Convenient location to walk around the old city in Chang Mai. Two things to note- staffing is limited which was fine but something to keep in mind. Also the rooms are not soundproof so you’ll hear people walking by in the hallway or garbage truck sounds. Room was comfortable and would stay again, and we liked getting ice cream at check in 😀.

We were very appreciative of the hotel staff to be able to check us in early following an early morning flight.
Good location within walking distance of plenty to see in the town.

We arrived well before checkin time but they welcomed us graciously and put us in our rooms early. The room was very pretty and comfortable with all amenities. When we came back to the hotel after sightseeing in the afternoon we were greeted with smiles and complimentary ice cream. They even took our dirty laundry and had it washed for us. There are many cute shops and restaurants close by and nice massage parlors when you’re sore from sightseeing.

The owner and staff were so friendly, caring, and accommodating during our stay.

Great stay. Can't ask for more than clean, comfortable and quiet! Ice cream was incredible and highly recommend during any day, not just the hot ones.

We loved our stay at Namamema. Chiang Mai is a really wonderful city, and this is right in the heart of the Old City. Walking distance to a 7-Eleven and a currency exchange place, and also right by Way Chedi Luang and the awesome Sunday Night Market, it really is in a great location. There's a Coco Mango place downstairs that serves great mango sticky rice. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was very nice. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

Awesome location and beautiful colonial building. A lot of attention was given to the decoration in the rooms.
10.0
A great hotel with really spacious rooms in the middle of the old city if you're planning to explore the area.
One thing to note is that they don't have 24-hour staffing, ie. their front desk is available starting at 8am for check out, so something to keep in mind when determining the timing of your flight out of Chiang Mai.

This is a hidden gem. It’s not fancy but it is very comfortable, clean, and safe. Luna and her staff are the best. If we had any questions or needs they were quick to respond. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We were 3 women traveling together and were able to all be in the same “apt” with our own beds. We would def recommend them to everyone we meet. AC and refrigerator worked well. Beds were clean and comfy. Also the location was perfect to all that we wanted to do while in Chiang Mai. Thank you Luna for a memorable stay.

Very good stay, clean and friendly staff. Only drawback is no elevator, but the staff helped in carrying luggage up to 3rd floor which is no problem for us

Location is good and staff is friendly but a bit noisy at night and early in the morning.

Very very good. I had two consecutive bookings at this hotel and shared a detailed review on the longer one.

Very cozy and nice atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed is comfortable, and the design is good. There is also some nice seating areas on the landings that look out on the street.
The hotel is in the heart of both the city and the old city and is walking distance from many good attractions, restaurants, museum's, galleries, shops and bars etc. The area has a nice vibe.
Also, as Chiangmai is small city, the hotel is only about a 15 minute drive from the aiport by taxi.
They also have a small shop downstairs that sells vegan coconut icecream sundaes with banana or mango. They look very delicious there and seem very famous among tourists.

Great price very good standard everything accessible within minutes, room was very clean good size bathroom wet room. Only tiny issue is if you hire motorcycles very small area to park especially if several guests have hired motorcycles.
Ps lovely little ice cream smoothie shop on the ground floor 😋

A wonderfully quaint small boutique hotel in a good spot in old town. The staff are nice and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and well appointed. I would stay again

Had such a lovely stay at this family run boutique hotel. They stayed up well past midnight to check us in when our bus was delayed and the service overall was fantastic.
We had a minor issue with our shower and they fixed straight away and even offered us to change rooms (which wasn’t necessary but very kind of them to offer).
The room was cleaned incredibly well every day with lovely fresh towels and fresh bedding and water.
The bed is typical south-east Asian so quite hard compared to western standards but not an issue at all as we are used to it by now.
The hotel was in a perfect location - very quiet and I felt very safe walking around at night. Around a 5 minute walk to the ‘main’ area of Chiang Mai and connects to the big Sunday Night Market in a few steps. 7/11 close by as well which is always useful.
Such a fantastic hotel, great location and lovely staff.

Very pleasant stay in a cute hotel in old city. Great location, very close to Sunday night market. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and we even got two scoops of the vegan ice cream while we were waiting for our ride back to the airport after we checked out!

Excellent small family run hotel in a great location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Few downsides are spotty wifi, water temperature, and no elevator.

A perfect location for walking about and taking in the sights of temples, shops and dinning! Amazing host who really took care of us, even brought me homemade ice cream for my birthday!

This is a perfect hidden gem! The hotel is absolutely amazing, clean, modern, staff go the extra mile to please us, gave us fresh juices when we walked in. This is the best place and a walking distance to everything in Chiang Mai. This is a must before considering any other places to stay on your next visit to Chiang Mai.

Everything was amazing about this property. It's operated by a family and everyone we met was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond in making our stay in Chiang Mai enjoyable. There is no breakfast but they do provide enough food in the morning to get you going. They helped us contact a tour group to get to Chiang Rai. They helped us laundry our clothes. The location is awwsome, we were able to walk to the night market. Tuk tuks were easily accessible and they have the best sticky rice mango ice cream downstairs. It was like staying with relatives. Would definitely stay again.

We selected this hotel in Chiang Mai because of great reviews, and I must say that we were not disappointed.
Of course, a convenient location is always improvement to us when we select a hotel, and the most attractions in the city are in the walking distance from the hotel including the Night Bazar. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
It's a nice small family run boutique hotel where the owner and the family members pays attention to the guest like their own family members. They are always eager to please their guest. They catered to every request we made, and were very patient and helpful in answering all our queries.
We received an email from hotel that the hotel didn't offer full breakfast, but only Thai snack and coffee in the breakfast. However, what the hotel offered in breakfast was adequate as it included toast, pastry, fresh fruit, some Thai snack and tea as well as coffee in a nice little cozy backyard.
Finally, the room was clean and cozy, and well furnished with a very good shower.
Lovely boutique hotel, caring owners who go extra mile to please their customer

Convenient location. Easy to walk to all main attractions. Recent refurbishment in colonial style. Room large inc tv,fridge, hair drier, tea/coffee. The safe was broken.
Overall a good option cot a Chiang Mai stay..but a bit overpriced.

This place is as wonderful as all the great reviews. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The family that runs the place is so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. It is a fantastic location, accessible to the Sunday night market without being in front of it (it gets very crowded!). We had a wonderful time staying here!
