nightlife. The room is quite small, as is common with Japanese hotels, but there is space to store luggage under the bed and the air conditioning worked great! The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Overall I would recommend a stay here for another Tokyo trip!

Clean business hotel with small rooms very near crazy Kabukicho. Noisy at night. Very convenient to Shinjuku Station. Close proximity to Kabukicho means I won’t stay there again but if you’re into the loud neon party it might work well for you.
8.0 / 10.0
Comfortable room and near by restaurants.
10.0 / 10.0
Great location right in the heart of Shinjuku. Plenty to do and see at night. However the rooms a very small, even by Tokyo's standards.
8.0 / 10.0
The rooms are truly small. Likely fine for a single person, but for me and my boyfriend it was a squeeze. The hotel provides what you need if you’re the kind of traveler who is going to be out and about exploring Tokyo for most of the day: comfortable bed and clean shower.
Breakfast is not provided, and they have a somewhat strict cleaning policy that was not clear to me at check in. If you don’t let them clean your room during regular cleaning, and don’t follow up with a specific time to make it up, they might lock you out of your room to force you to come to the front desk to speak with them about cleaning.

After staying at quite a few hotels throughout Japan, Cabin is my overall favorite one. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. They cleaned my room every two days and provided clean towels and a bottle of water each and every day. Providing a bottle of water each day is something so small, but I think it’s a nice gesture. I paid about the same amount for Cabin as I paid for Amanek, which is the same area as Cabin, but I stayed at Cabin for one more day. The next time I visit Tokyo, I will be staying at Cabin again.
4.0 / 10.0
The room was pretty small and not soundproof, the service was really nice! The breakfast was really good with a generous amount of selection! The main factor is the location! You are located in the heart of the action near many train station!

Great service of staff, very accommodating, definitely will recommend to others
