I have stayed in Premier Classe before so know they are basic. The hotel and room was the normal standard, i.e. fine. The one little downside this time was other residents noisy late at night.

Reception was good, very pleasant.
Room ; floor felt sticky, bathroom not clean, silicone everywhere
Beds uncomfortable, mattress on top of wood. Worst Formula 1 stayed in. Had to stay there as husband rushed to hospital. Wouldn't recommend.

The reception was very helpful and efficient. Although the room did not have A/c it did have a nice fan that worked well.

We arrived late but reception was extremely helpful

It was nice, good size room, connected bathroom with good shower and toilet. Only problem was it was further from the city than we expected. But the walk was nice. Very easy bus routes to and from the train station and right into town!

Very clean rooms and breakfast area disinfected regularly as is necessary in times of Covid. Room comfortable and quiet with a view of the mountains. No A/C or lift which probably is the reason it's only one star but also means economical prices so its excellent value for money, hence my rating. It's about 20 minutes walk to the station and centre of town. Food restaurants locally.

Rooms are small. Shower is very small.

the showerhead was not attached to the wall, we were with 2 and there was only 1 towel, there was no towel for the floor or face, no alcoholgel at night in the reception

Room was very clean, not too far from bus station. Only unexpected expense was taxes on the room when I got there.

You get what you pay for as always. Simple yet clean enough. Shower was a bit of a let down, but water was warm!

Dirty dirty dirty beds. Stains, lots of hair (that wasn’t ours) dead bugs and cigarette holes in the duvet. Dirty room, tv remote didn’t work, front desk staff were tolerable but not very polite. Very meh hotel. But Annecy is beautiful! Not bad If you’re not spending much time in the room.

It was a stopover on our way to the alps. It was cheap but not very cheerful. It is in bed of a upgrade. However it was easy to find, which in Annecy can be a challenge.

Good internet, nice room. Water and biscuits in the room. Easy to park. Not bad wifi.

If you are looking for something inexpensive relatively close to the city centre, and are willing to take very basic accommodations that are fairly worn down, this might work for you. Room was clean, bathroom was in need of update/cleaning - mold in shower, broken shower, etc.

My wife had to clean the room when we arrived as the floor and skirting boards were filthy. The shower curtain was very badly soiled and had to be changed. There was no soap in the dispenser and, dispite our complaint on arrival, we never got any throughout our stay. The rooms are not serviced on a day to day basis and we have evidence, which suggests that, between room changeovers, only bed sheets are changed. Almost everything we asked for seemed too much trouble too be granted e.g. soap, needle and thread, a kettle, the loan of a couple of wine glasses etc. This hotel, however, is very quick off the mark in taking your payments.

There was no lift and the rooms were tired. One room had no chair or soap dispenser in the shower and our soap dispenser was broken

This place is shockingly disgusting. We would not recommend it to anyone. Camping outdoors would be better value for money.
Firstly, check in service was rude and sub-standard. Some might say that's just French people. But the man at the counter couldn't even utter any basic greetings beyond a grunt and a few other absolutely necessary one worded answers...and that's to someone who could speak in French! That's not French, it's just plainly discourteous.
Then when we got into the room it didn't have air conditioning or fan in heatwave. The showerhead was just dangling, so we asked for a room change. The same check in counter man came, knocked on the door, went into the room and without saying one word, crookedly attached the showerhead back on. He left without saying a word and we didn't even know if we could move to a new room. We knew he finished because we saw that the showerhead was sort of patched up. He had no manners and we are not sure how he manages to stay employed with such a bad attitude.
On a closer inspection of the room, it was dark, untidy, pubic hair in the shower, sand paper toilet paper, no soap, worn linen and towels. We didn't dare put anything in the bathroom for fear of the mould and germs.
The room is like a prison cell with a small window.
All of this for about €65 a night. It's not worth it at all. Who would pay €65 to be treated like a sub-class citizen? Première classe? What a joke. Plus bas classe (lowest class) in our opinion.

Close to the old town

A tired hotel in bad need of modernising. Dark, grim rooms. Tiny bathrooms. Breakfast pretty basic. Would not recommend this hotel, unless you have no other options! The hotel is far away from town centre.

Annecy Lakeから徒歩30分、Annecy stationから徒歩20分ほど、かかります。ただし、中心部のホテルより半額ほどの費用なので妥協するべきでしょう。

Our stay was ruined by loud alarms that went off at 2:30am and 8:30am and remained on for many minutes.

Horrible front desk staff who's more interested in smoking then assisting weary travellers.. Get ready to be mocked for not speaking french. Absolutely appalling attitude.

The hotel is OK but I wouldn't stay there for longer stays. The rooms are small, the breakfast area also. In our rooms, the shower was broken and there was no WiFi. OK for short stays..
